Thus, features defined as "first", "second", may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the described features. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless specifically defined otherwise.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected unless otherwise explicitly stated or limited. Either mechanically or electrically. Either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any other relationship. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the dispenser assembly 10 of the present invention may be used in a washing appliance 100, such as a dishwasher. The washing appliance 100 includes an inner container 20 and a door 30. A washing chamber 21 is formed in the inner tub 20. The inner container 20 has an opening 22. The door 30 is rotatably connected to the inner container 20 to open or close the opening 22. The dispenser assembly 10 is disposed within the washing chamber 21. Therefore, the dispenser assembly 10 does not need to be mounted on the door body 30 to discharge the detergent in the dispenser assembly 10 through the opening of the door body 30, and therefore, the opening mode of the door body 30 is not limited.
It is understood that the dispenser assembly 10 is disposed in the washing chamber 10, and when the dispenser assembly 10 is installed, the dispenser assembly 10 may be installed on the inner side surface of the inner container or may be installed on the inner side of the door 30.
Further, the washing appliance 100 comprises a bowl basket (not shown), a shower device and a pump body device (not shown). The bowl basket is disposed in the washing chamber 21. The bowl basket can be used for placing tableware. The spraying device comprises a spray arm 23 which is arranged in the washing chamber 21 and can rotate relative to the dish basket. The spray arm 23 is provided with a plurality of spray holes arranged at intervals, and the plurality of spray holes face the bowl basket. The pump body device is connected with the spraying device. Therefore, water can be pumped to the spraying device through the pump body device and sprayed into the bowl basket through the spraying arm 23 to clean the tableware placed in the bowl basket. At this time, the dispenser assembly 10 may be disposed at a higher position within the washing chamber 21, for example, such that the installation position of the dispenser assembly 10 is higher than that of the spray arm 23, so that the washing effect may be improved.
The dispenser assembly 10 of the present embodiment includes a chamber 11, a discharge pipe 12, and a mover 13. The chamber 11 defines a chamber 111, an inlet 112 and an outlet 113. The chamber 111 communicates with an inlet 112 and an outlet 113. The discharge pipe 12 is connected at the outlet 113. The outlet 121 of the discharge pipe 12 is located at a higher position than the outlet 113. The moving member 13 is disposed in the chamber 111. The moving member 13 is configured to be movable between a first position a (shown in fig. 2) and a second position b (shown in fig. 4). When the moving member 13 is located at the first position a, the moving member 13 divides the chamber 111 into a first chamber 114 and a second chamber 115. The first chamber 114 communicates with the inlet 112. The second chamber 115 communicates the first chamber 114 with the outlet 121 of the discharge pipe 12. The moving member 13 moves from the first position a to the second position b to drive the liquid in the second chamber 115 to be discharged from the outlet 121 of the discharge pipe 12. When the moving member 13 is located at the second position b, the moving member 13 separates the outlet 121 of the discharge pipe 12 and the chamber 111.
In this way, the detergent can be introduced into the chamber 111 through the inlet 112, and since the outlet 121 of the discharge pipe 12 is located at a position higher than the outlet 113, the detergent can be stably stored in the chamber 111 when the moving member 13 is located at the first position a, and the moving member 13 can drive the liquid (detergent) in the second chamber 115 to be discharged from the outlet 121 of the discharge pipe 12 when the moving member 13 moves from the first position a to the second position b. This eliminates the need for the dispenser assembly 10 to be installed at an inner door of the dishwasher to achieve discharge of the detergent by movement of the inner door, i.e., the installation position of the dispenser assembly 10 may not be limited. In addition, the detergent discharge mode achieved by the movement of the moving member 13 may simplify the detergent putting operation, so that the user experience may be improved.
It should be noted that the moving member 13 can be moved between the first position a and the second position b in different manners, for example, the moving member 13 can be configured to be connected with a pressing rod, and the user can move the moving member 13 back and forth between the first position a and the second position b by pressing the pressing rod. The pressing rod can also be reset under the action of the elastic piece.
When the moving member 13 moves from the first position a to the second position b, the volume of the first chamber 114 gradually increases, the volume of the second chamber 115 gradually decreases, and the liquid in the second chamber 115 is driven to be discharged from the outlet 121 of the discharge pipe 12. The moving member 13 moves from the first position a to the second position b to complete the discharging of the detergent once. When the moving member 13 moves from the second position b to the first position a, the volume of the first chamber 114 gradually decreases, the volume of the second chamber 115 gradually increases, and the liquid (detergent) in the first chamber 114 can continuously enter the second chamber 115. Additionally, the inlet 112 may be positioned higher than the outlet 113 when the dispenser assembly 10 is installed. The discharge pipe 12 is zigzag-shaped.
In this embodiment, the position of the inlet 112 is substantially flush with the position of the outlet 121 of the discharge pipe 12, so that the chamber 111 and the discharge pipe 12 can constitute a U-like shaped communication device, which in turn ensures the stability of the liquid inside the whole communication device (i.e. without flowing out through the outlet 121 of the discharge pipe 12) when the mobile element 13 is in the first position a. In addition, the size of the discharge pipe 12 is smaller than that of the chamber 111.
In certain embodiments, the dispenser assembly 10 includes a drive device 14. The driving device 14 includes a driving mechanism 141 and a driving lever 142. The driving mechanism 141 is connected to the moving member 13 through the driving rod 142, and the driving mechanism 141 is configured to drive the driving rod 142 to move so as to move the moving member 13 between the first position a and the second position b.
In this way, the driving device 14 can move the moving member 13 back and forth between the first position a and the second position b, so as to improve the automation degree of the moving member 13, simplify the operation, and improve the reliability of the detergent dispensing of the dispenser assembly 10.
In addition, the discharge amount of the detergent can be realized by changing the times of the moving member 13 moving back and forth between the first position a and the second position b as required, namely, the preset discharge amount of the detergent can be discharged by accurately controlling the times of the moving member 13 moving back and forth between the first position a and the second position b. That is, the amount of discharged detergent can be precisely controlled, which significantly improves the accuracy and reliability of the discharge of the detergent from the dispenser assembly 10, i.e., without the problem of excessive or insufficient discharge of the detergent that may occur in the dispenser. Moreover, since the moving member 13 can move back and forth between the first position a and the second position b for an unlimited number of times, the adjustment range of the detergent discharge amount of the dispenser assembly 10 is increased without being limited by the volume of the second chamber 115.
In the present embodiment, the washing appliance 100 includes a control device 40. The control device 40 is electrically connected to the driving device 14. The control device 40 is used for controlling the driving mechanism 141 to drive the driving rod 142 to move so as to drive the moving member 13 to move between the first position a and the second position b.
Further, the control device 40 is used for controlling the number of times the driving mechanism 141 drives the driving rod 142 to move back and forth to control the number of times the moving member 13 moves back and forth between the first position a and the second position b. For example, after the number of times the driving rod 142 moves back and forth reaches a preset number of times, the control device 40 controls the driving mechanism 141 to stop operating. In addition, when the washing appliance 100 performs a washing operation to a certain stage (for example, a washing stage), the control device 40 can control the driving mechanism 141 to start operating to drive the driving rod 142 to move back and forth.
In some embodiments, one end of the driving rod 142 is connected to the driving mechanism 141. The other end of the driving rod 142 penetrates through the top wall of the cavity 11 and extends into the first chamber 114 and is fixedly connected with the moving member 13. Thus, the driving rod 142 is simply disposed. Thus, when the driving rod 142 drives the moving member 13 to move back and forth between the first position a and the second position b, the moving member 13 performs a piston-like motion.
In the present embodiment, the other end of the driving lever 142 is fixedly connected to a middle position of the moving member 13.
The driving mechanism 141 may be selected according to the specific situation. For example, in some examples, the drive mechanism 141 is a wax motor or a solenoid valve mechanism.
In some embodiments, the moving member 13 has elasticity. The second chamber 115 tapers from the first chamber 114 to the outlet 113. When the moving member 13 is located at the first position a, a gap is left between the moving member 13 and the inner wall of the chamber 111. When the moving member 13 is located at the third position c (shown in fig. 3), the moving member 13 is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the second chamber 115 to divide the second chamber 115 into a third chamber 116 and a fourth chamber 117. The displacement member 13 separates the third chamber 116 and the fourth chamber 117. The third chamber 116 communicates with the first chamber 114. The fourth chamber 117 communicates with the discharge pipe 12. The third position c is located between the first position a and the second position b. The moving member 13 moves from the third position c to the second position b to drive the liquid in the fourth chamber 117 to be discharged from the outlet 121 of the discharge pipe 12.
In this way, when the moving member 13 moves from the third position c to the second position b, the moving member 13 can be in sealing connection with the inner wall of the second chamber 115 to form a large pressure in the fourth chamber 117, so that the liquid in the fourth chamber 117 can be smoothly discharged from the outlet 121 of the discharge pipe 12.
Note that, the moving member 13 may be made of a rubber material. In addition, in the example shown in fig. 2, the angle at which the second chamber 115 tapers is small. Of course, the angle at which the second chamber 115 tapers may be set as the case may be.
In certain embodiments, the cavity 11 includes a first cavity 15 and a second cavity 16. The second cavity 16 extends downward from the bottom surface of the first cavity 15. The first cavity 15 opens into a first chamber 114. The second cavity 16 opens into a second chamber 115. The top of the second cavity 16 is opened with a connection port 161 communicating with the second chamber 115. When the moving member 13 is located at the first position a, the moving member 13 is located at the connection port 161, and when the moving member 13 is located at the second position b, the moving member 13 is located at the bottom of the second cavity 16. The volume of the second chamber 115 is smaller than the volume of the first chamber 114.
Thus, the structure of the cavity 11 is simple. Also, since the second cavity 16 is positioned lower than the first cavity 15, it facilitates the downward flow of the detergent in the chamber 111. In addition, since the volume of the second chamber 115 is smaller than that of the first chamber 114, the first chamber 114 can store more liquid, so that the requirement that the moving member 13 moves back and forth between the first position a and the second position b for multiple times to realize multiple times of discharge through the second chamber 115 can be met.
In some embodiments, the second chamber 115 has a cylindrical shape, and the planar shape of the moving member 13 has a circular shape. In this way, the shape of the displacement member 13 can be better matched to the shape of the second chamber 115, which enables the liquid in the second chamber 115 to be more fully discharged from the outlet 121 of the discharge pipe 12.
In some embodiments, the first cavity 15 and the second cavity 16 are a unitary structure. In this way, the cavity 11 is simple in structure and easy to manufacture.
In some embodiments, the top of the chamber 11 is opened with an inlet 112, and the inlet 112 is in an inverted funnel shape. In this manner, the entry of liquid detergent from the inlet 112 is facilitated. In addition, the liquid in the chamber 111 does not easily flow out from the inlet 112.
In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, "above" or "below" a first feature means that the first and second features are in direct contact, or that the first and second features are not in direct contact but are in contact with each other via another feature therebetween. Also, the first feature being "on," "above" and "over" the second feature includes the first feature being directly on and obliquely above the second feature, or merely indicating that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. A first feature being "under," "below," and "beneath" a second feature includes the first feature being directly under and obliquely below the second feature, or simply meaning that the first feature is at a lesser elevation than the second feature.
