技术领域
本发明属于油墨技术领域,具体涉及一种凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨及其制备方法。
背景技术
转移印花是指经转印纸将分散染料转移到织物上的印花工艺过程。它是根据一些分散染料的升华特性,选择在150~230摄氏度升华的分散染料,将其与连结料混合制成彩色油墨,再根据不同的设计图案要求,将该彩色油墨印刷到转移印花纸上,然后将印有花纹图案的转移印花纸与织物密切接触,在控制一定的温度、压力和时间的情况下,染料从转移印花纸上升华转移到织物上,经过扩散作用进入织物内部,从而达到着色的目的。
当前传统的制作方法是:利用分散染料(颗粒状原料),加上有机溶剂(甲醇)以及胶粘树脂等经48小时以上球磨制成;但再使用时大量有机溶剂在空气中挥发,使操作环境恶劣,空气污染严重,并且48小时磨制时间长,能耗高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨及其制备方法,本发明提出的凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨,其色牢度高,能耗低,整个纺织品印花过程完全没有废气和污水产生,安全环保。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明的目的是提供一种凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨,包括如下组分,以质量份数计:分散染料10~35份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠0.1~1份、胶粘悬浮剂0.1~1份、防腐剂0.001~0.2份、防沉剂0.01~0.5份、润滑剂0.001~0.3份、渗透剂0.001~0.3份和水75~90份。分散染料是印花着色原料;亚甲基二萘磺酸钠的作用是分散剂,使分散染料均匀的分散于水中;分散染料与水在亚甲基二萘磺酸钠的作用下,降低液-液或固-液之间的界面张力,使凝聚的固体颗粒表面易于湿润分散。本发明中分散染料选自分散染料黄E-3GYellow、分散染料红E-FB Red或分散染料兰E-2BLN Blue中的一种,分散染料的浆料固含量为10%~35%。本发明中的分散染料购自青岛双桃精细化工有限公司。
优选地,包括如下组分,以质量份数计:分散染料20~25份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠0.4~0.8份、胶粘悬浮剂0.4~0.6份、防腐剂0.01~0.1份、防沉剂0.1~0.3份、润滑剂0.005~0.2份、渗透剂0.005~0.2份和水65~75份。亚甲基二萘磺酸钠(NNO分散剂)购自浙江润土化工。
优选地,包括如下组分,以质量份数计:分散染料22份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠0.6份、胶粘悬浮剂0.5份、防腐剂0.05份、防沉剂0.2份、润滑剂0.1份、渗透剂0.005份和水75份。
优选地,所述胶粘悬浮剂为聚乙烯醇或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。胶粘悬浮剂的作用是使分散染料微粒在印刷时粘附于印刷基材。聚乙烯醇的分子量为12~30万。聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮购自巴斯夫化工。
优选地,所述防腐剂为邻苯二酚。邻苯二酚购自三井化工。
优选地,所述防沉剂为聚酰胺蜡。聚酰胺蜡Disparlon 6500购自帝司巴隆。
优选地,所述润滑剂为水溶性润滑剂,所述水溶性润滑剂为UN-268水性滑爽剂,所述渗透剂为渗透剂JFC-4.0。UN-268水性滑爽剂购自上海尤恩化工有限公司。渗透剂JFC-4.0购自辽宁吉化。
本发明的另一个目的是提出一种凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将0.1~1份的亚甲基二萘磺酸钠和10~35份分散染料加入10~30份水中充分搅拌,0.08~0.8份的聚乙烯醇用10~20份95℃以上的水溶解好,0.02~0.2份的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮用10~20份的水溶解,将余下的水和溶解好的聚乙烯醇溶液、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液依次加入分散染料和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠混合的溶液中,继续搅拌使油墨变稠,最后加入0.001~0.2份的防腐剂、0.01~0.5份的防沉剂、0.001~0.3份的润滑剂和0.001~0.3份的渗透剂,搅拌均匀,即得到凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨。
本发明的有益效果是:经本发明提出的热升华水性转移印花油墨印花工艺印制成的纺织品,色彩鲜艳、图案清晰、形态逼真、色牢度高,能耗低,工时短和使用方便;整个纺织品印花过程完全没有废气,污水产生,安全环保。

一种凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将0.1~1份的亚甲基二萘磺酸钠和10~35份分散染料加入10~30份水中充分搅拌,0.08~0.8份的聚乙烯醇用10~20份95℃以上的水溶解好,0.02~0.2份的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮用10~20份的水溶解,将余下的水和溶解好的聚乙烯醇溶液、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液依次加入分散染料和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠混合的溶液中,继续搅拌使油墨变稠,最后加入0.001~0.2份的防腐剂、0.01~0.5份的防沉剂、0.001~0.3份的润滑剂和0.001~0.3份的渗透剂,搅拌均匀,即得到凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨。
实施例1
将0.1份的亚甲基二萘磺酸钠和10份的分散染料加入10份水中充分搅拌,搅拌机每分钟60转,搅拌5~10分钟,0.08份的聚乙烯醇用10份95℃以上的水溶解好,0.2份的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮用10份的水溶解,将余下的20份水和溶解好的聚乙烯醇溶液、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液依次加入分散染料和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠混合的溶液中,继续搅拌使油墨变稠,最后加入0.001份的邻苯二酚、0.01份的聚酰胺蜡Disparlon 6500、0.001份的UN-268水性滑爽剂和0.001份的渗透剂JFC-4.0,搅拌均匀,即得到凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨。在本实施例中,分散染料为分散染料黄E-3G Yellow。
实施例2
一种凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将0.4份的亚甲基二萘磺酸钠和20份的分散染料加入15份水中充分搅拌,搅拌机每分钟60转,搅拌5~10分钟,0.2份的聚乙烯醇用15份95℃以上的水溶解好,0.2份的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮用10份的水溶解,将余下的20份水和溶解好的聚乙烯醇溶液、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液依次加入分散染料和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠混合的溶液中,继续搅拌使油墨变稠,最后加入0.1份的邻苯二酚、0.1份的聚酰胺蜡Disparlon 6500、0.005份的UN-268水性滑爽剂和0.005份的渗透剂JFC-4.0,搅拌均匀,即得到凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨。在本实施例中,分散染料为分散染料红E-FB Red。
实施例3
一种凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将0.8份的亚甲基二萘磺酸钠和25份的分散染料加入20份水中充分搅拌,搅拌机每分钟60转,搅拌5~10分钟,0.4份的聚乙烯醇用20份95℃以上的水溶解好,0.2份的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮用10份的水溶解,将余下的30份水和溶解好的聚乙烯醇溶液、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液依次加入分散染料和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠混合的溶液中,继续搅拌使油墨变稠,最后加入0.1份的邻苯二酚、0.3份的聚酰胺蜡Disparlon 6500、0.2份的UN-268水性滑爽剂和0.2份的渗透剂JFC-4.0,搅拌均匀,即得到凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨。在本实施例中,分散染料为分散染料兰E-2BLN Blue。
实施例4
一种凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将0.6份的亚甲基二萘磺酸钠和22份的分散染料加入15份水中充分搅拌,搅拌机每分钟60转,搅拌5~10分钟,0.4份的聚乙烯醇用20份95℃以上的水溶解好,0.1份的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮用10份的水溶解,将余下的30份水和溶解好的聚乙烯醇溶液、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液依次加入分散染料和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠混合的溶液中,继续搅拌使油墨变稠,最后加入0.05份的邻苯二酚、0.2份的聚酰胺蜡Disparlon 6500、0.1份的UN-268水性滑爽剂和0.005份的渗透剂JFC-4.0,搅拌均匀,即得到凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨。在本实施例中,分散染料为分散染料兰E-2BLN Blue。

一种凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将0.05份的亚甲基二萘磺酸钠和0.8份的分散染料加入10份水中充分搅拌,搅拌机每分钟60转,搅拌5~10分钟,0.05份的聚乙烯醇用5份95℃以上的水溶解好,0.01份的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮用5份的水溶解,将10份水和溶解好的聚乙烯醇溶液、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液依次加入分散染料和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠混合的溶液中,继续搅拌使油墨变稠,最后加入0.01份的邻苯二酚、0.1份的聚酰胺蜡Disparlon 6500、0.001份的UN-268水性滑爽剂和0.001份的渗透剂JFC-4.0,搅拌均匀,即得到凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨。在本实施例中,分散染料为分散染料兰E-2BLN Blue。

一种凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将15份的亚甲基二萘磺酸钠和40份的分散染料加入30份水中充分搅拌,搅拌机每分钟60转,搅拌5~10分钟,9份的聚乙烯醇用20份95℃以上的水溶解好,3份的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮用20份的水溶解,将30份水和溶解好的聚乙烯醇溶液、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液依次加入分散染料和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠混合的溶液中,继续搅拌使油墨变稠,最后加入2份的邻苯二酚、5份的聚酰胺蜡Disparlon 6500、3份的UN-268水性滑爽剂和3份的渗透剂JFC-4.0,搅拌均匀,即得到凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨。在本实施例中,分散染料为分散染料兰E-2BLN Blue。
将实施例1~5、对比例1~2制备得到的凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨,取样检验技术性能,如表1所示。其中油墨的细度为1~5μm、pH值6~8,彻干性:120℃热风2秒;着色力的检验方法按照GB/T 14624.2-2008检验,耐皂洗色牢度5级符合GB/T 3920-2008和GB/T 3921-2008,耐干摩擦色牢度4-5级。

由表1可以得出,实施例1~5制备得到的凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨其耐热性为50℃~60℃,4#涂料杯粘度18~24s/25℃,储存稳定性可以长达2年,热升华转移率为78%~95%;其中分散染料20~25份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠0.4~0.8份、胶粘悬浮剂0.4~0.6份、水60~80份、防腐剂0.0.1~0.1份、防沉剂0.1~0.3份、润滑剂0.05~0.2份和渗透剂0.05~0.2份,制备得到的凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨的性能最佳,耐热性为50℃~60℃,4#涂料杯粘度45~70s/25℃,储存稳定性可以长达2年,热升华转移率为85%~95%。
将实施例1~5制备得到的凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨分别加入凹版印刷机墨盆内,通过凹版轮转;压印完成对纸张的连续印刷,从而得到由热升华油墨印制而成的纸质印刷品。此印刷品与纺织品重合,加温至180℃~230℃,加压至1kg/cm2以上,该热升华油墨内的分散染料在高温高压下便会迅速升华,其升华的油墨分子便会进入重合一起的纺织品纤维的分子间空穴中,从而使纺织品着色,持续加温保持180℃~230℃温度不变;加压10~20s即可完成对纺织品印花工艺。
经该热升华油墨印花工艺印制成的纺织品,色彩鲜艳;图案清晰;形态逼真。并且色牢度高,能耗低,工时短,使用方便。整个纺织品印花过程完全没有废气,污水产生,安全环保。

2.一种权利要求1所述的凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将0.6份的亚甲基二萘磺酸钠和22份分散染料加入15份水中充分搅拌,0.4份的聚乙烯醇用20份95℃以上的水溶解好,0.1份的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮用10份的水溶解,将余下的水和溶解好的聚乙烯醇溶液、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液依次加入分散染料和亚甲基二萘磺酸钠混合的溶液中,继续搅拌使油墨变稠,最后加入0.05份的邻苯二酚、0.2份的聚酰胺蜡Disparlon6500、0.1份的UN-268水性滑爽剂和0.005份的渗透剂JFC-4.0,搅拌均匀,即得到凹版印刷热升华水性转移印花油墨。
