Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of logistics labels, in particular to a draggable label assembly.
Background
The existing electronic tags or bar code tags for logistics storage are generally attached to the surfaces of goods, and the function of the existing electronic tags or bar code tags is to set a number message for the corresponding goods only through the attached tags. There are at least three problems in the prior art:
1) The label is disposable and can not be recycled;
2) Under the condition that goods are stacked and placed unevenly, the labels are easy to be blocked by the goods, the goods are required to be moved to find the positions of the labels in each reading, the labels can be read by using a scanner or reading equipment, the convenience is high, and the problems of missed reading and misreading of the electronic labels can occur due to unfriendly reading environment;
3) The label cannot leave the goods for a certain distance, and the label has no other functions except numbering.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a draggable label assembly, so that labels can be separated from cargoes for a certain distance and orderly arranged on a label hurdle, the condition and environment that the labels are read are greatly improved, the cargoes or unlocking labels are bound in real time, the recycling of the labels is realized, and the corresponding cargoes are locked through locking the labels, and the technical scheme is as follows:
the invention provides a draggable label assembly which comprises a label body, a connecting strip and a fixer, wherein the fixer is used for being fixedly connected with goods, one end of the connecting strip is connected with the fixer, and the other end of the connecting strip is connected with the label body, so that a certain distance can be formed between the label body and the fixer.
Further, a containing cavity for containing the connecting strip is formed in the fixer, one end of the connecting strip is fixed in the containing cavity, and the other end of the connecting strip is connected with the tag body and can be pulled out to the outside of the fixer in a dragging mode for a certain distance.
Further, the fixer comprises a first plate and a second plate which are in an X shape, the first plate comprises a clamp mouth biting toothed plate and a locking plate, the second plate comprises a clamp mouth groove plate and a pressing plate, the clamp mouth groove plate is arranged below the clamp mouth biting toothed plate, the pressing plate is arranged above the locking plate, and the clamp mouth biting toothed plate is meshed with the clamp mouth groove plate through pressing the pressing plate and the locking plate.
Further, a locking mechanism is arranged between the pressing plate and the locking plate, the locking mechanism comprises a biting needle arranged on the inner side surface of the pressing plate, a biting needle hole matched with the biting needle arranged on the inner side surface of the locking plate and a biting needle fixing buckle arranged inside the locking plate, and the biting needle penetrates through the biting needle hole and is clamped into a clamping groove of the biting needle fixing buckle, so that the pressing plate and the locking plate are locked in a pressing state.
Further, a spiral shrinkage strip is arranged in the fixer, the inner end of the spiral shrinkage strip is fixed in the accommodating cavity of the fixer, the outer end of the spiral shrinkage strip is connected with the connecting strip, the connecting strip is made of flexible materials, and when external force is applied, the spiral shrinkage strip is unfolded and stretched; when the external force is lost, the connecting strip is retracted into the accommodating cavity of the fixer under the action of the retraction force of the spiral retraction strip.

Further, the first plate is connected with the second plate through a rotating shaft, and a spring is arranged between the clamping mouth tooth biting plate and the clamping mouth groove plate.
Further, a positioning rod is arranged in the accommodating cavity of the fixer, and the inner end of the spiral shrinkage strip is fixed on the positioning rod; and a positioning groove for placing the tag body is formed in the outer surface of the fixer.
Further, the tag body is an electronic tag, and/or the surface of the tag body is provided with coded information.
The technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the goods are clamped through the fixing device, so that the binding of the label and the goods is realized;
the label is recycled by unlocking the fixer;
the tag is connected with the fixer through the connecting strip, and the connecting strip adopts a dragging type pull rope mode, so that the tag can leave the surface of the goods for a certain distance, and the tag is convenient to read in a concentrated way;
under the condition that the tag can be separated from the goods by a certain distance, the tag can be matched with a tag locking mechanism, and the movement of the goods is limited by locking the tag;
the inside of the fixer is provided with a recovery mechanism, so that the dragging type stay cord automatically withdraws into the fixer when the label is not used, and the label is convenient to arrange;
the fixing device is also provided with a positioning groove for preventing the tag, so that the tag can be conveniently stored.

In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the present invention, a technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in which it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without making any inventive effort, shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and the claims of the present invention and the above figures are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that the embodiments of the invention described herein may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. In one embodiment of the present invention, a towable label assembly is provided, referring to fig. 1, the towable label assembly includes a label body 10, a connecting strip 4 and a holder 11, the holder 11 is used for fixedly connecting with goods, one end of the connecting strip 4 is connected with the holder 11, and the other end is connected with the label body 10, so that a certain distance can be formed between the label body 10 and the holder 11. The tag body 10 has a code that can be read by various existing reading technologies, and may be a bar code, a two-dimensional code, an electronic tag, or a code that can be recognized by naked eyes. If the tag body 10 is an electronic tag, the outer surface of the tag body further displays a barcode or a two-dimensional code or other coding information (such as VR or AR information), so that the tag has various read modes: the tag code may be obtained either by reading with an RFID reading device or by scanning the code information with a scanning device, and the codes read in different ways are identical for the tag, i.e. the same tag can be read in a plurality of ways, and the reading results are identical.
The invention is not limited to the fixing connection mode of the fixer and the goods, such as gluing or physical binding connection, and the fixing device can bind the goods, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the fixer 11 comprises a first plate and a second plate which are in an X shape, as shown in fig. 3, the first plate and the second plate are connected through a rotating shaft 81, a spring 7 is arranged between the mouth gripping plate 6 and the mouth gripping plate 5, the first plate comprises the mouth gripping plate 6 and the locking plate 3, the second plate comprises the mouth gripping plate 5 and the pressing plate 8, the mouth gripping plate 5 is arranged below the mouth gripping plate 6, the pressing plate 8 is arranged above the locking plate 3, and the mouth gripping plate 6 is engaged with the mouth gripping plate 5 by pressing the pressing plate 8 and the locking plate 3. Specifically, the inner side surface of the jaw tooth plate 6 is provided with one or more tooth teeth 61, the inner side surface of the jaw groove plate 5 is provided with one or more tooth grooves 51, the tooth grooves 51 are in one-to-one correspondence with the tooth teeth 61, so that super-planar engagement is realized, the engagement force of binding the fixator 11 and the goods is improved, the jaw tooth plate 6 and the jaw groove plate 5 are conveniently inserted into a packaging layer, and the jaw tooth plate 6 and the jaw groove plate 5 are preferably in a tip structure, such as a triangle structure or other head shrinkage narrowing structures, as shown in fig. 7 and 8.
In order to prevent the clamping teeth plate 6 and the groove plate 5 from being separated from each other when the pressing plate 8 is pressed down, a locking mechanism is further arranged between the pressing plate 8 and the locking plate 3, as shown in fig. 2 or fig. 4, the locking mechanism comprises a pin 9 arranged on the inner side surface of the pressing plate 8, a pin hole 92 arranged on the inner side surface of the locking plate 3 and matched with the pin 9, and a pin fixing buckle 32 arranged inside the locking plate 3, the pin 9 passes through the pin hole 92 and is clamped into a clamping groove 321 of the pin fixing buckle 32, so that the pressing plate 8 and the locking plate 3 are locked in a pressed state, and the pin 9 has a certain inclination angle according to the actual matching of the pin fixing buckle 32. In one embodiment of the invention, the biting pin 9 is integrally formed with the lock plate 3; since the pin 9 is offset at the surface of the lock plate 3 when it enters the lock plate 3 during the pressing down process, the pin hole 92 is a kidney-shaped hole, and the length direction of the kidney-shaped hole is the moving direction of the pin 9 on the plane of the lock plate 3, that is, the left-right direction (slightly inclined) in fig. 3. Concave patterns are formed on the biting needle 9, the biting needle 9 has an inclined angle, and when the biting needle 9 passes through the biting needle hole 92 and reaches the clamping groove 321 reserved by the biting needle fixing buckle 32, the biting needle 9 and the biting needle fixing buckle 32 can be clamped.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the pin fixing buckle 32 is a self-locking spring plate buckle structure, corresponding to the locking mechanism, the locking plate 3 is further provided with an unlocking channel, the inner end of the unlocking channel is close to the pin fixing buckle 32, the outer end extends to the surface of the shell, and the unlocking channel is matched with an independent unlocking key; when the unlocking key extends into the unlocking channel and abuts against the elastic sheet of the biting needle fixing buckle 32, the biting needle 9 is separated from the clamping groove 321 of the biting needle fixing buckle 32 to unlock the pressing state of the pressing plate 8 and the locking plate 3, and under the stress action of the spring 7, the first plate and the second plate return to the X-type. It should be noted that the specific structure and arrangement of the slot 321 of the biting needle fixing buckle 32 shown in fig. 2 should not be taken as a limitation of the protection scope of the present invention, and any slot shape and pattern capable of locking the biting needle 9 should fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment, the connecting strip 4 (pull rope) can be automatically retracted into the fixing device 11, specifically, a containing cavity for containing the connecting strip 4 is arranged in the fixing device 11, a positioning rod 1 is arranged in the containing cavity, N circles of spiral shrinkage strips 2 are wound on the positioning rod 1, the outer ends of the spiral shrinkage strips 2 are connected with the connecting strip 4, the connecting strip 4 is made of flexible materials, and the spiral shrinkage strips 2 are similar to a tape structure and can be stretched and contracted: under the action of external force, the spiral contraction strip 2 is unfolded and stretched, and the connecting strip 4 can be pulled out of the accommodating cavity for a certain distance; when the external force is lost, the connecting strip 4 is retracted into the accommodating cavity of the fixer 11 under the action of the retraction force of the spiral retraction strip 2. In order to prevent the tag body 10 from rattling and colliding outside the holder 11, it is preferable that a positioning groove 82 for placing the tag body 10 is provided on the outer surface of the holder 11, as shown in fig. 3 to 6. The positioning groove 82 is shown on the outer surface of the pressing plate 8, but the present invention is not limited to the positioning groove 82, and for example, the positioning groove 82 may be provided on the side or bottom of the lock plate 3 in addition to the positioning position shown in the drawings.
The draggable tag assembly provided by the invention has the function of locking goods through the locking tag besides convenient reading, and has the following application scenes:
it is desirable to have a tag column 101 and a transport device 102 engaged therewith, as shown in fig. 9: the tag column 101 can be fixed on the transportation device 102 at any height, during use, the clamp mouth groove plate 5 and the clamp mouth tooth plate 6 at one end of the fixer 11 can be fixed on a goods package inside the transportation device 102, the clamp mouth groove plate 5 and the clamp mouth tooth plate 6 are firmly meshed, the pressing plate 8 on the fixer 11 is pressed to clamp the pin 9 through the pin hole 92 and is clamped into the clamping groove 321 reserved on the pin fixing buckle 32, so that the meshing of the clamp mouth groove plate 5 and the clamp mouth tooth plate 6 on the goods package is enlarged, one end of the dragging type pull rope is connected with the tag body 10, the tag body 10 can be pulled out through the dragging type pull rope, the tag body 10 is inserted into one of the tag columns 101, the tag body 10 can be automatically retracted and adjusted in distance, the tag body 10 can be guaranteed to be scanned under the conditions of high fixing and uniform angles on the transportation device 102, the tag body 10 can be locked by the tag column 101, and the tag body 10 can be locked through the tag body, so that the tag body can be locked, the tag body 10 has a certain shape and the required strength, and the tag body 10 can be locked by the tag column 101. After the goods package is taken out of the warehouse for identification, the unlocking key with a special shape is inserted into the unlocking channel until the locking buckle 32 of the biting needle is propped up, the biting needle 9 is ejected, the clamping mouth groove plate 5 and the clamping mouth tooth plate 6 are ejected, the fixing device 11 and the tag body 10 can be removed, and the dragging type tag assembly can be recycled.
The locking function of the tag field 101 is as follows: the outside of conveyer 102 is provided with label fence 101, and is provided with the placing chamber in the label fence 101, the front surface of placing chamber is equipped with the closing plate, is provided with electronic security lock on the closing plate, place label body 10 in the placing chamber, wherein, the closing plate avoids label body 10 direct exposure, electronic security lock prevents that non-operating personnel from taking out label body 10 by mistake, causes the loss.
In this embodiment, rollers are welded at four corners of the bottom of the transporting device 102, and self-locking plates are disposed on the rollers.
The position and the height of the tag column 101 are optional, and the tag column 101 is arranged on the outer side for placing the tag body 10 according to the requirements of a manufacturer, so that the position of the tag body 10 is clearly visible; after the corresponding goods and the label body 10 are fixed by the fixing device 11, the label body 10 corresponds to the goods one by one, and then the label body 10 is stored in any one of the placing chambers of the label column 101, so that the label body 10 is clearly visible and is placed neatly, and a good reading environment is created for scanning of the label body 10.
After all goods and label body 10 all correspond to be connected, label body 10 then places in label column 101 respectively, at this moment, adopts scanner scanning label column 101, and all label body 10 all can be scanned, because label body 10 is neatly put in label column 101, therefore the scanner can be with power transfer little, each goods in this conveyer 102 of accurate scanning, avoided because of goods stack is scattered and is missed and read or misread, in addition, also stopped by the condition that metal or liquid class express delivery shielding signal can not read out.
