The positive pressure side exhaust channel 305 may be an integral structure or a split structure, for convenience in installation and manufacture, preferably, the positive pressure side exhaust channel 305 includes a first exhaust pipe 3052 and a second exhaust pipe 3053 that are connected together in a sealing manner, a sealing ring 3054 is disposed between the first exhaust pipe 3052 and the second exhaust pipe 3053, an upper end of the first exhaust pipe 3052 is fixedly installed on an upper portion of the fine filter body, preferably, an upper end of the first exhaust pipe 3052 is clamped on the fine filter upper cover 303, the first exhaust pipe 3052 passes through the fine filter upper cover 3011 and extends into the fine filter central tube 3013, a fine filter second sealing element is disposed between the first exhaust pipe 3052 and a middle portion of the fine filter upper cover 3011, preferably, the fine filter second sealing element is a sealing ring 306, and the fine filter exhaust check valve 3051 is disposed in the first exhaust pipe 3052; a second exhaust conduit 3053 passes through the fine filter lower end cap 3012 and communicates with the fine filter drain passage 106.
In order to facilitate the gas discharge, the inlet end of the first exhaust pipe 3052 is a gas collecting portion 3055, the outlet end of the first exhaust pipe 3052 is an exhaust portion 3056, and the inner diameter of the gas collecting portion 3055 is larger than the inner diameter of the exhaust portion 3056.
The lower surface of the fine filtering upper end cover 3011 is provided with a fine filtering annular protrusion 3014 matched with the fine filtering central tube 3013, and the upper surface of the fine filtering lower end cover 3012 is provided with a fine filtering annular protrusion 3015 matched with the fine filtering central tube 3013.
In order to improve the utilization rate of the fine filter paper 3016, a plurality of fine filter support plates 3017 for supporting the fine filter paper 3016 are arranged on the periphery of the fine filter central tube 3013, a fine filter oil outlet 3018 is formed in the upper portion of the fine filter central tube 3013, and the fine filter central tube 3013 is communicated with the fine filter oil duct 105.
The lower surface of the fine filtering lower end cap 3012 is provided with a fine filtering first protrusion 3019 extending into the fine filtering exhaust duct 106, a fine filtering third sealing element is arranged between the fine filtering first protrusion 3019 and the fine filtering exhaust duct 106, the lower part of the fine filtering first protrusion 3019 is provided with a fine filtering second protrusion 3020 extending into the fine filtering exhaust duct 105, and a fine filtering first sealing element is arranged between the fine filtering second protrusion 3020 and the fine filtering exhaust duct 105. The first fine-filtering sealing element is preferably a first sealing ring 307, and the third fine-filtering sealing element is preferably a third sealing ring 308, however, other manners that can be implemented by those skilled in the art, such as oil seals, etc., may also be used for the first fine-filtering sealing element and the third fine-filtering sealing element, and will not be described herein.
In the present embodiment, the rough filter drain oil passage 103 and the fine filter drain oil passage 106 communicate.
The working principle is as follows:
the fuel enters the rough filtering shell 202 from the rough filtering inlet oil duct 101, is filtered by the rough filtering filter paper 2020, and then ascends to the rough filtering oil outlet 2022 of the rough filtering central pipe 2013 along a cavity formed between the rough filtering support plate 2021 and the rough filtering filter paper 2020, and then descends to enter the rough filtering outlet duct 102 through the inside of the rough filtering central pipe 2013, so that the whole rough filtering filter paper 2020 can be utilized for filtering, and the utilization rate of the rough filtering filter paper 2020 can be improved; then, the fuel enters an oil inlet of an oil delivery pump (not shown in the figure), then enters a fine filtering oil inlet channel 104 of a fine filter 30 through an oil outlet of the oil delivery pump, then enters a fine filtering shell 302, is filtered by a fine filtering paper 3016, and then ascends to a fine filtering oil outlet 3018 of a fine filtering central tube 3013 along a cavity formed between a fine filtering supporting plate 3017 and the fine filtering paper 3016, and then enters a fine filtering oil channel 105 through the inner descending of the fine filtering central tube 3013, so that the whole fine filtering paper 3016 can be utilized for filtering, and the utilization rate of the fine filtering paper 3016 can be improved.
Because the strainer 20 is positioned at the negative pressure side, gas is precipitated and then is gathered at the upper part of the strainer body, and the strainer exhaust one-way valve 2016 is automatically opened under the action of suction force, so that the gas gathered at the upper part can enter the negative pressure side exhaust pipe 2015 through the negative pressure side gas collecting pipe 2014 and the strainer exhaust one-way valve 2016, then enter the oil flowing in the strainer central pipe 2013 through the quantitative hole 2017, and flow along with the fuel, the gas can be effectively prevented from being gathered in the strainer, and the normal starting of an engine can be ensured; because the fine filter 30 is positioned at the positive pressure side, gas is accumulated on the upper part of the fine filter body after being separated out, and the fine filter exhaust check valve 3051 is opened under the pressure effect, so that the gas accumulated on the upper part can enter the positive pressure side exhaust channel 305, and is discharged into an oil tank through the fine filter exhaust duct 106 after descending, the gas can be effectively prevented from accumulating in the fine filter, and the normal starting of an engine is ensured.
When the filter cartridge 201 is replaced after a period of use, the upper cover 203 is unscrewed from the outer cover 202, the filter cartridge 201 is detached from the filter base 10, a new filter cartridge is mounted on the filter base 10, and the upper cover 203 is connected to the outer cover 202 in a threaded manner, so that the filter cartridge can be conveniently detached, maintenance is convenient, and cost is saved; in this process, when the coarse filter element 201 is detached, the fuel in the coarse filter housing 202 can flow back to the fuel tank through the coarse filter drain oil duct 103, so that pollution caused by fuel flowing to the external environment is avoided.
When the fine filter element 301 is replaced, the fine filter upper cover 303 is unscrewed from the fine filter shell 302, the fine filter element 301 is detached from the filter seat 10, a new fine filter element is arranged on the filter seat 10, and then the fine filter upper cover 303 is connected to the fine filter shell 302 in a threaded manner, so that the fine filter element can be conveniently detached, the maintenance is convenient, and the cost is saved; in this process, when the fine filter element 301 is detached, the fuel in the fine filter housing 302 can flow back to the fuel tank through the fine filter drain oil duct 106, so that the fuel is prevented from flowing to the external environment to cause pollution.
The fuel filter module provided by the embodiment of the invention integrates the coarse filter and the fine filter into a whole, so that the structure is compact; the gas can be effectively prevented from accumulating in the coarse filter and the fine filter, and the normal start of the engine is ensured; the coarse filter element and the fine filter element can be conveniently disassembled and assembled, so that the maintenance is convenient, and the cost is saved; can effectively avoid the pollution caused by the fuel flowing into the external environment.

Claims (10)

1. The fuel filter module comprises a filter seat, a coarse filter and a fine filter, wherein the coarse filter comprises a coarse filter body and a coarse filter element, and the fine filter comprises a fine filter body and a fine filter element;
the filter seat is provided with a rough filtering oil inlet duct and a rough filtering oil outlet duct, and the rough filtering oil inlet duct is communicated with a cavity between the rough filtering body and the rough filtering filter element; the rough filtering filter element comprises a rough filtering upper end cover, a rough filtering lower end cover and a rough filtering central pipe arranged between the rough filtering upper end cover and the rough filtering lower end cover; a rough filtering oil outlet is formed in the rough filtering central pipe, and the rough filtering central pipe is communicated with the rough filtering oil outlet channel; a rough filtration first sealing element is arranged between the rough filtration lower end cover and the rough filtration oil outlet channel;
the middle part of the rough filtering upper end cover is provided with a negative pressure side gas collecting pipe, the negative pressure side gas collecting pipe penetrates through the rough filtering upper end cover and extends into the rough filtering central pipe, the lower end of the negative pressure side gas collecting pipe is connected with a negative pressure side exhaust pipe, the negative pressure side exhaust pipe is positioned in the rough filtering central pipe, the inlet end of the negative pressure side exhaust pipe is provided with a rough filtering exhaust one-way valve, and the outlet end of the negative pressure side exhaust pipe is provided with a quantitative hole;
the filter seat is provided with a fine filtering oil inlet duct, a fine filtering oil outlet duct and a fine filtering oil outlet duct, wherein the fine filtering oil inlet duct is communicated with a cavity between the fine filtering body and the fine filtering filter element;
the fine filter element comprises a fine filter upper end cover, a fine filter lower end cover and a fine filter central tube arranged between the fine filter upper end cover and the fine filter lower end cover; a fine filtering oil outlet is formed in the fine filtering central pipe, and the fine filtering central pipe is communicated with the fine filtering oil outlet channel; a fine filtration first sealing element is arranged between the fine filtration lower end cover and the fine filtration oil channel;
the fine filter further comprises a positive pressure side exhaust channel penetrating through the fine filter upper end cover, the fine filter central tube and the fine filter lower end cover, the upper end of the positive pressure side exhaust channel is located on the upper portion of the fine filter body, the lower end of the positive pressure side exhaust channel is communicated with the fine filter exhaust channel, and a fine filter exhaust one-way valve is arranged in the positive pressure side exhaust channel.

The fuel filter module according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of straining support plates for supporting straining filter paper are provided on the outer circumference of the straining central tube, and the straining oil outlet is provided at the upper part of the straining central tube; the periphery of the fine filtering central tube is provided with a plurality of fine filtering supporting plates for supporting fine filtering paper, and the fine filtering oil outlet is arranged on the upper part of the fine filtering central tube.
3. The fuel filter module of claim 1, wherein the negative pressure side header is an inverted cone negative pressure side header;
the positive pressure side exhaust channel comprises a first exhaust pipeline and a second exhaust pipeline which are connected together in a sealing way, the first exhaust pipeline is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the fine filtering body, the first exhaust pipeline penetrates through the fine filtering upper end cover and extends into the fine filtering central pipe, a fine filtering second sealing element is arranged between the first exhaust pipeline and the middle part of the fine filtering upper end cover, and the fine filtering exhaust check valve is arranged in the first exhaust pipeline; the second exhaust pipeline passes through the fine filtering lower end cover and is communicated with the fine filtering exhaust oil duct;
the inlet end of the first exhaust pipeline is a gas collecting part, the outlet end of the first exhaust pipeline is an exhaust part, and the inner diameter of the gas collecting part is larger than that of the exhaust part.
4. The fuel filter module of claim 1, wherein the coarse exhaust check valve is a duckbill check valve; the quantitative hole is arranged on the bottom surface of the negative pressure side exhaust pipe; the fine filtering exhaust one-way valve is also a duckbill one-way valve.

The fuel filter module according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the coarse filter body includes a coarse filter housing and a coarse filter upper cover sealingly mounted on an upper portion of the coarse filter housing, a lower portion of the coarse filter housing being integrally provided with the filter base; the fine filtering body comprises a fine filtering shell and a fine filtering upper cover which is arranged on the upper portion of the fine filtering shell in a sealing mode, and the lower portion of the fine filtering shell and the filtering seat are integrated.

The fuel filter module according to claim 5, wherein the filter base is further provided with a rough filter drain oil duct, a lower surface of the rough filter lower end cover is provided with a rough filter first protrusion extending into the rough filter drain oil duct, a rough filter second sealing element is arranged between the rough filter first protrusion and the rough filter drain oil duct, a lower part of the rough filter first protrusion is provided with a rough filter second protrusion extending into the rough filter drain oil duct, and the rough filter first sealing element is arranged between the rough filter second protrusion and the rough filter drain oil duct; the lower surface of the fine filtering lower end cover is provided with a fine filtering first bulge extending into the fine filtering oil drain channel, a fine filtering third sealing element is arranged between the fine filtering first bulge and the fine filtering oil drain channel, the lower part of the fine filtering first bulge is provided with a fine filtering second bulge extending into the fine filtering oil drain channel, and the fine filtering first sealing element is arranged between the fine filtering second bulge and the fine filtering oil drain channel.
7. The fuel filter module of claim 6, wherein the coarse filter drain passage and the fine filter drain passage are in communication.

The fuel filter module according to claim 7, wherein the coarse filter upper cover is provided with coarse filter external threads, the upper part of the coarse filter housing is provided with coarse filter internal threads matched with the coarse filter external threads, and a coarse filter third sealing element is arranged between the coarse filter upper cover and the coarse filter housing; the fine filtering upper cover is provided with fine filtering external threads, the upper part of the fine filtering shell is provided with fine filtering internal threads matched with the fine filtering external threads, and a fourth sealing element is arranged between the fine filtering upper cover and the fine filtering shell.
9. The fuel filter module according to claim 5, wherein the negative pressure side header pipe is clamped on the rough filter upper cover; the positive pressure side exhaust channel is clamped on the fine filtering upper cover.

The fuel filter module of claim 1, wherein the lower surface of the coarse filter upper end cap and the upper surface of the coarse filter lower end cap are provided with coarse filter annular protrusions matched with the coarse filter central tube; the rough filtering upper end cover, the negative pressure side gas collecting tube, the negative pressure side exhaust tube and the rough filtering annular bulge of the rough filtering upper end cover are integrally arranged; the lower surface of the fine filtering upper end cover and the upper surface of the fine filtering lower end cover are both provided with fine filtering annular protrusions matched with the fine filtering central tube.
