Abstract

此技术属化妆品工业，本发明利用了高梁红色为原料制成了一种新型的染发剂。可以染红色系列的毛发。高梁红色素和金属离子作用可以产生新的显色分子，这些产物也可以制成染发剂。例如高梁红色素和铁离子作用，产生黑色的染料，制成黑色的染发剂。为了缩短染发时间，在染发时应对头发进行软化处理。制成了软化头发的制剂。在存放时，软化头发制剂和染料制剂分别包装和存放。染发时二剂合在一起使用。此染发剂也可以用来冷染某些动物的毛皮。

Description

以高粱红色素为染料的染发剂
本技术属化妆品工业，时下市场上销售的染发剂，按其使用的原料分为两大类：一类为氧化型染料，另一类为酸性染料。
氧化型染料染发剂的主要原料为对苯二胺类化合物和苯二酚类化合物的混合物，经过氧化剂(双氧水或过硼酸盐，过碳酸盐等)氧化，可以显示黑色和红色。按照不同比例的配合可以染出黑、褐、棕、红、杏黄等颜色。当然也有其它染料可以染出各种彩色的头发。这类染发剂有使用方便，快速的优点。但它们的毒性较大，极易过敏，引起皮肤红肿、刺痛等不适之症，更有甚者，可以引发皮癌及白血病，这在全国已有许多***门调查并报导过。
酸性染料染发剂：这类染发剂的原料多为天然提取物(如五倍子提取物)或化工产品的中间体，它们与铁离子作用产生黑的颜色，这类染发剂无毒或小有毒性，但一般染发时间长或操作烦琐，有的需要对头发进行予处理(软化头发)，例如我国生产的光明脾天然型一洗黑即属于这一类。
寻找一种原料易得，价格较低，使用方便的无毒染料势在必行，我们开发高粱红染料的目的也在于此。
高粱红色素的主要成分黄酮类化合物的衍生物，例如5、7、4′一三羟基黄酮(分子式：C15H10O5，结构式

和2、5、3′、4′-四羟基黄酮-7-葡萄糖苷(分子式C21H20O12结构式为的混合物。
高粱红色素的外观为红色粉末，它可以使毛发着红色，也可以与金属离子(如钠离子镁离子钙离子铁离子锰离子)作用产生新的显色分子。
由于高粱红染料分子进入头发内的速度较慢，我们也采取了对头发进行软化的方法，使染料的分子易于进入发丝内这样整个的染发时间可以缩短，染发的效果更好。
我们技术的特点是软化头发和染发同时进行，软化头发的制剂和染料制剂在存放时分别包装，存放。使用时合在一起，共同涂抹在头发上，白发即可以染成红色系列的头发。
如果把染得的红发立即用铁离子制剂再洗染，就得到黑发。
其中的头发软化制剂可采用市场上流行的制剂(如光明脾天然型一洗黑的第①剂即可)
染料制剂，为高粱红色素配以通常的增稠剂和表面活性剂即可，二者用量以制剂的粘度来控制，只要染发时头发不往下滴液即可。
金属离子制剂，以铁离子制剂为例即金属铁离子的化合物配以增稠剂和表面活性剂(量的多少同染料制剂)
本染发剂使用的温度为40℃左右最佳。本染发剂可以用来染毛皮。
高粱红染料在染黑色的头发和毛皮时可以和其它天然提取物配合使用(例如五倍子提取物：单宁和没食子酸)但在五倍子提取物超过一定量时，染发的顺序必须是先用处理剂处理头发，然后再染，而不可把软化剂和染料制剂合在一起用。

1.一种天然酸性染料染发剂，包括软化处理剂、金属离子交联剂和染料，其特征在于，所述的染料是高梁红色素，其主要成分为黄酮类化合物的衍生物的混合物，所述黄酮类化合物的衍生物包括：5、7、4’-三羟基黄酮，分子式为C15H10O5，结构式为

2.按照权利要求1所述的染发剂，所述的金属离子交联剂中的金属离子为铁离子。
