As shown in fig. 3, the connector 123 is fixedly mounted on the PCB circuit board 12 and is electrically connected with the chip 121 through a circuit, referring to fig. 8, the connector 123 includes a needle shaft 1231, a compression spring 1232 and a hollow needle tube 1233, one end of the needle tube 1233 is vertically and fixedly connected to the PCB circuit board 12, the other end is slidably connected with the needle shaft 1231, the compression spring 1232 is located inside the needle tube 1233, the central axis of the compression spring 1232 is parallel to the central axis of the needle tube 1233, one end of the compression spring 1232 abuts against the lower end of the needle tube 1233, the other end abuts against the needle shaft 1231, when the needle shaft 1231 receives an extrusion force in a direction approaching to the needle tube 1233, the compression spring 1232 is moved in a direction approaching to the PCB circuit board 12, the compression spring 1232 is compressed, the outer wall of the needle shaft 1231 always abuts against the needle tube 1233, and the needle shaft 1231 is electrically connected with the circuit on the PCB circuit board 12 through the needle tube 1233.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a connection hole 1137 is formed in a surface of the PCB protection cover 113, which is far from the bottom plate 112, and an end of the needle shaft 1231, which is far from the needle tube 1233, extends outside the PCB protection cover 113 through the connection hole 1137.
As shown in fig. 9, a circle of second flange 134 is fixedly connected to one surface of the pressing plate 132 far away from the bottom plate 112, the panel 14 is mounted on the inner side of the second flange 134, the peripheral side surface of the panel 14 is abutted against the inner wall of the second flange 134, and after the panel 14 is mounted, the second flange 134 can limit the panel 14 to slide along the pressing plate 132 when the panel 14 receives lateral acting force; the edge of the panel 14 far away from the pressing plate 132 is provided with a chamfer 141, when other objects are extruded with the edge of the panel 14, the chamfer 141 can convert a part of extrusion force into a component force perpendicular to the direction of the pressing plate 132, so that the lateral extrusion force borne by the panel 14 is reduced, and the pressing plate 132 is prevented from sliding along the panel 14. When other objects collide with the side surface of the panel 14, the other objects can slide along the chamfer 141 to be separated from the panel 14, so that impact damage to the panel 14 is reduced.
The surface of the panel 14 near the pressing plate 132 is sealed and adhered to the pressing plate 132 by double-sided adhesive or other adhesive, a notch 142 is formed on one side of the panel 14 near the pressing plate 132 and located on one side of the panel 14, and when the panel 14 is taken out from the inner side of the second flange 134, a sharp tool tip can be inserted into the notch 142 to pry the panel 14 out of the second flange 134 so as to separate the panel 14 from the pressing plate 132.
A circular tinfoil 143 is fixedly connected to one surface of the panel 14 close to the bottom plate 112, a first light hole 1431 is formed in the center of the tinfoil 143, and the light emitting diode 122 is located at a position of the PCB 12 corresponding to the first light hole 1431; referring to fig. 3, the pcb protection cover 113 is provided with a second light hole 1138 correspondingly between the light hole and the light emitting diode 122, the panel 14 is made of transparent material inside the first light hole 1431, and when the light emitting diode 122 emits light, the light can be irradiated to the outside of the panel 14 through the second light hole 1138 and the first light hole 1431.
As shown in fig. 9, after the panel 14 is mounted, the end of the needle shaft 1231 away from the needle tube 1233 is electrically connected with the tinfoil 143, when the hand approaches and touches the surface of the panel 14 opposite to the tinfoil 143, the capacitance on the tinfoil 143 changes, the connector 123 transmits the capacitance change information on the tinfoil 143 to the chip 121, so that the chip 121 is "awakened" or activated from the "sleep" state, the light emitting diode 122 starts to emit light, the user can determine whether the chip 121 is activated or not by means of whether the light emitting diode 122 emits light, and after the chip 121 is activated, the card sensing module 3 can feed back the sensing signal and the key information in the chip 121 to the card swiping device to control the door opening.
During the mounting process of the panel 14, the tinfoil 143 presses the pin shaft 1231, the pin shaft 1231 presses the compression spring 1232, and the panel 14 can be tightly matched with the pressing plate 132 within the compression stroke range of the spring, so that stable electrical connection between the connector 123 and the tinfoil 143 can be maintained.
As shown in fig. 10, referring to fig. 4, a receiving groove 1122 is formed in a position corresponding to the support block 115 on a surface of the bottom plate 112 away from the panel 14, and the data line 2 includes an energizing conductor 21 and an insulating sheath 22 that is covered with insulation, the insulating sheath 22 is made of a flexible material, and the data line 2 has a certain flexibility. The cross section of the insulating sleeve 22 is rectangular, and the insulating sleeve 22 is wide and flat, is not easy to tie, and is convenient to store in the storage groove 1122. One end of the receiving groove 1122 is provided with an inserting port 1123, and referring to fig. 11, the end face of the insulating sleeve 22 is inserted into the inserting port 1123 and the gap is filled by glue sealing, and the energizing wire 21 extends out of the end face of the edge sleeve and penetrates into the box 11 to be electrically connected with the circuit on the PCB circuit board 12. The storage groove 1122 is internally provided with a fixing pressing piece 1124, one end of the insulating sleeve 22, which is close to the plug-in port 1123, is positioned between the fixing pressing piece 1124 and the bottom surface of the storage groove 1122, and when the insulating sleeve is installed, the fixing pressing piece 1124 is tightly connected with the bottom surface of the storage groove 1122 by using a screw penetrating through the fixing pressing piece 1124 and the insulating sleeve 22, so that the insulating sleeve 22 is tightly pressed and fixed in the storage groove 1122.
As shown in fig. 10, one end of the receiving groove 1122 is closed, the other end is provided with an adjusting opening 1125, and when the insulating sleeve 22 is lapped in the adjusting opening 1125 in fig. 11 and 12, the surface of the insulating sleeve 22 away from the bottom plate 112 is flush with the surface of the bottom plate 112 or is located in the adjusting opening 1125, the bottom plate 112 can be adhered and fixed to the wall surface by double faced adhesive tape or other adhesive tape, and the insulating sleeve 22 can extend out of the bottom plate 112 through the adjusting opening 1125. As shown in fig. 13, the card sensing module 3 includes a back plate 31, a sensing coil 32 and a front cover 33, the sensing coil 32 is located between the back plate 31 and the front cover 33, a cavity structure is formed inside the front cover 33, one surface of the front cover 33 close to the back plate 31 is provided with a circle of step surface 331 on the inner side of the cavity, the back plate 31 is mounted on the front cover 33 and located on the inner side of the cavity and is in sealing contact with the step surface 331, and the back plate 31 and the step surface 331 are bonded through glue sealing. The side of the back plate 31 away from the front cover 33 can be adhered and fixed with the surface of the card swiping area of the card swiping device through glue, the card sensing module 3 can interact with the card reader through electromagnetic induction signals.
The front cover 33 is close to the one side fixedly connected with kicking block 332 of backplate 31, and backplate 31 is close to the one side and kicking block 332 butt of front cover 33, and backplate 31 when receiving extrusion effort, the backplate 31 can take place certain degree deformation, and kicking block 332 can support backplate 31, prevents backplate 31 deformation, prevents backplate 31 from compressing induction coil 32 because of taking place the deformation towards the direction that is close to front cover 33.
Referring to fig. 14, an opening 333 is formed on one side of the front cover 33 for inserting the data line 2 into the front cover 33. After the intelligent access control is installed, when the intelligent access control is used for the first time, corresponding application programs are installed on the mobile phone, bluetooth of the mobile phone is started, primary pairing is carried out on the intelligent access control and the chip 121, and after the intelligent access control is matched, the chip 121 can identify mobile phone information. After pairing, the application program is not used for identity confirmation, and when the mobile phone is in the Bluetooth signal searching range of the chip 121, the chip 121 can automatically search mobile phone equipment and communicate with the mobile phone through Bluetooth signals.
