Abstract
本发明公开了一种一体保温板施工工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一,金属薄片布置;步骤二,金属薄片安装;步骤三,板体安装;步骤四,垫片安装;步骤五,保温发泡胶填充;步骤六,弹性聚氨酯气凝胶填充。本发明通过金属薄片的安装作用,施工后不会脱落,施工方便,后期维护成本低,且使用寿命长,解决传统材料的脱落的安全隐患,而且本发明的保温板本身分发挥保温发泡胶和弹性聚氨酯气凝胶这两种填充物理性能,适应热胀冷缩气候变化,更有利外墙的耐用性,有利于保温。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温板,具体是一种一体保温板施工工艺。
背景技术
外墙用判定法定义,设A~B为一道墙,若A~B墙线能够切割相关围护结构的为内墙,反之为外墙。从建筑学的角度来讲,围护建筑物,使之形成室内、室外的分界构件称为外墙。它的功能有:承担一定荷载、遮挡风雨、保温隔热、防止噪音、防火安全等。保温板说的通俗易懂就是给楼房保温用的板子。保温板是以聚苯乙烯树脂为原料加上其他的原辅料与聚含物,通过加热混合同时注入催化剂,然后挤塑压出成型而制造的硬质泡沫塑料板,具有防潮、防水性能,可使减少建筑物***护结构厚度,从而增加室内使用面积。
目前市场的外墙一般是用油漆或者是磁砖,但两种各有不足,在使用油漆的时候其墙面的防火性能不好,容易造成安全事故,在使用瓷砖的时候其及其容易脱落,造成安全事故,因此对于现有的保温板以及其制作工艺需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种一体保温板施工工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
1.一种一体保温板施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,金属薄片布置:在施工的墙体上布网格状的金属薄片;
步骤二,金属薄片安装:以植筋螺丝由上向下倾斜度-度角将金属薄片固定在墙体上;
步骤三,板体安装:将带螺孔一次成型保温陶晶石板按施工规格的卡位,依次用螺丝固定在金属薄片上;
步骤四,垫片安装:在不平整的螺孔位置加垫片;
步骤五,保温发泡胶填充:在缝间首先填充保温发泡胶;
步骤六,弹性聚氨脂气凝胶填充:在发泡胶干燥后,再填充弹性聚氨脂气凝胶。
作为本发明进一步的方案:金属薄片在加工时,按施工要求留有固定螺丝孔位。
作为本发明进一步的方案:金属薄片宽度为2-3cmm,厚度为0.5-1mm,施工时,依重力作用,由上至下的方式布金属薄片。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述金属薄片依板材规格大小交错方式板体上。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:金属薄片总长度较板体两边各长出2-5cm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过金属薄片的安装作用,施工后不会脱落,施工方便,后期维护成本低,且使用寿命长,解决传统材料的脱落的安全隐患,而且本发明的保温板本身分发挥保温发泡胶和弹性聚氨脂气凝胶这两种填充物理性能,适应热胀冷缩气候变化,更有利外墙的耐用性,有利于保温。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-3,一种一体保温板施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,金属薄片2布置:在施工的墙体1上布网格状的金属薄片2;
步骤二,金属薄片2安装:以植筋螺丝4由上向下倾斜30度-60度角将金属薄片2固定在墙体1上;
步骤三,板体5安装:将带螺孔3一次成型保温陶晶石板按施工规格的卡位,依次用螺丝固定在金属薄片2上;
步骤四,垫片安装:在不平整的螺孔3位置加垫片;
步骤五,保温发泡胶填充:在缝间首先填充保温发泡胶;
步骤六,弹性聚氨脂气凝胶填充:在发泡胶干燥后,再填充弹性聚氨脂气凝胶。
金属薄片2在加工时,按施工要求留有固定螺丝孔位。
金属薄片2宽度为2-3cmm,厚度为0.5-1mm,施工时,依重力作用,由上至下的方式布金属薄片2。
所述金属薄片2依板材规格大小交错方式板体5上。
金属薄片2总长度较板体5两边各长出2-5cm。
气凝胶,又称为干凝胶。当凝胶脱去大部分溶剂,使凝胶中液体含量比固体含量少得多,或凝胶的空间网状结构中充满的介质是气体,外表呈固体状,这即为干凝胶,也称为气凝胶。如明胶、***胶、硅胶、毛发、指甲等。气凝胶也具凝胶的性质,即具膨胀作用、触变作用、离浆作用。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。

Claims (5)
1.一种一体保温板施工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,金属薄片(2)布置:在施工的墙体(1)上布网格状的金属薄片(2);
步骤二,金属薄片(2)安装:以植筋螺丝(4)由上向下倾斜30度-60度角将金属薄片(2)固定在墙体(1)上;
步骤三,板体(5)安装:将带螺孔(3)一次成型保温陶晶石板按施工规格的卡位,依次用螺丝固定在金属薄片(2)上;
步骤四,垫片安装:在不平整的螺孔(3)位置加垫片;
步骤五,保温发泡胶填充:在缝间首先填充保温发泡胶;
步骤六,弹性聚氨脂气凝胶填充:在发泡胶干燥后,再填充弹性聚氨脂气凝胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体保温板施工工艺,其特征在于,金属薄片(2)在加工时,按施工要求留有固定螺丝孔位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一体保温板施工工艺,其特征在于,金属薄片(2)宽度为2-3cmm,厚度为0.5-1mm,施工时,依重力作用,由上至下的方式布金属薄片(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一体保温板施工工艺,其特征在于,所述金属薄片(2)依板材规格大小交错方式板体(5)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一体保温板施工工艺,其特征在于,金属薄片(2)总长度较板体(5)两边各长出2-5cm。
