技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有弹块成型斜滑抽芯的立式多腔90°弯模具,属于注塑模具领域。
背景技术
采用注塑模具生产塑料产品,例如塑料管件等,塑料管件的种类有很多,其中一种为90°弯。传统技术生产90°弯管件的模具采用卧式设计,一副模具最多一次生产4只产品,即一出四,所以,近年来逐渐开发了侧卧式90°弯模具,即将90°弯管件呈倒三角放置,管件侧卧排列,一模可生产6-8只产品,提高了生产效率。但对面日益激烈的竞争,还需要开发出更加高效率的90°弯模具,因此,本申请人设计了一种立式多腔90°弯模具。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用立式多腔排布,双向抽芯,脱模顺利,生产效率翻倍提高的具有弹块成型斜滑抽芯的立式多腔90°弯模具。
本发明具有弹块成型斜滑抽芯的立式多腔90°弯模具的技术方案是:包括模具型腔板和型芯板,型腔板中设置型腔镶块,型芯板中设置型芯镶块,型芯板下安装模脚,模脚之间设置上顶针和下顶板,模脚下安装模具复板,其特征在于所述的型芯镶块上设置双排竖向设置的2—8个立式模腔,所述的型腔镶块下连接与立式模腔对应的立式芯子,立式芯子与立式模腔配合构成的间隙中注塑90°弯管件,所述的立式模腔包括在型芯镶块上设置半边立式腔体,另半边腔体由两块弹块拼接构成,两块弹块上各设置半爿腔体,两个半爿腔体拼接与半边立式腔体配合构成立式模腔,在两弹块上设置抽芯脱模机构。
本发明公开了一种具有弹块成型斜滑抽芯的立式多腔90°弯模具,主要特点是在型芯镶块上设置双排竖向设置的2—8个立式模腔,型腔镶块下连接与立式模腔对应的立式芯子,立式芯子与立式模腔配合构成的间隙中注塑90°弯管件,双排2—8的立式模腔,即在一块型芯镶块上设置4—16个模腔,一模可生产4—16个管件,与已有卧式或侧卧式模具相比,产量整整提高一倍多,而且模具的成本投资也大大减少,效果非常显著。特别是立式模腔由一个半边立式腔体和两半爿腔体构成,两半爿腔体连接抽芯脱模机构,利于成型的90°弯管件顺利脱出。
本发明的具有弹块成型斜滑抽芯的立式多腔90°弯模具,所述的抽芯脱模机构包括在两块弹块中个设置弹孔,弹孔中设置弹簧,在两块弹块的外侧壁上各设置T型斜滑槽,在型芯镶块上设置抽芯滑块,抽芯滑块上设置T型斜滑条,T型斜滑条与T型斜滑槽相配合,抽芯滑块由抽芯油缸带动抽芯,抽芯油缸安装在型芯板的外侧壁上。脱模时,利用设置在两个弹块中的弹簧,以及两弹块外壁上的T型斜滑槽,再由抽芯油缸带动抽芯滑块,抽芯滑块通过T型斜滑条,在弹簧的辅助作用,带动两个弹块向两侧斜滑分离,使两半爿腔体分离,露出半个成型的90°弯管件,然后管件在模具的顶出机构下能自动顶出,脱模顺利。所述的型芯板上设置滑块连接块,滑块连接块前部连接抽芯滑块,滑块连接块后部连接外滑块,抽芯油缸通过支架安装在型芯板的外侧壁上,且抽芯油缸的油缸杆连接外滑块,抽芯时,由抽芯油缸带动外滑块和滑块连接块,再由滑块连接块带动抽芯滑块抽芯,动作稳定,抽芯顺畅。

本发明涉及一种具有弹块成型斜滑抽芯的立式多腔90°弯模具,如图1—图6所示,包括模具型腔板1和型芯板2,型腔板中设置型腔镶块3,型芯板中设置型芯镶块4,型芯板下安装模脚5,模脚之间设置上顶针6和下顶板7,模脚下安装模具复板8,所述的型芯镶块4上设置双排竖向设置的2—8个立式模腔10,所述的型腔镶块3下连接与立式模腔10对应的立式芯子11,立式芯子11与立式模腔10配合构成的间隙中注塑90°弯管件12,所述的立式模腔包括在型芯镶块4上设置半边立式腔体41,另半边腔体由两块弹块42拼接构成,两块弹块42上各设置半爿腔体43,两个半爿腔体43拼接与半边立式腔体41配合构成立式模腔10,在两弹块42上设置抽芯脱模机构。本方案的主要特点是在型芯镶块4上设置双排竖向设置的2—8个立式模腔10,型腔镶块3下连接与立式模腔10对应的立式芯子11,立式芯子11与立式模腔10配合构成的间隙中注塑90°弯管件12,双排2—8的立式模腔,即在一块型芯镶块上设置4—16个模腔,一模可生产4—16个管件,与已有卧式或侧卧式模具相比,产量整整提高一倍多,而且模具的成本投资也大大减少,效果非常显著。特别是立式模腔由一个半边立式腔体41和两半爿腔体43构成,两半爿腔体43连接抽芯脱模机构,利于成型的90°弯管件顺利脱出。所述的抽芯脱模机构包括在两块弹块42中个设置弹孔20,弹孔中设置弹簧21,在两块弹块42的外侧壁上各设置T型斜滑槽22,在型芯镶块4上设置抽芯滑块23,抽芯滑块23上设置T型斜滑条24,T型斜滑条24与T型斜滑槽22相配合,抽芯滑块23由抽芯油缸25带动抽芯,抽芯油缸25安装在型芯板2的外侧壁上。脱模时,利用设置在两个弹块中的弹簧,以及两弹块外壁上的T型斜滑槽,再由抽芯油缸带动抽芯滑块,抽芯滑块通过T型斜滑条,在弹簧的辅助作用,带动两个弹块向两侧斜滑分离,使两半爿腔体43分离,露出半个成型的90°弯管件,然后管件在模具的顶出机构下能自动顶出,脱模顺利。所述的型芯板2上设置滑块连接块30,滑块连接块前部连接抽芯滑块23,滑块连接块后部连接外滑块31,抽芯油缸25通过支架32安装在型芯板2的外侧壁上,且抽芯油缸25的油缸杆26连接外滑块31,抽芯时,由抽芯油缸带动外滑块和滑块连接块,再由滑块连接块带动抽芯滑块抽芯,动作稳定,抽芯顺畅。

1.具有弹块成型斜滑抽芯的立式多腔90°弯模具,包括模具型腔板(1)和型芯板(2),型腔板中设置型腔镶块(3),型芯板中设置型芯镶块(4),型芯板下安装模脚(5),模脚之间设置上顶针(6)和下顶板(7),模脚下安装模具复板(8),其特征在于所述的型芯镶块(4)上设置双排竖向设置的2—8个立式模腔(10),所述的型腔镶块(3)下连接与立式模腔(10)对应的立式芯子(11),立式芯子(11)与立式模腔(10)配合构成的间隙中注塑90°弯管件(12),所述的立式模腔包括在型芯镶块(4)上设置半边立式腔体(41),另半边腔体由两块弹块(42)拼接构成,两块弹块(42)上各设置半爿腔体(43),两个半爿腔体(43)拼接与半边立式腔体(41)配合构成立式模腔(10),在两弹块(42)上设置抽芯脱模机构,所述的抽芯脱模机构包括在两块弹块(42)中各设置弹孔(20),弹孔中设置弹簧(21),在两块弹块(42)的外侧壁上各设置T型斜滑槽(22),在型芯镶块(4)上设置抽芯滑块(23),抽芯滑块(23)上设置T型斜滑条(24),T型斜滑条(24)与T型斜滑槽(22)相配合,抽芯滑块(23)由抽芯油缸(25)带动抽芯,抽芯油缸(25)安装在型芯板(2)的外侧壁上,所述的型芯板(2)上设置滑块连接块(30),滑块连接块前部连接抽芯滑块(23),滑块连接块后部连接外滑块(31),抽芯油缸(25)通过支架(32)安装在型芯板(2)的外侧壁上,且抽芯油缸(25)的油缸杆(26)连接外滑块(31)。
