Background
With the continuous development of scientific technology, more and more intelligent terminals appear in our lives, and the growing mobile users and multimedia services cause the problems of overload of services, endangered shortage of spectrum resources and the like. Therefore, how to effectively improve the efficiency of spectrum resources becomes one of the key issues in 5G communication research, and the ProSe proximity service-based D2D capable of greatly improving the spectrum efficiency has attracted attention of many scholars at home and abroad.
Device-to-Device, abbreviated as D2D, refers to a communication method for data interaction between devices without a network. The D2D communication is a novel technology which allows terminals to directly communicate by multiplexing cell resources under the control of a system, and solves the problem of the lack of frequency spectrum resources of a wireless communication system to a certain extent; the D2D technique may be applied to mobile cellular networks to increase resource utilization and network capacity, with each D2D communication link occupying the same resources as one cellular communication link.
When configuring UE (user experience) of D2D, ProSe configuration is usually performed by HPLMN, Home Public Land Mobile Network, but generally, UE stays in a small area for a relatively long time, and frequent ProSe configuration for UE of D2D easily causes waste of communication resources and unstable communication.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method and a system for reducing switching of D2D equipment, aiming at the defects of the prior art, so that frequent switching of D2D equipment can be reduced, the communication quality of D2D is improved, and communication resources are saved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The embodiment provides a method for reducing switching of D2D devices, as shown in fig. 1, including the steps of:
s11, storing a local public land mobile network list in a preset range on the user equipment;
s12, determining whether the ue has performed ProSe configuration in the local plmn list, and if so, not needing to perform re-configuration.
With the continuous development of mobile communication technology, the proximity service ProSe-based D2D gets more and more attention from the industry. However, when configuring UE user equipment of D2D with ProSe, ProSe configuration usually results in switching D2D equipment through ProSe configuration of HPLMN, and generally, UE stays in a small area for a relatively long time, so that ProSe configuration is not required frequently.
The embodiment stores the local public land mobile network list, configuration and mapping relation of the nearby HPLMN on the UE user equipment, configures once when entering for the first time, and then does not need to reconfigure again to reduce ProSe configuration to achieve the purpose of avoiding frequent switching of D2D devices, thereby improving the communication quality of D2D devices.
Step S11 stores the local plmn list in a preset range on the ue, where the preset range may be determined according to the actual situation of the moving range of the ue.
Step S12 determines whether the ue has performed ProSe configuration in the local plmn list, and if so, does not need to perform the configuration again. The UE often stays in a small area for a relatively long time, so that the ProSe configuration does not need to be performed frequently, and when the UE is detected to have performed the ProSe configuration, the UE does not need to be configured again.
