本发明涉及一种尿素喷嘴防护装置,其特征是:包括弧形钣金件,弧形钣金件的侧壁上设有避让槽,在弧形钣金件的底端面设有多个快速插接槽。所述弧形钣金件的一侧设置有开口。所述避让槽为2个,对称设置于弧形钣金件上。所述快速插接槽均匀分布于弧形钣金件的底端部。所述快速插接槽为3个。本发明所述尿素喷嘴防护装置结构简单,设计精良,拆卸方便,在运输过程中可以起保护喷嘴的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种尿素喷嘴防护装置,尤其是一种筒式SCR后处理尿素喷嘴防护装置,属于柴油机尾气处理***设备技术领域。
背景技术
随着柴油机排放法规的日益严格,尾气后处理技术是必须采用的技术措施。而SCR能够满足国IV及国V排放标准,SCR的基本原理是通过尿素喷射***(俗称尿素泵)将32.5%浓度的尿素水溶液雾化后喷入排气管中与发动机尾气混合,尿素水溶液经过热解和水解反应生成氨气(NH3),在催化剂的作用下氨气将柴油机尾气中有害的氮氧化合物(NOx)转化为无害的氮气(N2)和水,发动机尾气处理技术SCR路线的首要任务是使尾气与氨雾有效混合并发生化学反应,同时在进入催化剂前保证足够温度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种尿素喷嘴防护装置,解决国五阶段SCR后处理集成供货时,避免喷嘴在运输过程中出现损坏。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述尿素喷嘴防护装置,其特征是:包括弧形钣金件,弧形钣金件的侧壁上设有避让槽,在弧形钣金件的底端面设有多个快速插接槽。
进一步地,所述弧形钣金件的一侧设置有开口。
进一步地,所述避让槽为2个,对称设置于弧形钣金件上。
进一步地,所述快速插接槽均匀分布于弧形钣金件的底端部。
进一步地,所述快速插接槽为3个。
本发明所述尿素喷嘴防护装置结构简单,设计精良,拆卸方便,在运输过程中可以起保护喷嘴的作用。

下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述尿素喷嘴防护装置适用于三孔连接的尿素喷嘴,包括弧形钣金件1,弧形钣金件1的侧壁上设有避让槽2,在弧形钣金件1的底端面设有3个快速插接槽3。
如图1所示,所述弧形钣金件1的一侧设置有开口4;所述避让槽2为2个,对称设置于弧形钣金件1上;所述快速插接槽3均匀分布于弧形钣金件1的底端部。
本发明所述尿素喷嘴防护装置的使用方法,如图2所示,通过快速插接槽3***三孔喷嘴和喷射底座之间,然后用螺栓拧紧即可,在运输过程中可以保护喷嘴。本发明结构简单,设计精良,拆卸方便,在运输过程中可以起保护喷嘴的作用。

1.一种尿素喷嘴防护装置,其特征是:包括弧形钣金件(1),弧形钣金件(1)的侧壁上设有避让槽(2),在弧形钣金件(1)的底端面设有多个快速插接槽(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的尿素喷嘴防护装置,其特征是:所述弧形钣金件(1)的一侧设置有开口(4)。
3.如权利要求1所述的尿素喷嘴防护装置,其特征是:所述避让槽(2)为2个,对称设置于弧形钣金件(1)上。
4.如权利要求1所述的尿素喷嘴防护装置,其特征是:所述快速插接槽(3)均匀分布于弧形钣金件(1)的底端部。
5.如权利要求1所述的尿素喷嘴防护装置,其特征是:所述快速插接槽(3)为3个。
