Abstract

一种钢丝干式拉拔粉,它的组分为:硬脂酸20%,有机磷化锌5%,其他复合抗极压剂2%,其余为石灰粉,将干式拉拔粉组成物按规定组分混合,在一定压力、温度下反应均匀,经烘干后,水分小于1.5%,再经过打粉,最后再研磨成细粉。本发明所述的拉拔粉油脂含量低,小于30%,采用本发明拉拔的钢丝无油污,表面干净,防锈性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢丝干式拉拔粉及其制备方法,属于化学制品技术领域。
背景技术
钢丝干式拉拔时常用的拉拔粉主要为钙系和钠系,但这两类拉拔粉拉拔后的钢丝表面都不干净,都存在表面脏的问题,本发明开发了一种新型拉拔粉,使得拉拔后的钢丝表面很干净,钢丝表面防锈性能好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种钢丝干式拉拔粉及其制备方法,解决拉拔钢丝表面污物问题,确保钢丝表面干净,提高钢丝表面防锈性能。
本发明的一种钢丝干式拉拔粉,它的组分(重量百分比)为:硬脂酸20%,有机磷化锌5%,其他复合抗极压剂2%,其余为石灰粉。
本发明的钢丝干式拉拔粉的制备方法,将所述的干式拉拔粉组成物按规定组分混合,在一定压力、温度下反应均匀,经烘干后,水分小于1.5%,再经过打粉,最后再研磨成细粉。
本发明的拉拔粉油脂含量少,油脂含量小于30%。而普通拉拔粉油脂含量为40%-60%,同时将拉拔粉加工成粉状,而普通拉拔粉为颗粒状,同时加入了其他添加剂,即保证了润滑性,同时保证钢丝表面干净。
本发明首次在拉拔粉中加入有机磷化锌,使得不但拉拔粉的润滑性能好,而且还能保证钢丝表面不生锈。
在拉拔钢丝时,将本发明的拉拔粉用于拉丝机最后两个拉拔模盒,就能保证钢丝表面干净。
本发明专利的有益效果
1、拉拔的钢丝表面很干净,用户在使用中无灰尘,环保。
2、弹簧用商品钢丝由于表面干净,钢丝在绕簧的过程中不会由于表面脏而打滑,解决了绕簧出现高低簧的问题。
3、对于需要后续进行镀层处理的钢丝,表面干净便于镀前清洗处理,保证了镀层质量。
4、经该拉拔粉拉拔的钢丝,表面防锈性能好。
具体实施方式
本发明的一种钢丝干式拉拔粉,它的组分(重量百分比)为:硬脂酸20%,有机磷化锌5%,其他复合抗极压剂2%,其余为石灰粉。
本发明的钢丝干式拉拔粉的制备方法,将所述的干式拉拔粉组成物按规定组分混合,在一定压力、温度下反应均匀,经烘干后,水分小于1.5%,再经过打粉,最后再研磨成细粉。
本发明的拉拔粉油脂含量少,油脂含量小于30%。而普通拉拔粉油脂含量为40%-60%,同时将拉拔粉加工成粉状,而普通拉拔粉为颗粒状,同时加入了其他添加剂,即保证了润滑性,同时保证钢丝表面干净。
本发明首次在拉拔粉中加入有机磷化锌,使得不但拉拔粉的润滑性能好,而且还能保证钢丝表面不生锈。

1.一种钢丝干式拉拔粉,其特征是:它的组分(重量百分比)为:硬脂酸20%,有机磷化锌5%,其他复合抗极压剂2%,其余为石灰粉。
2.如权利要求1所述的钢丝干式拉拔粉,其特征是:所述的拉拔粉油脂含量小于30%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的钢丝干式拉拔粉的制备方法,其特征是:将所述的钢丝干式拉拔粉组成物按规定组分混合,在一定压力、温度下反应均匀,经烘干后,水分小于1.5%,再经过打粉,最后再研磨成细粉。
