Technical Field

At present, the floating liquid level is cleaned by blocking, salvaging, collecting and discharging on the liquid level, which not only takes trouble and is laborious, but also has great potential safety hazard, and the cleaning effect is not ideal. Therefore, it is imperative to study a collector for floating matters on the liquid surface of a biochemical reaction tank in the sewage treatment process.

The scum collecting tank is fixed on the tank wall through a collecting tank supporting frame by screws, and the central height of the scum collecting tank is set to be the working liquid level of the biochemical tank.
The liquid level blowing pipeline is provided with a plurality of blowing holes according to the width of the tank body of the biochemical tank, and the central height of the liquid level blowing pipeline is set to be the working liquid level of the biochemical tank.
The invention is arranged on a sewage biochemical reaction tank, when the biochemical tank is in a full water state, an ultrasonic liquid level meter starts an air pipe electric valve, and under the effect of air exhaust of a liquid level blowing pipeline, floating matters on the tank surface gradually enter a scum collecting tank so as to realize cleaning of the tank surface. After the sedimentation procedure of the biochemical tank is finished, the decanter control system starts the decanter assembly, and simultaneously, a starting working signal of the decanter assembly is transmitted to the deslagging electric valve for sewage disposal, when the liquid level of the biochemical tank drops by 0.2 meter (the descending height can be adjusted according to the actual situation), an ultrasonic liquid level meter feeds back a stopping signal to the deslagging electric valve, the deslagging electric valve stops sewage disposal, and the collected floating matters are brought into the sludge concentration tank through a residual sludge pipeline of the biochemical tank to be subjected to synchronous drying treatment with the residual sludge.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that on the basis of the original facilities of the sewage treatment tank, the scum collecting tank, the liquid level blowing pipeline, the ultrasonic liquid level meter and the like are added, and meanwhile, the automatic control system of the decanter and the wind source generated by the blower in the biochemical process are utilized to collect and treat the floating matters on the liquid level of the biochemical reaction tank in the sewage treatment process, so that the cleaning of the tank surface is maintained, the structure is simple, the cost and the power consumption are low, the collecting efficiency is high, the maintenance is convenient, and the operation is stable and reliable.

As shown in fig. 1,2, 3, 4,5 and 6, a scum collecting tank 1 is fixed above a tank wall 10 at the water inlet 9 side of a biochemical tank 8, the scum collecting tank 1 is fixed on the tank wall 10 through a collecting tank supporting frame 18 by using screws 19, the collecting tank supporting frame 18 and the screws 19 are made of stainless steel materials, the central height of the scum collecting tank 1 is set as the working liquid level of the biochemical tank 8, a scum liquid discharge pipeline 14 communicated with the scum collecting tank 1 is connected and communicated with a residual sludge pipeline 7, and the scum liquid discharge pipeline 14 is provided with a slag discharge electric valve 15; the liquid level blowing pipeline 4 opposite to the scum collecting tank 1 is positioned above the water outlet 5 side of the biochemical pond 8, the liquid level blowing pipeline 4 is provided with a plurality of blowing holes 20 according to the width of the pond body of the biochemical pond 8, the central height of the liquid level blowing pipeline 4 is set to be the working liquid level of the biochemical pond 8, the liquid level blowing pipeline 4 is provided with an air pipe electric valve 12, the liquid level blowing pipeline 4 is connected with a biochemical aeration main pipe 21 in series, and an air pipe electric valve 12 is added at the joint to control blowing, so that the effect of saving energy consumption can be achieved; the water decanter assembly 3 is fixed at the upper end of the biochemical tank 8 at one side of the water outlet 5, a water decanting dry pipe of the water decanter assembly 3 is communicated with the water outlet 5, when the water decanter assembly is in operation, under the action of the driving device 11, a water decanting weir mouth of the water decanter assembly 3 performs variable-speed circular motion downwards by taking the rotary supporting center line of the bottom of the water decanter as an axis, and in the process, supernatant in the biochemical tank 8 flows into a water decanting branch pipe through the water decanting weir mouth and is discharged through the water decanting dry pipe, so that the aim of decanting supernatant is achieved; the residual sludge pump 6 is arranged on the bottom surface of the biochemical tank 8, and the residual sludge pump 6 is connected with the residual sludge pipeline 7; an ultrasonic liquid level meter 16 is arranged below the biochemical tank 8; the driving device 11 of the decanter assembly 3 is connected with the decanter control system 2, the air pipe electric valve 12 is connected with the blower control system 13 through the ultrasonic liquid level meter 16, the slag discharging electric valve 15 is connected with the decanter control system 2 through the ultrasonic liquid level meter 16, and the decanter control system 2 and the blower control system 13 are respectively connected with the control system 17.
When the biochemical tank reaches a full water state, the ultrasonic liquid level meter 16 starts the air pipe electric valve 12, and under the air exhaust effect of the liquid level blowing pipeline 4, the floating matters on the tank surface gradually enter the scum collecting tank 1 so as to realize cleaning of the tank surface. After the sedimentation procedure of the biochemical tank is finished, the decanter control system 2 starts the decanter assembly 3, and simultaneously, a starting working signal of the decanter assembly 3 is transmitted to the deslagging electric valve 15 for sewage disposal, when the liquid level of the biochemical tank drops by 0.2 meter (the descending height can be adjusted according to the actual situation), the ultrasonic liquid level meter 16 feeds back a stop signal to the deslagging electric valve 15, the deslagging electric valve 15 stops sewage disposal, the collected floating matters are brought into the sludge concentration tank through a residual sludge pipeline of the biochemical tank and are subjected to synchronous drying treatment with the residual sludge, and the supernatant is discharged into the disinfection tank through a clear liquid discharge pipe of the concentration tank through a water outlet 5.
