背景技术
肾属于泌尿***的一部分，负责过滤血液中的杂质、维持体液和电解质的平衡，最后产生尿液经尿道排出体外；同时也具备内分泌的功能以调节血压。在人体中，正常成人具备两枚肾脏，位于腰部两侧后方。肾脏中特有的酶是甘油激酶、磷酸烯醇丙酮酸羧激酶，这三种酶是十分重要的酶。肾虚指肾脏精气阴阳不足。肾虚的种类有很多，其中最常见的是肾阴虚，肾阳虚。现代科学证明，当人发生肾虚时，无论肾阴虚还是肾阳虚，都会导致人的免疫能力的降低，有更多的证据表明，肾虚发生时，肾脏的免疫能力降低，而肾脏的微循环***亦会发生阻塞，肾经络呈现不通。

本发明的目的是针对以上问题，提供一种健肾药酒及其制备方法和应用，能够有效固本生精及健肾。

本发明还涉及制备所述健肾药酒的方法，根据配方组织原料药材，烘干消毒，并根据比例配伍粉碎，然后加入酵母或酒曲进行发酵降解，再进行水煎，过滤出渣，滤液浓缩，最后兑入白酒，即可得到健肾药酒。
进一步地，控制温度在120-160℃，至原料药材中的水分在10-15%时，完成原料药材的烘干消毒。烘干和消毒可以同步进行，烘干时，水分不宜过低，控制在10-15wt%，优选13wt%，一方面可以较好的保持药材的药性，另一方面，也便于后期的机械粉碎。
进一步地，所述酵母或酒曲的加入量为药材总量的0.3-0.6wt%，发酵的温度为25-35℃，时间为48-72h。通过发酵，相当于二次消毒，更重要的是，通过发酵降解后制备的药剂，更利于人体吸收，大幅提升药效。
进一步地，滤液浓缩干燥得到的为药粉，将其与白酒混合制成药酒，药粉与白酒的重量比例为1:20。
进一步地，所述白酒为高度纯粮酒，加入药粉后用冰糖水稀释调节酒精度在38-46度。冰糖水中冰糖与水的重量比为1:10，稀释时注意搅拌均匀。
本发明还涉及所述的药酒在制备固本生精及健肾药物中的应用。
本发明中使用的原料的性味归经及功能主治如下：
西洋参：性凉，味甘、微苦。补气养阴，清热生津。用于气虚阴亏，内热，咳喘痰血，虚热烦倦，消渴，口燥喉干。益肺阴，清虚火，生津止渴。治肺虚久嗽，失血，咽干口渴，虚热烦倦。
黄芪：性味：甘，微温。归经：归肺、脾、肝、肾经。其有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。
党参：甘，平。补中益气，和胃生津，祛痰止咳。用于脾虚食少便溏，四肢无力，心悸，气短，口干，自汗，脱肛，阴挺。
白术：味苦，甘，性温。归脾、胃经。健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎。用于脾虚食少，腹胀泄泻，痰饮眩悸，水肿，自汗，胎动不安。土白术健脾，和胃，安胎。用于脾虚食少，泄泻便溏，胎动不安。
黄精：具有补脾，润肺生津的作用。
当归：甘、辛、温。归肝、心、脾经。补血；活血；调经止痛；润燥滑肠。主血虚诸证；***；经闭；痛经；症瘕结聚；崩漏；虚寒腹痛；痿痹；肌肤麻木；肠燥便难；赤痢后重；痈疽疮疡；跌扑损伤。
白芍：平止痛，养血调经，敛阴止汗。用于头痛眩晕，胁痛，腹痛，四肢挛痛，血虚萎黄，***，自汗，盗汗。
阿胶：补血滋阴，润燥，止血。用于血虚萎黄，眩晕心悸，心烦不眠，肺燥咳嗽。
巴戟天：主治阳痿遗精、宫冷***、***、少腹冷痛、风湿痹痛、筋骨痿软。
肉苁蓉：味甘；咸；性温；归肾；大肠经；补肾阳；益精血；润肠道。主肾阳虚衰；精血不足之阳痿；遗精；白浊；尿频余沥；腰痛脚弱；耳鸣目花；月经衍期；宫寒***；肠燥便秘。
鹿茸：性 温 味 甘、咸；归肾、肝经。壮元阳、补气血、益精髓、强筋骨。治虚劳羸瘦、精神倦乏、子宫虚冷。
鹿角胶：气微，味微甜。温补肝肾，益精养血。用于血虚头晕，腰膝酸冷，虚劳消瘦。
黑蚁：补肾精，壮肾阳，益精，强腰膝。主治肾虚劳损，腰膝酸痛，耳聋耳鸣，阳痿，遗精，早泄，宫冷***，带下清稀。
沙参：味甘；微苦；性微寒。归肺；胃经。功能主治：养阴清热；润肺化痰；益胃生津。主阴虚久咳；痨嗽痰血；燥咳痰少；虚热喉痹；津伤口渴。
玄参：味甘、苦、咸，性微寒，有清热凉血，滋阴降火，解毒散结的功效。
麦冬：有生津解渴、润肺止咳之效。
龟板：咸甘，平。滋阴，潜阳，补肾，健骨。治肾阴不足，骨蒸劳热，吐血，衄血，久咳，遗精，崩漏，带下，腰痛，骨痿， 阴虚风动，久痢，久疟，痔疮，小儿囟门不合。强筋固本、温补下元、滋阴降火、滋阴潜阳
淫洋藿：补肾阳，强筋骨，祛风湿。
枸杞子：滋补肝肾，益精明目。
锁阳：具有补肾阳，益精血，润肠通便之功效。常用于肾阳不足，精血亏虚，腰膝痿软，阳痿滑精，肠燥便秘。
阳起石：性温咸，有温肾壮阳的功效，主治肾阳虚衰，阳痿，遗精，早泄，腰膝酸软，宫寒***，带下，症瘕，崩漏。
羊腰子：甘；咸；性温。归肾经。补肾壮阳。主治肾虚阳痿。
菟丝子：甘、温，归肾、肝、脾经，具有滋补肝肾、固精缩尿、安胎、明目、止泻之功效。
桑螵蛸：味甘、咸，性平。归肝、肾经。固精缩尿，补肾助阳。用于遗精滑精，遗尿尿频，小便白浊。
益智仁：味辛，性温。归脾、肾经。温脾止泻摄涎，暖肾缩尿固精。脾胃虚寒，呕吐，泄泻，腹中冷痛，口多唾涎，肾虚遗尿，尿频，遗精，白浊。
桑寄生：苦甘，平。入肝、肾经。功能主治：补肝肾，强筋骨，除风湿，通经络，益血，安胎。治腰膝酸痛，筋骨痿弱，偏枯，脚气，风寒湿痹，胎漏血崩，产后乳汁不下。治久咳，舌纵眩晕。
贝壳：滋阴清热，安神定志，平肝潜阳。锌元素和vB12，生精壮阳。
麦芽：甘，平。归脾、胃经。行气消食，健脾开胃，回乳消胀。
七叶胆：又名绞股蓝皂苷；含有的活性成分，具有降血脂、降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、保护肝脏及增强肌体免疫功能等作用。富含皂甙，通微，强筋。
桑葚：肝肾不足和血虚精亏的头晕目眩、腰酸耳鸣、须发早白、失眠多梦、津伤口渴、消渴、肠燥便秘。
补骨脂：有补肾壮阳、补脾健胃之功能，并可治牛皮癣等皮肤病。
雄蚕蛾：雄原蚕蛾益精气，强***，交接不倦，亦止精。壮阳事，止泄精、尿血、暖水脏，治暴风、金疮、冻疮、汤火疮、灭瘢痕。
蛇床子：性味： 性温，味苦。燥湿，祛风，杀虫，温肾壮阳。用于阳痿、宫冷、寒湿带下、湿痹腰痛。
黄秋葵：健胃肠，滋补阴阳。
千斤拔：有祛风除湿、舒筋活络、强筋壮骨、消炎止痛等作用。
金樱子：具有固精缩尿，固崩止带，涩肠止泻之功效。常用于遗精滑精，遗尿尿频，崩漏带下，久泻久痢。
肉桂：补元阳，暖脾胃，除积冷，通血脉。治命门火衰，肢冷脉微，亡阳虚脱，腹痛泄泻，寒疝奔豚，腰膝冷痛，经闭症瘕，阴疽，流注，及虚阳浮越，上热下寒。
东革阿里：味苦，性凉，清热，截疟，利湿退黄，壮阳。
阿魏：苦、辛，温。归脾、胃经。消积，化瘕，散痞，杀虫。用于肉食积滞，瘀血瘾瘕，腹中痞块，虫积腹痛。
甘草：气微，味甜而特殊。功能主治清热解毒、祛痰止咳、脘腹等。

上述中草药的加工工艺流程如下：

2.根据权利要求1所述的健肾药酒，其特征在于，包括按重量份计的以下原料：西洋参1份、黄芪4份、党参2份、白术1份、黄精1份、当归3份、白芍1份、阿胶4份、巴戟天2份、肉苁蓉2份、鹿茸1份、鹿角胶2份、黑蚁3份、沙参1份、玄参1份、麦冬1份、龟板1.5份、淫洋藿3份、枸杞子2份、锁阳2份、阳起石2份、羊腰子3份、菟丝子2份、桑螵蛸1份、益智仁1份、桑寄生1.5份、贝壳2份、麦芽2份、七叶胆3份、桑葚2份、补骨脂1.5份、雄蚕蛾2份、蛇床子1.5份、黄秋葵3份、千斤拔2份、金樱子2份、肉桂1份、东革阿里2份、阿魏2份和甘草3份。
3.制备权利要求1或2所述健肾药酒的方法，其特征在于：根据配方组织原料药材，烘干消毒，并根据比例配伍粉碎，然后加入酵母或酒曲进行发酵降解，再进行水煎，过滤出渣，滤液浓缩，最后兑入白酒，即可得到健肾药酒。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法，其特征在于：控制温度在120-160℃，至原料药材中的水分在10-15%时，完成原料药材的烘干消毒。
5.根据权利要求3所述的方法，其特征在于：所述酵母或酒曲的加入量为药材总量的0.3-0.6wt%，发酵的温度为25-35℃，时间为48-72h。
6.根据权利要求3所述的方法，其特征在于：滤液浓缩干燥得到的为药粉，将其与白酒混合制成药酒，药粉与白酒的重量比例为1:20。
7.根据权利要求3所述的方法，其特征在于：所述白酒为高度纯粮酒，加入药粉后用冰糖水稀释调节酒精度在38-46度。
8.权利要求1或2所述的药酒或权利要求3-7任意一项所述方法得到的药酒在制备固本生精及健肾药物中的应用。
