Abstract
本申请公开了一种双球式净化加湿除尘装置和吸尘装置,其共同特征是,由外球壳和内球芯之间的夹层形成的球面净化腔室,在内球芯上设有上下贯通的管孔,外球壳的底部设有与管孔对应的通孔,并在通孔周围设有排水孔,外球壳的通孔与内球芯的管孔下口接通,内球芯的管孔上口设有喷水嘴和反水盘,外球壳的顶部设有进风口,在排水孔的下方设有蓄水池,蓄水池内置有潜水泵,潜水泵的排水口与外球壳下通孔连接,吸风机的排风口与外球壳进风口连接。不同的是,在风机的吸风口上安装有过滤网盒和吸风管,吸风管上连接吸头。本申请的除尘装置可有效增大了水与空气的接触面积,保证了室内空气清新的效果。本申请的吸尘装置解决了集尘袋的微孔堵塞问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保设备技术领域,尤其涉及净化加湿除尘及吸尘设备。
背景技术
随着环境污染的日益严重和人们对环境意识的加强,空气质量对人体健康的影响已成为世界关注的焦点,尤其是悬浮在空气中的微小颗粒,不仅是导致雾霾天气的重要原因,也是导致呼吸道疾病和心血管疾病的重要因素之一,因此,如何进行空气净化过滤的问题成为行业研究的热点。目前,空气净化的处理方法大都是采用的滤网式过滤技术,虽然能有效的将空气中悬浮的微小颗粒物吸附在过滤网上,但由于滤网存在着间隙,只能滤除悬浮颗粒,无法滤除空气中的有害气体,如甲醛、硫化氢、氮氧化物等物质。
目前还有一种需要解决的问题,在清洁工作时,所用的吸尘器大部分采用集尘袋对赃物进行回收的方式,由于集尘袋的微孔常常会被吸入的赃物堵塞造成吸力下降,影响吸尘效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是,针对上述滤网式过滤技术的不足,提供了一种既能过滤空气中悬浮颗粒,又能有效的过滤空气中的甲醛、硫化氢等有害气体的双球式多功能净化加湿除尘装置,还可作为吸尘器使用。
一种双球式多功能净化加湿除尘装置,其特征在于,它由球形净化腔体、吸风机、蓄水池、潜水泵所组成;所述的球形净化腔体安装在支架上,球形净化腔体的构造是,在一个外球壳内设有内球芯,外球壳与内球芯之间的夹层形成球面净化腔室,内球芯上设有上下贯通的管孔,外球壳的底部设有与管孔对应的通孔,并在通孔周围设有若干排水小孔,外球壳的通孔与内球芯的管孔下口接通,内球芯的管孔上口设有喷水嘴和反水盘,外球壳的顶部设有进风口;所述的蓄水池设置在排水小孔的下方;所述的潜水泵安装在蓄水池中,潜水泵的排水口与外球壳下通孔密封连接;所述的吸风机的排风口与外球壳进风口密封连接。
进一步,所述的外球壳顶部的进风口构造是,在外球壳顶部加工有密集排列的若干小孔,并焊接有安装吸风机的圆筒。
进一步,在内球芯的表面设有多圈凸齿状。
进一步,在吸风机的吸风口上安装有吸风罩。
进一步,在支架底部设有万向滚动轮。
上述净化加湿除尘装置还可构成本发明的吸尘装置。具体是,在风机的吸风口上还安装有大筛孔的过滤纱网盒和延长的吸风管,吸风管上连接吸头。吸尘时,吸入的微小灰尘通过风机送入净化室净化后落入蓄水池内,大颗粒杂物则留存在过滤纱网盒内,因此不存在因过滤网堵塞造成吸力下降,影响吸尘的效果。
使用时,需净化的空气通过吸风机强行送入净化室,与反水盘阻挡作用下的水一同流向下方,在净化室内瞬间扩大接触面积,进行水帯风、风推水,风、水相随同向互搏互碰,在内球芯表面的多圈凸齿状的作用下揉搓式接触,从而将空气中的甲醛、氨气、硫化氢等有害气体充分吸附掉,清新的空气通过排水小孔分离吹向室内,灰尘和有毒物质则随水落入蓄水池。本发明采用双球式结构设计,可有效的增大了水与空气的接触面积,接触无死角,又由于采用水作为净化介质,从而保证了室内空气湿润、清新宜人的效果,还可以在蓄水池内加入冰块,可有效的较低夏季室内温度。

下面结合图1对本发明的一种双球式多功能净化加湿除尘装置构造进一步说明;结合图2对本发明的一种双球式净化加湿吸尘装置构造进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明的一种双球式多功能净化加湿除尘装置,它由球形净化腔体7、吸风机10、蓄水池12、潜水泵13所组成;所述的球形净化腔体7安装在支架1上,球形净化腔体7的构造是,在一个外球壳3内设有内球芯2,外球壳3与内球芯2之间的夹层形成球面净化腔室,内球芯2上设有上下贯通的管孔4,外球壳3的底部设有与管孔4对应的通孔8,并在通孔8周围设有若干排水小孔11,外球壳3的通孔8与内球芯2的管孔下口接通,内球芯3的管孔上口设有喷水嘴5和反水盘6,外球壳3的顶部设有进风口9;所述的蓄水池12设置在排水小孔11的下方;所述的潜水泵13安装在蓄水池12中,潜水泵13的排水口与外球壳3下通孔密封连接;所述的吸风机10的排风口与外球壳3进风口9密封连接,在外球壳3顶部加工有密集排列的若干小孔,并焊接有安装吸风机的圆筒;在内球芯2的表面设有多圈凸齿状15;在吸风机10的吸风口上安装有吸风罩18;在支架1底部设有万向滚动轮14。
如图2所示,本发明的吸尘装置,它包括由球形净化腔体7、吸风机10、蓄水池12、潜水泵13所组成;所述的球形净化腔体7安装在支架1上,球形净化腔体7的构造是,在一个外球壳3内设有内球芯2,外球壳3与内球芯2之间的夹层形成球面净化腔室,内球芯2上设有上下贯通的管孔4,外球壳3的底部设有与管孔4对应的通孔8,并在通孔8周围设有若干排水小孔11,外球壳3的通孔8与内球芯2的管孔下口接通,内球芯3的管孔上口设有喷水嘴5和反水盘6,外球壳3的顶部设有进风口9;所述的蓄水池12设置在排水小孔11的下方;所述的潜水泵13安装在蓄水池12中,潜水泵13的排水口与外球壳3下通孔密封连接;所述的吸风机10的排风口与外球壳3进风口9密封连接,在外球壳3顶部加工有密集排列的若干小孔,并焊接有安装吸风机的圆筒;在内球芯2的表面设有多圈凸齿状15;在支架1底部设有万向滚动轮14;在风机10的吸风口上还安装有大筛孔的过滤纱网盒16和延长的吸风管17,吸风管17上连接有吸头。吸尘时,吸入的微小灰尘通过风机送入净化室7净化后落入蓄水池12内,大颗粒杂物则留存在过滤纱网盒16内,因此不存在因过滤网堵塞造成吸力下降,影响吸尘的效果。

1.一种双球式多功能净化加湿除尘装置,其特征在于,它由球形净化腔体、吸风机、蓄水池、潜水泵所组成;所述的球形净化腔体安装在支架上,球形净化腔体的构造是,在一个外球壳内设有内球芯,外球壳与内球芯之间的夹层形成球面净化腔室,内球芯上设有上下贯通的管孔,外球壳的底部设有与管孔对应的通孔,并在通孔周围设有若干排水小孔,外球壳的通孔与内球芯的管孔下口接通,内球芯的管孔上口设有喷水嘴和反水盘,外球壳的顶部设有进风口;所述的蓄水池设置在排水小孔的下方;所述的潜水泵安装在蓄水池中,潜水泵的排水口与外球壳下通孔密封连接;所述的吸风机的排风口与外球壳进风口密封连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双球式多功能净化加湿除尘装置,其特征是,在外球壳顶部加工有密集排列的若干小孔,并焊接有安装吸风机的圆筒。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的双球式多功能净化加湿除尘装置,其特征是,在内球芯的表面设有多圈凸齿状。
4.如权利要求1或2或3 所述的双球式多功能净化加湿除尘装置,其特征是,在吸风机的吸风口上安装有吸风罩。
5.如权利要求1或2或3或4所述的双球式多功能净化加湿除尘装置,其特征是,在支架底部设有万向滚动轮。
6.一种双球式多功能净化加湿吸尘装置,其特征在于,它由球形净化腔体、吸风机、蓄水池、潜水泵所组成;所述的球形净化腔体安装在支架上,球形净化腔体的构造是,在一个外球壳内设有内球芯,外球壳与内球芯之间的夹层形成球面净化腔室,内球芯上设有上下贯通的管孔,外球壳的底部设有与管孔对应的通孔,并在通孔周围设有若干排水小孔,外球壳的通孔与内球芯的管孔下口接通,内球芯的管孔上口设有喷水嘴和反水盘,外球壳的顶部设有进风口;所述的蓄水池设置在排水小孔的下方;所述的潜水泵安装在蓄水池中,潜水泵的排水口与外球壳下通孔密封连接;所述的吸风机的排风口与外球壳进风口密封连接。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种双球式吸尘装置,其特征是,在外球壳顶部加工有密集排列的若干小孔,并焊接有安装吸风机的圆筒。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的双球式吸尘装置,其特征是,在风机的吸风口上安装有大筛孔的过滤纱网盒和延长的吸风管。
9.如权利要求6或7或8所述的一种双球式吸尘装置,其特征是,在吸风管上连接有吸头。
