Abstract

本发明提供一种耐高温型的CPVC(氯化聚氯乙烯)塑木复合材料,其由以下重量百分比的组分制备而成:30%CPVC树脂,20%PVCSG‑8树脂,20%竹木纤维粉,10%轻质活性碳酸钙无机填料,10%改性剂,5%加工助剂,将以上各组分配料利用高速混合机混合均匀,混合时间1‑2h,然后双螺杆挤出机将混合后的配料挤压,利用双螺杆挤出机配套的模具进行冷却定型,利用牵引机进行处理后,利用木板切割机切割出不同长度规格的复合材料木板,本发明针对性的引进了CPVC这种耐高温性能好,耐老化耐腐蚀性能优异的工程塑料,制备出耐高温型的CPVC塑木复合材料,使产品的使用变形温度在常规塑木的基础上提高了10℃以上。

一种耐高温型的CPVC塑木复合材料
技术领域
本发明属于复合材料木板技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温型的CPVC(氯化聚氯乙烯)塑木复合材料。
背景技术
现有市场已存在的塑木复合材料,耐高温型温度较低70~80℃,无法满足户外暴晒使用,经常出现板材翘曲,变形,收缩严重等问题,影响产品正常使用。
因此,发明一种耐高温型的CPVC塑木复合材料显得非常必要。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种耐高温型的CPV塑木复合材料,以解决现有的塑木复合材料户外暴晒使用,经常出现板材翘曲,变形,收缩严重的问题。
一种耐高温型的CPVC塑木复合材料,其由以下重量百分比的组分制备而成: 30%CPVC树脂,20%PVCSG-8树脂,20%竹木纤维粉,10%轻质活性碳酸钙无机填料,10%改性剂,5%加工助剂,将以上各组分配料利用高速混合机混合均匀,混合时间1-2h,然后双螺杆挤出机将混合后的配料挤压,利用双螺杆挤出机配套的模具进行冷却定型,利用牵引机进行处理后,利用木板切割机切割出不同长度规格的复合材料木板。
优选地,所述双螺杆挤出机机头温度为176℃。
优选地,所述模具冷却定型的水温为18℃。
优选地,所述双螺杆挤出机挤出温度为165-178℃
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明专利主要针对市面上已出现的塑木复合材料存在的耐高温型温度低这一缺陷,针对性的引进了CPVC (氯化聚氯乙烯)这种耐高温性能好,耐老化耐腐蚀性能优异的工程塑料,制备出耐高温型的CPVC塑木复合材料,使产品的使用变形温度在常规塑木的基础上提高了10℃以上。

如附图1所示,本发明提供一种耐高温型的CPVC塑木复合材料,其由以下重量百分比的组分制备而成:30%CPVC树脂,20%PVCSG-8树脂,20%竹木纤维粉,10%轻质活性碳酸钙无机填料,10%改性剂,5%加工助剂,将以上各组分配料利用高速混合机混合均匀,混合时间1-2h,然后双螺杆挤出机将混合后的配料挤压,利用双螺杆挤出机配套的模具进行冷却定型,利用牵引机进行处理后,利用木板切割机切割出不同长度规格的复合材料木板。所述双螺杆挤出机机头温度为176℃,所述模具冷却定型的水温为18℃,所述双螺杆挤出机挤出温度为165-178℃,本发明专利主要针对市面上已出现的塑木复合材料存在的耐高温型温度低这一缺陷,针对性的引进了CPVC这种耐高温性能好,耐老化耐腐蚀性能优异的工程塑料,制备出耐高温型的CPVC塑木复合材料,使产品的使用变形温度在常规塑木的基础上提高了10℃以上。

Claims (4)

1.一种耐高温型的CPVC塑木复合材料,其由以下重量百分比的组分:制备而成30%CPVC树脂,20%PVCSG-8树脂,20%竹木纤维粉,10%轻质活性碳酸钙无机填料,10%改性剂,5%加工助剂,将以上各组分配料利用高速混合机混合均匀,混合时间1-2h,然后双螺杆挤出机将混合后的配料挤压,利用双螺杆挤出机配套的模具进行冷却定型,利用牵引机进行处理后,利用木板切割机切割出不同长度规格的复合材料木板。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐高温型的CPVC塑木复合材料,其特征在于,所述双螺杆挤出机机头温度为176℃。
3.如权利要求1所述的耐高温型的CPVC塑木复合材料,其特征在于,所述模具冷却定型的水温为18℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的耐高温型的CPVC塑木复合材料,其特征在于,所述双螺杆挤出机挤出温度为165-178℃。
