喷枪
本发明涉及一种喷枪,其用于混合并喷射两种介质,并且包含用于每一种介质的一个阀。
上述喷枪已经众所周知,其具有两个分开的阀及一公共的混合室,两个分开的阀分别用于每一种介质并彼此隔开一定距离。这种设计的缺点在于,当两种介质相互反应时,阀孔将被堵塞;为防止这种情况发生,在每次喷射操作的中断期间都需要仔细地清洗。另一缺点在于,喷枪变得非常庞大,从而难于握持;并且具有许多可移动部件,从而与只用于一种介质的喷枪相比,需要更多维护,造价昂贵。
本发明的目的是提供一种喷枪,其具有以下优点:
通过擦拭,易于清洗;
在很大程度上防止了污染阀孔;
如同用于一种介质的喷枪一样易于握持;
具有很少的移动部件;
需要极少地维护;
价格合理。
通过下述设计解决了上述任务,其中,使用了两个阀,一个阀在另一个阀里面;所述阀可以在一个壳体中移动、彼此相对移动以及克服弹簧作用力向着或离开阀座运动;通过一外部作用力使阀被驱动。

根据本发明的喷枪包括,一中央壳体11,中央壳体的前部装配有喷嘴12,后部装配有伺服机构13。中央壳体11包含两个阀14和15,其中内阀15设置在外阀14中。壳体11还包含手柄16,和手柄16前面的扳机17,其形式为双臂杆,并可绕销轴18转动。在壳体上部设置了用于控制伺服机构13的阀装置19。
外阀14可以在壳体11中轴向移动,并包括,套筒20,套筒20延伸到同轴的筒管21,而筒管21延伸进入喷嘴12。一保护衬套22螺纹连接在筒管21上,其向前的锥形端23与壳体11中的阀座24配合。在筒管的前端设置了止回阀25,该止回阀在筒管中压力的作用下可以打开。保护衬套22外面包围着一环形通道30,该环形通道30与供给管道31连通,用来供应第一介质,例如,聚酯。在筒管21和套筒20之间的过度段,在套筒20中设置有阀座26,该阀座与内阀15的阀体27的端面配合作用。内阀由一个筒管28构成,其前端封闭,但是设有侧向开口29,通过该开口与第二环形通道或第二环形槽32连通,当阀体27在离开其阀座26的方向上位移使通道33的开口暴露出来时,第二环形通道32与筒管21的内通道33连通。
可以在外阀14的套筒20中轴向位移的内阀15,通过其管状阀体28进入套管34,所述套管在套筒20中被引导。筒管28的内通道36在此套管处开口;用于供应第二介质,例如,硬化剂的供给管道37连接于该通道。活塞40的活塞杆39构成了伺服机构13的一部分,并受到加压弹簧38的负载;该活塞杆也连接在套管34上。
压力空气管道35与壳体11连接,其向阀杆41提供压力空气;所述阀杆41装配有两个阀体42和43,其中一个总是靠在一阀座上保持封闭状态,而另一个处于开启状态。阀杆的位置由扳机17控制。当扳机被动作时,阀体42打开连着空气管道44的通道,从而将压力空气导入活塞40的前侧。活塞杆39于是受到克服弹簧38的作用力的拉力。该拉力被传递到套管34,从而使由外、内阀14和15构成的整个阀组件向着一挡块46位移,如图2和2a所示。在此阶段,因为在第二环形槽32和通道36中包含的第二介质受到压力作用,两个阀14、15形成一个互相连接的装置。在此位置,超出阀座24的通道开通,这样第一介质能够从供给管道31流到喷嘴12的连接通道45。这个通道设计为混合室或混合通道,其装配有例如螺旋状的混合元件。
随着压力空气连续供应到活塞40,超出阀座26的通道将被打开,这样,第二介质能够从环形槽32流入到筒管21的内通道33,并进一步流到止回阀25,使之打开。于是,第二介质抵达混合室45,开始两种介质的混合。
当在止回阀25处的用于第二介质的出口位于用于第一介质的在标号24处的出口前面时,第一介质总是先被排放,在这些出口24处不会有任何污染。在拧下喷嘴12后,清洗仅限于擦拭止回阀25。

Claims (8)

1.一种喷枪,用于混合并喷射两种介质,其包含用于每一种介质的阀(14,15),其特征在于:所述两个阀(14,15)一个设置在另一个里面,并且可以在一个壳体(11)中轴向位移、彼此相对移动,克服弹簧(38)作用力,向着或离开一个阀座(24,26)移动,上述阀一起受到外部力的作用。
2.根据权利要求1的一种喷枪,其特征在于,内阀(15)的阀座(26)设置在外阀(14)中,外阀的阀座(24)设置在壳体(11)中。
3.根据权利要求1的一种喷枪,其特征在于,内阀和外阀(14,15)在最初的位移运动过程中相互液压连接,内阀(15)的阀体(27)处于封闭位置。
4.根据权利要求1的一种喷枪,其特征在于,通过气动驱动的活塞(40)产生外力,活塞的活塞杆(39)连接于内阀(15)的阀体(27,28),其可以在外阀中位移,外阀(14)的轴向位移由壳体(11)中的挡块(46)限制,内阀(15)的阀体(27,28)在内阀开通时稍微移动一点。
5.根据权利要求1的一种喷枪,其特征在于,在内阀(15)的开孔处,设置了止回阀(25),该阀可以在介质的作用下打开。
6.根据权利要求1的一种喷枪,其特征在于,所述阀中的一个的开孔与另一个阀的开孔轴向隔开。
7.根据权利要求1的一种喷枪,其特征在于,所述两个阀的开孔在一个公共混合室/通道(45)中开口。
8.根据权利要求1的一种喷枪,其特征在于,气动活塞(40)的运动由阀杆(41)控制,所述阀杆(41)由喷枪的扳机(17)驱动,所述阀杆的端位置之一关闭供应给气动活塞的空气供给,相反则打开排放口。
