Abstract

本发明公开了一种可降解生态无纺布,包括:中间层、第一表面层和第二表面层,所述第一表面层和所述第二表面层分别位于所述中间层的两侧;将第一表面层、所述中间层、第二表面层相结合,而后含浸于浸渍液中,含浸后烘干得到柔性无纺布,在所述柔性无纺布表面复合耐磨表层。另外,还提供一种可降解生态无纺布的制备方法,包括步骤:在30‑40℃恒温条件下,先在超声波功率为300‑400瓦条件下,采用浸渍液处理20分钟;再在超声波功率为800‑1000瓦条件下,采用浸渍液处理30分钟,取出压干;将酒精处理后压干的无纺布在45‑60℃恒温条件和超声波功率为400‑800瓦的条件下,用浸渍液处理40分钟,取出压干,分装待用。应用本发明实施例生产的无纺布可降解。

Description

一种可降解生态无纺布及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布制备技术领域,特别涉及一种可降解生态无纺布及其制 备方法。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、 价格低廉、可再生利用的特点,被广泛地应用于壁纸、手提袋、医疗卫生、建 筑装饰、服装、汽车内部装饰等领域。由于无纺布制品色彩丰富、鲜艳明快、 时尚环保、用途广泛、美观大方,图案和款式都多样,且质轻、环保、可循环 再用,被国际公认为保护地球生态的环保产品;已广泛应用于农用薄膜、制 鞋、制革、床垫、子母被、装饰、化工、印刷、汽车、建材,家具等行业;但 是普通无纺布耐磨性能较差,在用作耐磨擦拭布时性能不够理想。
目前的无纺布均有一个共同的缺点,就是不容易降解,这样就会造成严重 的环境负担。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种磁铁氧体的制备方法,旨在生产一 种可降解的生态无纺布。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:
一种可降解生态无纺布,包括:中间层、第一表面层和第二表面层,所述 第一表面层和所述第二表面层分别位于所述中间层的两侧;
将第一表面层、所述中间层、第二表面层相结合,而后含浸于浸渍液中, 含浸后烘干得到柔性无纺布,在所述柔性无纺布表面复合耐磨表层;
所述浸渍液由下述质量份数的成分制备而成:20份乳胶、30份聚乙烯醇、 抗静电剂1份、丙烯酸树脂15份和三聚氰胺0.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯12-15 份、氧化淀粉3-4份、丁苯胶乳2-3份、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯6-8份、氧化锌2- 3份、石膏4-5份、木薯干12-15份、艾叶2-3份;经由体积配比为桉叶油5 份、薄荷油5份、丹参液5份和医用酒精25份组成。
另外,本发明还公开了一种可降解生态无纺布的制备方法,包括步骤:
(201)在30-40℃恒温条件下,先在超声波功率为300-400瓦条件下,采 用浸渍液处理20分钟;
(202)再在超声波功率为800-1000瓦条件下,采用浸渍液处理30分钟, 取出压干;
(303)将酒精处理后压干的无纺布在45-60℃恒温条件和超声波功率为 400-800瓦的条件下,用浸渍液处理40分钟,取出压干,分装待用。
作为上述方案的进一步优化,所述浸渍液的成分包括:20份乳胶、30份聚 乙烯醇、抗静电剂1份、丙烯酸树脂15份和三聚氰胺0.5份、邻苯二甲酸二 辛酯12-15份、氧化淀粉3-4份、丁苯胶乳2-3份、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯6-8 份、氧化锌2-3份、石膏4-5份、木薯干12-15份、艾叶2-3份;经由体积配 比为桉叶油5份、薄荷油5份、丹参液5份和医用酒精25份组成。
本发明提供的一种可降解生态无纺布,由于采用的将第一表面层、所述中 间层、第二表面层相结合,而后含浸于浸渍液中,含浸后烘干得到柔性无纺 布,在所述柔性无纺布表面复合耐磨表层,并为含有不易降解且有害的物质, 因此容易进行降解,符合生态环保的要求。
本发明的一种可降解生态无纺布的制备方法,能够在30-40℃恒温条件 下,先在超声波功率为300-400瓦条件下,采用浸渍液处理20分钟;再在超 声波功率为800-1000瓦条件下,采用浸渍液处理30分钟,取出压干;将酒精 处理后压干的无纺布在45-60℃恒温条件和超声波功率为400-800瓦的条件 下,用浸渍液处理40分钟,取出压干,分装待用。获得无纺布的过程简单、 利于工厂进行生产,且获得的无纺布环保。

为使发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面通过实施例,对本 发明技术方案进行进一步详细说明。但是应该理解,此处所描述的具体实施例 仅仅用以解释本发明技术方案,并不用于限制本发明技术方案的范围。
实施例1

(201)在40℃恒温条件下,先在超声波功率为400瓦条件下,采用浸渍液 处理20分钟;
(202)再在超声波功率为1000瓦条件下,采用浸渍液处理30分钟,取出 压干;
(303)将酒精处理后压干的无纺布在60℃恒温条件和超声波功率为800瓦 的条件下,用浸渍液处理40分钟,取出压干,分装待用;
所述浸渍液的成分包括:20份乳胶、30份聚乙烯醇、抗静电剂1份、丙 烯酸树脂15份和三聚氰胺0.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯15份、氧化淀粉4份、 丁苯胶乳3份、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯8份、氧化锌3份、石膏5份、木薯干15 份、艾叶3份;经由体积配比为桉叶油5份、薄荷油5份、丹参液5份和医用 酒精25份组成。
本发明的一种可降解生态无纺布的制备方法,能够在40℃恒温条件下,先 在超声波功率为400瓦条件下,采用浸渍液处理20分钟;再在超声波功率为1000瓦条件下,采用浸渍液处理30分钟,取出压干;将酒精处理后压干的无 纺布在60℃恒温条件和超声波功率为800瓦的条件下,用浸渍液处理40分 钟,取出压干,分装待用。获得无纺布的过程简单、利于工厂进行生产,且获 得的无纺布环保。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施 方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见, 本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经 适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (3)

1.一种可降解生态无纺布,其特征在于,包括:中间层、第一表面层和第二表面层,所述第一表面层和所述第二表面层分别位于所述中间层的两侧;
将第一表面层、所述中间层、第二表面层相结合,而后含浸于浸渍液中,含浸后烘干得到柔性无纺布,在所述柔性无纺布表面复合耐磨表层;
所述浸渍液由下述质量份数的成分制备而成:20份乳胶、30份聚乙烯醇、抗静电剂1份、丙烯酸树脂15份和三聚氰胺0.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯12-15份、氧化淀粉3-4份、丁苯胶乳2-3份、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯6-8份、氧化锌2-3份、石膏4-5份、木薯干12-15份、艾叶2-3份;经由体积配比为桉叶油5份、薄荷油5份、丹参液5份和医用酒精25份组成。
2.一种可降解生态无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(201)在30-40℃恒温条件下,先在超声波功率为300-400瓦条件下,采用浸渍液处理20分钟;
(202)再在超声波功率为800-1000瓦条件下,采用浸渍液处理30分钟,取出压干;
(303)将酒精处理后压干的无纺布在45-60℃恒温条件和超声波功率为400-800瓦的条件下,用浸渍液处理40分钟,取出压干,分装待用。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可降解生态无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浸渍液的成分包括:20份乳胶、30份聚乙烯醇、抗静电剂1份、丙烯酸树脂15份和三聚氰胺0.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯12-15份、氧化淀粉3-4份、丁苯胶乳2-3份、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯6-8份、氧化锌2-3份、石膏4-5份、木薯干12-15份、艾叶2-3份;经由体积配比为桉叶油5份、薄荷油5份、丹参液5份和医用酒精25份组成。
