The electric bicycle comprises a frame (100), a front wheel pivoted on the frame (100), a rear wheel pivoted on the frame (100) and two pedals (5) fixedly arranged on the frame (100), wherein the two pedals (5) are respectively positioned at one side of the rear wheel and used for providing a rear seat to sit on the bicycle, and the electric bicycle is characterized in that the pedals (5) comprise a first plate body (51) fixedly arranged on the frame (100) and a second plate body (52) pivoted at one end, far away from the frame (100), of the first plate body (51);
when the pedal (5) is in a first state, the second plate body (52) covers the first plate body (51), and the feet of an occupant tread on the second plate body (52); when the pedal (5) in the first state cannot meet the requirements of the passengers, the second plate body (52) can rotate to a position parallel to the first plate body (51) under the action of external force, and the second plate body and the first plate body (51) jointly support the feet of the rear seat passengers;
the front end of the frame (100) is fixedly provided with a bicycle basket, the bicycle basket comprises a bicycle basket body (1) and a basket cover (2) which is covered on the bicycle basket body (1), and the basket cover (2) is pivoted to the open end of the bicycle basket body (1); the basket cover (2) comprises a first cover body (21), a second cover body (22) and a third cover body (23) which are sequentially connected, wherein one end of the first cover body (21) far away from the second cover body (22) is pivoted on the bicycle basket body (1), one end of the second cover body (22) is pivoted with the first cover body (21), and the other end of the second cover body is pivoted with the third cover body (23);
when the articles loaded in the bicycle basket do not exceed the top end of the bicycle basket body (1), the first cover body (21) and the second cover body (22) are positioned in the same plane and jointly cover the open end of the bicycle basket body (1), the third cover body (23) is arranged outside the bicycle basket body (1), and the lower end of the third cover body (23) is clamped on the bicycle basket body (1);
when the articles loaded in the bicycle basket exceed the top end of the bicycle basket body (1), the first cover body (21) and the second cover body (22) are jacked up by the articles exceeding the top end of the bicycle basket body (1), the third cover body (23) is also positioned at the open end of the bicycle basket body (1), the lower end of the third cover body (23) can be clamped to the upper edge of the bicycle basket body (1), and the first cover body (21), the second cover body (22) and the third cover body (23) jointly cover the open end of the bicycle basket body (1);
the bicycle basket further comprises a first guardrail assembly (3), wherein the first guardrail assembly (3) is arranged on the side wall of the bicycle basket body (1) and used for shielding a first open end between the basket cover (2) and the bicycle basket body (1) when articles loaded in the bicycle basket exceed the top end of the bicycle basket body (1);
the first guardrail assembly (3) comprises a square first guardrail (31) and at least two first elastic pieces (32), wherein the first guardrail (31) is arranged on the side wall of the bicycle basket body (1) in a sliding manner and can be lifted relative to the bicycle basket body (1) under the action of external force; the first elastic piece (32) is positioned between the bottom end of the first guardrail (31) and the bottom end of the bicycle basket body (1), one end of the first elastic piece (32) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the first guardrail (31), and the other end of the first elastic piece is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the bicycle basket body (1);
when the first elastic piece (32) is in a natural state, the top end of the first guardrail (31) is not higher than the open end of the bicycle basket body (1); when the articles loaded in the bicycle basket exceed the top end of the bicycle basket body (1), the first guardrail (31) can move relative to the bicycle basket body (1) under the action of external force and is clamped on the second cover body (22) to shield the first open end between the basket cover (2) and the bicycle basket body (1);
the bicycle basket further comprises a second guardrail assembly (4), wherein the second guardrail assembly (4) is arranged on the other side wall of the bicycle basket body (1) and is used for shielding a second open end between the basket cover (2) and the bicycle basket body (1) when articles loaded in the bicycle basket exceed the top end of the bicycle basket body (1);
the second guardrail assembly (4) comprises square second guardrails (41) and at least two second elastic pieces, the second guardrails (41) are arranged on the side wall of the bicycle basket body (1) in a sliding mode, and can be lifted relative to the bicycle basket body (1) under the action of external force; the second elastic piece is positioned between the bottom end of the second guardrail (41) and the bottom end of the bicycle basket body (1), one end of the second elastic piece is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the second guardrail (41), and the other end of the second elastic piece is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the bicycle basket body (1);
when the second elastic piece is in a natural state, the top end of the second guardrail (41) is not higher than the open end of the bicycle basket body (1); when the articles loaded in the bicycle basket exceed the top end of the bicycle basket body (1), the second guardrail (41) can move relative to the bicycle basket body (1) under the action of external force and is clamped on the second cover body (22) to shield the second open end between the basket cover (2) and the bicycle basket body (1).
