Abstract
本发明涉及一种水泥窑窑头罩用浇注料,包括骨料和基质料,所述骨料和所述基质料的重量配比为7:3,所述骨料的粒径为0.2~10mm,所述基质料的粒径为0.088~0.045mm;所述骨料包括25~40重量份的钛酸镁、28~48重量份的钛刚玉、10~15重量份的碳化硅、10~16重量份的氧氮化铝;所述基质料包括金属硅微粉、氧化硅细粉、氧化铝微粉。本发明选用合适的骨料,基质料,可以形成高耐磨,高热震,耐腐蚀的浇注料,坯体均匀、抗热震性好,添加剂形成韧性结构,同时纤维形成拉拔效应,整体提高浇注料的抗热震性能,同时大大增强其抗折性和抗冲刷性,在水泥窑窑头罩处恶劣条件下,使用寿命长,更换周期长,减小生产成本,大大提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料领域,具体是一种水泥窑窑头罩用浇注料。
背景技术
水泥窑窑头罩部位温度变化大,风速较高,热气流内含大量细小的熟料颗粒,窑头罩长期直接受到含尘热气流的冲刷与侵蚀,易使耐磨浇注料脱落,目前市场上现有的耐磨浇注料,如专利号CN103819204B公开的碳化硅莫来石质耐磨浇注料,在该部位使用时,普遍存在耐磨性能不高、耐高温性能较差和抗热震性能不强等缺陷,导致损坏频繁,寿命均不长。加上,现在回转窑对施工周期要求比较苛刻,要求施工周期短,烘窑快,能比较快的投入生产使用,这就对衬体材料提出了更高的要求,现有的浇注料已很难满足市场的需求。也有对水泥窑窑头罩处的结构进行改进,以克服上述缺陷的,如专利号为CN202284700公开的一种水泥窑窑头罩弯头,但是效果仍然不显著,难以达到要求,导致生产效率始终难以提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有的耐火浇注料在水泥窑窑头罩使用时存在的上述缺陷,提供一种水泥窑窑头罩用浇注料,采用新型的用料配方以及合适的配比,达到高耐磨性、耐腐蚀性,还具有良好的抗热震性,可以克服水泥窑窑头罩处恶劣的条件,使用寿命长。
本发明采用如下的技术方案以达到上述目的:一种水泥窑窑头罩用浇注料,包括骨料和基质料,所述骨料和所述基质料的重量配比为7:3,所述骨料的粒径为0.2~10mm,所述基质料的粒径为0.088~0.045mm;所述骨料包括25~40重量份的钛酸镁、28~48重量份的钛刚玉、10~15重量份的碳化硅、10~16重量份的氧氮化铝;所述基质料包括金属硅微粉、氧化硅细粉、氧化铝微粉。
作为优选,所述钛酸镁包括6~20%的6~10mm的钛酸镁、40~65%的3~6mm的钛酸镁、20~40%的1~3mm的钛酸镁。
作为优选,所述钛刚玉的粒径范围的组成如下:5~15%的5~8mm的钛刚玉、30~55%的3~5mm的钛刚玉、20~45%的1~3mm的钛刚玉。
作为优选,所述钛酸镁中重量含量不小于95%。
作为优选,所述金属硅微粉的粒径为不大于5微米。
作为优选,浇注料还包括添加剂,其包括莫来石纤维、氧化锆纤维和不锈钢纤维。
在浇注料中添加添加剂,可以为在浇注料体内形成韧性结构,同时纤维形成拉拔效应,整体提高浇注料的抗热震性能,同时大大增强其抗折性和抗冲刷性。
作为优选,所述添加剂各组分的添加重量份为:莫来石纤维30~45份、氧化锆纤维15~30份、钢纤维20~45份。
作为优选,所述添加剂还包括有15~25份的防爆纤维。
作为优选,所述基质料中还包括石英玻璃粉,所述石英玻璃的添加量为所述基质料总量的1~3%。
作为优选,所述石英玻璃中二氧化硅的含量不低于99%。
通过实施上述技术方案,本发明选用合适的骨料,基质料,可以形成高耐磨,高热震,耐腐蚀的浇注料,坯体均匀、抗热震性好,添加剂形成韧性结构,同时纤维形成拉拔效应,整体提高浇注料的抗热震性能,同时大大增强其抗折性和抗冲刷性,在水泥窑窑头罩处恶劣条件下,使用寿命长,更换周期长,减小生产成本,大大提高生产效率。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种水泥窑窑头罩用浇注料,包括骨料和基质料,所述骨料和所述基质料的重量配比为7:3;骨料包括28重量份的钛酸镁、45重量份的钛刚玉、11重量份的碳化硅以及16重量份的氧氮化铝;粒径范围在0.2~10mm,平均粒径在5~6 mm。基质料金属硅微粉、氧化硅细粉、氧化铝微粉,粒径范围在0.088~0.045mm,平均粒径在0.03mm。其中,骨料中,钛酸镁重量纯度>95.5%,钛酸镁的粒径范围分布在1~10mm,具体构成是: 25%的6~10mm的钛酸镁、30%的3~6mm的钛酸镁、45%的1~3mm的钛酸镁。钛刚玉的粒径范围的组成如下: 15%的5~8mm的钛刚玉、30%的3~5mm的钛刚玉、55%的1~3mm的钛刚玉。
实施例2

一种水泥窑窑头罩用浇注料,包括骨料和基质料,所述骨料和所述基质料的重量配比为7:3;骨料包括29重量份的钛酸镁、45重量份的钛刚玉、10重量份的碳化硅以及15重量份的氧氮化铝;粒径范围在0.2~10mm,平均粒径在5~6 mm。基质料金属硅微粉、氧化硅细粉、氧化铝微粉,石英玻璃粉,粒径范围在0.088~0.045mm,平均粒径在0.03mm。其中,骨料中,钛酸镁达到95.5%,钛酸镁的粒径范围分布在1~10mm,具体构成是: 25%的6~10mm的钛酸镁、30%的3~6mm的钛酸镁、45%的1~3mm的钛酸镁。钛刚玉的粒径范围的组成如下: 15%的5~8mm的钛刚玉、30%的3~5mm的钛刚玉、55%的1~3mm的钛刚玉。所述添加剂包括莫来石纤维30~45份、氧化锆纤维15~30份、钢纤维20~45份,纤维的平均直径在5~10mm之间。

1.一种水泥窑窑头罩用浇注料,包括骨料和基质料,所述骨料和所述基质料的重量配比为7:3,所述骨料的粒径为0.2~10mm,所述基质料的粒径为0.088~0.045mm;所述骨料包括25~40重量份的钛酸镁、28~48重量份的钛刚玉、10~15重量份的碳化硅、10~16重量份的氧氮化铝;所述基质料包括金属硅微粉、氧化硅细粉、氧化铝微粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种水泥窑窑头罩用浇注料,其特征在于,所述钛酸镁包括6~20%的6~10mm的钛酸镁、40~65%的3~6mm的钛酸镁、20~40%的1~3mm的钛酸镁。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种水泥窑窑头罩用浇注料,其特征在于,所述钛刚玉的粒径范围的组成如下:5~15%的5~8mm的钛刚玉、30~55%的3~5mm的钛刚玉、20~45%的1~3mm的钛刚玉。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种水泥窑窑头罩用浇注料,其特征在于,浇注料还包括添加剂,其包括莫来石纤维、氧化锆纤维和不锈钢纤维。
