The traditional operation mode is completely dependent on manpower in the whole process, has high labor intensity and low working efficiency, greatly restricts the development of the electric locomotive servicing operation to the mechanized, automatic and automatic control direction of the system, has the condition of human errors such as missed hanging and missed dismantling, has larger potential safety hazard and is not beneficial to safe construction. In addition, when workers work the car roof, the safety belt is tied, the fixed end of the safety belt is hung on the contact net, and the contact net can move up and down under the action of external force, so that the contact net is connected with the grounding device unstably, and the grounding performance is affected.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a following grounding device to overcome the drawbacks and shortcomings of the prior art and to realize the automation of the whole process of the servicing operation.
Disclosure of Invention

when the speed reducing assembly receives the off-hook signal sent by the control system, the motor 2 starts to operate, the output shaft of the speed reducer 3 drives the grounding assembly to rotate clockwise in a direction away from the contact net 8, the first off-hook limit switch 14 sends a signal to the control system when contacting the second baffle plate, or the second off-hook limit switch 15 sends a signal to the control system when contacting the connecting rod 61 of the grounding assembly, and the control system cuts off the power supply of the speed reducing assembly to stop operation, and then the off-hook state is maintained.
