Abstract

本发明涉及一种抢险救援服内层材料及其制备方法,属于服装纺织品技术领域。本发明采用毛细管细、数量多,能够显著增强织物的毛细芯吸效应,进而改善织物的透气性能和导湿性能的细旦涤纶长丝复合涤纶短纤,梳理铺网成细旦涤纶纤维网,再通过与具有良好的耐磨性和悬垂性,以及良好的吸湿透湿性、透气性和天然的抗菌、防臭功能,染色性能优良,又被称为会呼吸的环保纤维的竹纤维梳理铺网成的复合竹纤维网,形成润湿梯度的连续性好,差动毛细效应显著的单向导湿纤维水刺布,使汗液在差动毛细效应的作用下,被吸附到织物外表层并迅速挥发,改善透气透湿性能,提高舒适度。

Description

一种抢险救援服内层材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抢险救援服内层材料及其制备方法,属于服装纺织品技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,频发的突发性公共安全事件对于救援工作提出了更高的要求。由于救援人员面对的环境具有高度不确定性,为了保障人身安全,越来越多的行业人员及研究者开始重视抢险救援服的应用和开发。根据统计数据分析,在全球区域内抢险救援服的消耗量趋势上升显著。抢险救援服通常分为表面层、防水透气层、隔热层以及舒适层,现有的抢险救援服内层材料(除表面层),在透气透湿性能上有所不足,导致抢险队员穿着不便,舒适性差。
抢险救援服是抢险队员在环境恶劣的场合实施救援时保护自身安全的重要防护道具。国内外对抢险救援服内层材料的性能与测定方法都已做出相关的规定,并且随着时代的进步一直在提出更高的性能要求。我国公安部门关于防护服已发布了两列标准,具体对抢险救援服的规格、设计要求、每一层的性能要求以及性能测试方法做出详细的规定。相对于消防服,抢险救援服虽然在火灾现场使用不多,但是抢险救援服具有更好的实用性,适用于各种救灾场合,其运用更为广泛。
抢险救援队员出勤执行任务之时,希望尽量减轻负重以保证有更好的体力行动或者撤离,因此对于抢险救援服的面密度有着很高的要求,在保证抢险救援服所需要的基本性能之下,必须要尽量降低其面密度,将抢险救援服内层材料的面密度降低,可以极大的提高抢险队员的穿着轻便性。
无法快速有效的进行热导湿,会使得抢险救援服内部形成局部高温,这种情况下,救援队员无法排除汗液,很有可能造成昏厥、抽筋、蒸汽烫伤等严重问题。因此,对于抢险救援服内层材料的开发研究显得尤为必要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对现有的抢险救援服内层材料,在透气透湿性能上有所不足,导致抢险队员穿着不便,舒适性差的问题,提供了一种抢险救援服内层材料及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种抢险救援服内层材料,所述内层材料从上往下由防水透湿层、隔热层、导湿层组成,所述导湿层为单向导湿纤维水刺布。
所述单向导湿纤维水刺布为复合竹纤维网平铺在细旦涤纶纤维网之上经1道预湿、5道正面水刺工艺制成。
所述水刺工艺参数为输网帘速度为1~2m/min,1道预湿水刺压力为2.0~2.5MPa,正面水刺压力为5.5~10.5MPa。
所述复合竹纤维网为50~60重量份竹纤维,40~50重量份涤纶低弹丝,通过多层平铺混合后开松并梳理铺网制得,面密度为50~70g/m2
所述细旦涤纶纤维网为50~70重量份涤纶短纤,30~50重量份细旦涤纶长丝,通过多层平铺混合后开松并梳理铺网制得,面密度为50~70g/m2
所述隔热层为30~40重量份芳纶1313,10~20重量份芳纶1414,30~40重量份芳砜纶,通过多层平铺混合后开松并梳理铺网制得的芳纶纤维网,面密度为50~70g/m2
所述隔热层通过水刺工艺与单向导湿纤维水刺布复合,具体工艺参数为输网帘速度为1~2m/min,1道预湿水刺压力为2.5~3.0MPa,正面水刺压力为6~11MPa。
所述防水透湿层为TPU薄膜,通过耐高温胶SL8311粘合在隔热层表面。
所述的一种抢险救援服内层材料的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)取芳纶1313、芳纶1414、芳砜纶,通过多层平铺混合后开松并梳理铺网,得芳纶纤维网;
(2)取涤纶短纤、细旦涤纶长丝,通过多层平铺混合后开松并梳理铺网,得细旦涤纶纤维网;
(3)取竹纤维、涤纶低弹丝,通过多层平铺混合后开松并梳理铺网,得复合竹纤维网;
(4)将复合竹纤维网平铺在细旦涤纶纤维网之上经1道预湿、5道正面水刺工艺,得单向导湿纤维水刺布;
(5)将芳纶纤维网平铺在单向导湿纤维水刺布之上经1道预湿、5道正面水刺工艺,得导湿隔热纤维水刺布;
(6)取TPU薄膜在纵向每间隔60~80mm涂上宽10~12mm、长600~800mm的耐高温胶SL8311,横向每间隔60~80mm涂上宽10~12mm、长250~300mm的耐高温胶SL8311,再覆盖在导湿隔热纤维水刺布上表面,在60~70℃下烘烤固化20~24h,冷却至室温后,得抢险救援服内层材料。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明采用毛细管细、数量多,能够显著增强织物的毛细芯吸效应,进而改善织物的透气性能和导湿性能的细旦涤纶长丝复合涤纶短纤,梳理铺网成细旦涤纶纤维网,再通过与具有良好的耐磨性和悬垂性,以及良好的吸湿透湿性、透气性和天然的抗菌、防臭功能,染色性能优良,又被称为会呼吸的环保纤维的竹纤维梳理铺网成的复合竹纤维网,形成润湿梯度的连续性好,差动毛细效应显著的单向导湿纤维水刺布,使汗液在差动毛细效应的作用下,被吸附到织物外表层并迅速挥发,改善透气透湿性能,提高舒适度;
(2)本发明采用热塑性聚氨酯TPU为防水透湿层,具有良好的高张力、高拉力、强韧和耐老化的特性,弹性佳,质轻,同时还具有高防水性、透气性、防风、防寒、抗菌、防霉、保暖、抗紫外线以及能量释放等许多优异的功能,在防水透湿性能上优于现有的抢险救援服;
(3)本发明制备的抢险救援服内层材料将现有防护服的舒适层、隔热层、防水透气层合并为一层,减轻重量的同时满足了抢险救援服的使用要求,为后续成衣的加工提供了便利。
具体实施方式
取30~40g芳纶1313,10~20g芳纶1414,30~40g芳砜纶,通过多层平铺混合进行配料,将混合后的配料送入开松机中开松,通过梳棉机梳理后铺网,控制纤维网面密度为50~70g/m2,得芳纶纤维网,取50~70g涤纶短纤,30~50g细旦涤纶长丝,通过多层平铺混合进行配料,将混合后的配料送入开松机中开松,通过梳棉机梳理后铺网,控制纤维网面密度为50~70g/m2,得细旦涤纶纤维网,取50~60g竹纤维,40~50g涤纶低弹丝,通过多层平铺混合进行配料,将混合后的配料送入开松机中开松,通过梳棉机梳理后铺网,控制纤维网面密度为50~70g/m2,得复合竹纤维网,将复合竹纤维网平铺在细旦涤纶纤维网之上,一起送入水刺机中,经1道预湿、5道正面水刺,设置输网帘速度为1~2m/min,1道预湿水刺压力为2.0~2.5MPa,正面水刺压力为5.5~10.5MPa,得单向导湿纤维水刺布,将芳纶纤维网平铺在单向导湿纤维水刺布上,一起送入水刺机中,经1道预湿、5道正面水刺,设置输网帘速度为1~2m/min,1道预湿水刺压力为2.5~3.0MPa,正面水刺压力为6~11MPa,得导湿隔热纤维水刺布,取TPU薄膜,并在其纵向每间隔60~80mm涂上宽10~12mm、长600~800mm的耐高温胶SL8311,横向每间隔60~80mm涂上宽10~12mm、长250~300mm的耐高温胶SL8311,再覆盖在导湿隔热纤维水刺布上表面,并置于干燥箱中,在60~70℃下烘烤20~24h,冷却至室温后出料,得抢险救援服内层材料。

取30g芳纶1313,10g芳纶1414,30g芳砜纶,通过多层平铺混合进行配料,将混合后的配料送入开松机中开松,通过梳棉机梳理后铺网,控制纤维网面密度为50g/m2,得芳纶纤维网,取50g涤纶短纤,30g细旦涤纶长丝,通过多层平铺混合进行配料,将混合后的配料送入开松机中开松,通过梳棉机梳理后铺网,控制纤维网面密度为50g/m2,得细旦涤纶纤维网,取50g竹纤维,40g涤纶低弹丝,通过多层平铺混合进行配料,将混合后的配料送入开松机中开松,通过梳棉机梳理后铺网,控制纤维网面密度为50g/m2,得复合竹纤维网,将复合竹纤维网平铺在细旦涤纶纤维网之上,一起送入水刺机中,经1道预湿、5道正面水刺,设置输网帘速度为1m/min,1道预湿水刺压力为2.0MPa,正面水刺压力为5.5MPa,得单向导湿纤维水刺布,将芳纶纤维网平铺在单向导湿纤维水刺布上,一起送入水刺机中,经1道预湿、5道正面水刺,设置输网帘速度为1m/min,1道预湿水刺压力为2.5MPa,正面水刺压力为6MPa,得导湿隔热纤维水刺布,取TPU薄膜,并在其纵向每间隔60mm涂上宽10mm、长600mm的耐高温胶SL8311,横向每间隔60mm涂上宽10mm、长250mm的耐高温胶SL8311,再覆盖在导湿隔热纤维水刺布上表面,并置于干燥箱中,在60℃下烘烤20h,冷却至室温后出料,得抢险救援服内层材料。
实例2
取35g芳纶1313,15g芳纶1414,35g芳砜纶,通过多层平铺混合进行配料,将混合后的配料送入开松机中开松,通过梳棉机梳理后铺网,控制纤维网面密度为60g/m2,得芳纶纤维网,取60g涤纶短纤,40g细旦涤纶长丝,通过多层平铺混合进行配料,将混合后的配料送入开松机中开松,通过梳棉机梳理后铺网,控制纤维网面密度为60g/m2,得细旦涤纶纤维网,取55g竹纤维,45g涤纶低弹丝,通过多层平铺混合进行配料,将混合后的配料送入开松机中开松,通过梳棉机梳理后铺网,控制纤维网面密度为60g/m2,得复合竹纤维网,将复合竹纤维网平铺在细旦涤纶纤维网之上,一起送入水刺机中,经1道预湿、5道正面水刺,设置输网帘速度为1m/min,1道预湿水刺压力为2.2MPa,正面水刺压力为8.0MPa,得单向导湿纤维水刺布,将芳纶纤维网平铺在单向导湿纤维水刺布上,一起送入水刺机中,经1道预湿、5道正面水刺,设置输网帘速度为1m/min,1道预湿水刺压力为2.8MPa,正面水刺压力为8.5MPa,得导湿隔热纤维水刺布,取TPU薄膜,并在其纵向每间隔70mm涂上宽11mm、长700mm的耐高温胶SL8311,横向每间隔70mm涂上宽11mm、长280mm的耐高温胶SL8311,再覆盖在导湿隔热纤维水刺布上表面,并置于干燥箱中,在65℃下烘烤22h,冷却至室温后出料,得抢险救援服内层材料。
实例3
取40g芳纶1313,20g芳纶1414,40g芳砜纶,通过多层平铺混合进行配料,将混合后的配料送入开松机中开松,通过梳棉机梳理后铺网,控制纤维网面密度为70g/m2,得芳纶纤维网,取70g涤纶短纤,50g细旦涤纶长丝,通过多层平铺混合进行配料,将混合后的配料送入开松机中开松,通过梳棉机梳理后铺网,控制纤维网面密度为70g/m2,得细旦涤纶纤维网,取60g竹纤维,50g涤纶低弹丝,通过多层平铺混合进行配料,将混合后的配料送入开松机中开松,通过梳棉机梳理后铺网,控制纤维网面密度为70g/m2,得复合竹纤维网,将复合竹纤维网平铺在细旦涤纶纤维网之上,一起送入水刺机中,经1道预湿、5道正面水刺,设置输网帘速度为2m/min,1道预湿水刺压力为2.5MPa,正面水刺压力为10.5MPa,得单向导湿纤维水刺布,将芳纶纤维网平铺在单向导湿纤维水刺布上,一起送入水刺机中,经1道预湿、5道正面水刺,设置输网帘速度为2m/min,1道预湿水刺压力为3.0MPa,正面水刺压力为11MPa,得导湿隔热纤维水刺布,取TPU薄膜,并在其纵向每间隔80mm涂上宽12mm、长800mm的耐高温胶SL8311,横向每间隔80mm涂上宽12mm、长300mm的耐高温胶SL8311,再覆盖在导湿隔热纤维水刺布上表面,并置于干燥箱中,在70℃下烘烤24h,冷却至室温后出料,得抢险救援服内层材料。
对照例:东莞某服装有限公司生产的抢险救援服内层材料。
将实例及对照例的抢险救援服内层材料进行检测,具体检测如下:
防水性能测试:对样品进行耐静水压测试,测试仪器、测试标准、具体操作如下:测试仪器:温州市方圆仪器有样品限公司YG812DA渗水性测定仪。测试标准:GB/T4744—2013《纺织织物抗渗水性测定》。具体操作:通过不断增加水压,顶起织物,当织物表面出现3颗水珠时,完成实验,记录当时的数据,每个样品测试5次,算出平均值既得该织物的耐静水压。
织物透气性测试:对样品进行透气性测试,测试仪器、测试标准、具体操作如下:测试仪器:宁波纺织仪器厂YG4616全自动透气量仪。测试标准:GB/T5453—1997《纺织品织物透气性的测定》。测试操作:将喷嘴口径调为Φ2.0,测试压力为100Pa,自动测试,每个样品测8次,测出的结果的平均值即为织物的透气率。
隔热性能测试:对样品进行隔热性能测试,仪器为SFJJ-606PC型织物保暖试验仪。将样品裁剪成25cm×25cm的规格,放置保暖试验仪上,放置2小时,共测试5块样品,得出平均值即为织物的热阻以及热传递系数。
具体检测结果如表1。

由表1可知,本发明制备的抢险救援服内层材料具有防水性能好,透气率高,隔热性能好的优点。

1.一种抢险救援服内层材料,其特征在于,所述内层材料从上往下由防水透湿层、隔热层、导湿层组成,所述导湿层为单向导湿纤维水刺布。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抢险救援服内层材料,其特征在于,所述单向导湿纤维水刺布为复合竹纤维网平铺在细旦涤纶纤维网之上经1道预湿、5道正面水刺工艺制成。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种抢险救援服内层材料,其特征在于,所述水刺工艺参数为输网帘速度为1~2m/min,1道预湿水刺压力为2.0~2.5MPa,正面水刺压力为5.5~10.5MPa。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种抢险救援服内层材料,其特征在于,所述复合竹纤维网为50~60重量份竹纤维,40~50重量份涤纶低弹丝,通过多层平铺混合后开松并梳理铺网制得,面密度为50~70g/m2
5.如权利要求2所述的一种抢险救援服内层材料,其特征在于,所述细旦涤纶纤维网为50~70重量份涤纶短纤,30~50重量份细旦涤纶长丝,通过多层平铺混合后开松并梳理铺网制得,面密度为50~70g/m2
6.如权利要求1所述的一种抢险救援服内层材料,其特征在于,所述隔热层为30~40重量份芳纶1313,10~20重量份芳纶1414,30~40重量份芳砜纶,通过多层平铺混合后开松并梳理铺网制得的芳纶纤维网,面密度为50~70g/m2
7.如权利要求1或6所述的一种抢险救援服内层材料,其特征在于,所述隔热层通过水刺工艺与单向导湿纤维水刺布复合,具体工艺参数为输网帘速度为1~2m/min,1道预湿水刺压力为2.5~3.0MPa,正面水刺压力为6~11MPa。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种抢险救援服内层材料,其特征在于,所述防水透湿层为TPU薄膜,通过耐高温胶SL8311粘合在隔热层表面。
9.如权利要求1~8任意一项所述的一种抢险救援服内层材料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
(1)取芳纶1313、芳纶1414、芳砜纶,通过多层平铺混合后开松并梳理铺网,得芳纶纤维网;
(2)取涤纶短纤、细旦涤纶长丝,通过多层平铺混合后开松并梳理铺网,得细旦涤纶纤维网;
(3)取竹纤维、涤纶低弹丝,通过多层平铺混合后开松并梳理铺网,得复合竹纤维网;
(4)将复合竹纤维网平铺在细旦涤纶纤维网之上经1道预湿、5道正面水刺工艺,得单向导湿纤维水刺布;
(5)将芳纶纤维网平铺在单向导湿纤维水刺布之上经1道预湿、5道正面水刺工艺,得导湿隔热纤维水刺布;
(6)取TPU薄膜在纵向每间隔60~80mm涂上宽10~12mm、长600~800mm的耐高温胶SL8311,横向每间隔60~80mm涂上宽10~12mm、长250~300mm的耐高温胶SL8311,再覆盖在导湿隔热纤维水刺布上表面,在60~70℃下烘烤固化20~24h,冷却至室温后,得抢险救援服内层材料。
