The invention discloses a novel driving system of a marine wind power rock-socketed pile construction heading machine, which comprises six driving planetary gear motors and a main bearing box, wherein the driving planetary gear motors comprise variable frequency motors and planetary gear boxes, and the main bearing box comprises six pinions, a large gear, a thrust spherical roller bearing, a full-complement cylindrical roller bearing, a main shaft, a box body and a thrust spherical roller. The invention has the advantages that: a novel driving system for a marine wind power rock-socketed pile construction heading machine can meet the requirement of pressurized drilling, and integrates gear transmission, bearing and slurry and air channels.

When the driving system of the rock-socketed pile construction heading machine works, the driving system bears the reactive torque from a cutterhead, simultaneously bears all the gravity of a hanging drilling tool below the driving system and bears the axial force generated during pressurized drilling; in addition, the driving part is also a down-conveying channel of compressed air and an up-returning channel of drilling mud. When tunneling different strata, the hardness degree of the rock is different, so the load born by the driving part is changed during tunneling, and the drill rod is in pure rigid connection with the driving part, so a flexible joint is not arranged in the middle, and the driving part bears a strong impact load during working.

(2) The output shaft is provided with 4 bearings, 2 full-load cylindrical roller bearings bearing radial force, and a thrust spherical roller bearing is arranged at the upper part and the lower part respectively, so that two working conditions of drilling by means of self weight of a drilling tool and pressurized drilling are met.
(3) In order to prevent the over-positioning of the bearing, a certain gap is needed between the outer ring of the 2 thrust spherical roller bearings and the box body hole, and the outer ring of the bearing floats, so that the impact and vibration generated during rock breaking can be better borne.
(4) The driving part and the short drill rod adopt a mode of combining and connecting a high-strength bolt and a cylindrical pin, the bolt can transmit a small part of torque while bearing axial force, and the pin shaft transmits a large part of torque. The material of the pin shaft is 17CrNiMo6 carburized and quenched, the hardness is 55-60 HRC, and the final finish machining adopts haok energy machining, so that the fatigue strength of the pin shaft is effectively improved.
(5) The sealing of the compressed air descending channel adopts a combination mode of DR115 and DR105, each group comprises 2 rotating sealing rings of DR115, 1 compressed air sealing ring of DR105, and two groups of sealing are respectively arranged at two sides of the compressed air cavity. The sealing ring is made of PTFE material with good self-lubricating performance, so that abrasion of the sealing ring in the use process is reduced, and the service life of the sealing member is prolonged. The shaft end matched with the sealing piece is subjected to surface chromium plating treatment, the hardness is more than 800HV, and superfine grinding is carried out after chromium plating, so that the abrasion of the shaft is reduced after the treatment, and the sealing reliability is improved.
(5) The deslagging slurry seal adopts 6 combined seals, the first seal is a labyrinth seal, EP2 grease is injected from a P0 port in operation, the overflow of gaps of a grease hole labyrinth prevents slurry from entering, the second seal, the third seal and the fourth seal are formed by three soil sand seals, grease cavities are arranged in front of each seal, EP2 grease is injected from P11, P21 and P31 ports in operation respectively for lubricating soil sand seal lips, and meanwhile, the injected grease can also discharge a trace amount of leaked slurry from P12, P22 and P32 ports, and whether the grease discharged through a discharge port regularly contains slurry or not is judged to be normal or not. And the fifth and sixth seals are DR115 sealing rings, so that the sealing reliability is enhanced.

As shown in fig. 1, the novel driving system of the marine wind power rock-socketed pile construction heading machine comprises six driving planetary gear motors and a main bearing box, wherein the driving planetary gear motors comprise variable frequency motors 1 and planetary gear boxes 2, and the main bearing box comprises six pinions 3, a large gear 4, a thrust spherical roller bearing 5, a full-complement cylindrical roller bearing 6, a main shaft 7, a box body 8 and a thrust spherical roller 9. The compressed air is conveyed down the compressed air down-feed channel, and then rock debris from cutting rock is conveyed up the mud up-feed channel.
The output end of the driving planetary gear motor is provided with an internal spline, the pinion shaft is provided with an external spline meshed with the internal spline, six driving planetary gear motors are circumferentially driven by six pinions 3, and the pinions 3 are meshed with a large gear 4.
As shown in fig. 2,4 bearings are arranged on the output shaft, 2 full-load cylindrical roller bearings 6 bearing radial force, a thrust spherical roller bearing 5 is respectively arranged on the upper part and the lower part, a certain gap is reserved between the outer ring of the 2 thrust spherical roller bearings 5 and the box body hole, and the outer ring of the bearing floats.
The power transmission mode is that six variable frequency motors 1 drive six planetary gear boxes 2 to form six motor gear driving units, the six driving units are respectively connected with six pinions 3 through splines, the periphery of each of the six pinions 3 drives a large gear 4, and the large gears 4 and an output shaft output power to a drill rod and a cutter head through bolts and pins.
The driving part and the short drill rod are connected in a mode of combining a high-strength bolt and a cylindrical pin, 17CrNiMo6 carburizing and quenching is adopted as a material of the pin shaft, the hardness is 55-60 HRC, and the finish machining adopts haok energy machining.
As shown in fig. 3, the sealing of the compressed air down-conveying channel adopts a combination of two sealing rings of DR115 and DR105, each group of rotary sealing rings 10 containing 2 DR115, and 1 compressed air sealing ring 11 of DR105, and a group of sealing is respectively arranged at two sides of the compressed air cavity 12.
As shown in fig. 4, the deslagging slurry seal adopts 6 channels of combined seals, the first channel is a labyrinth seal 13, EP2 grease is injected from a P0 port during operation, gaps of a grease hole labyrinth overflow to prevent slurry from entering, the second channel, the third channel and the fourth channel are formed by three channels of soil sand seal rings 14, grease cavities are arranged in front of each channel of seal rings, EP2 grease is injected from P11, P21 and P31 ports during operation respectively for lubricating soil sand seal lips, meanwhile, the injected grease can also discharge micro-leakage slurry from P12, P22 and P32 ports, whether the grease discharged through a discharge port periodically contains the slurry or not is judged, and whether the seal is normal or not is judged, and the fifth channel and the sixth channel are DR115 seal rings 15.
