Abstract

本发明公开一种专用于清洗精密陶瓷套管的酸性陶瓷清洗剂,所用原料及质量百分比如下:磷酸10%、氢氟酸6%、柠檬酸3%、二乙二醇18%、单丁醚10%、三聚磷酸钠3%、十二烷基苯磺酸3%、尼纳尔3%、TX‑10磷酸酯1%、强效润湿剂1.2%、荧光增白剂0.1%、水余量。制备方法是将磷酸、氢氟酸和水混合搅拌制成①号溶液;将柠檬酸、三聚磷酸钠和的水混合搅拌制成②号溶液;将剩余的水加入到不锈钢反应釜中,启动搅拌器,再将二乙二醇、单丁醚、十二烷基苯磺酸、尼纳尔、TX‑10磷酸酯、强效润湿剂、荧光增白剂、①号溶液、②号溶液依次徐徐加入到反应釜中,边加入边搅拌,直至呈浅黄色透明溶液。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗剂及制备方法,尤其是一种可缩短清洗时间、提高清洗质量的专用于清洗精密陶瓷套管的酸性陶瓷清洗剂及制备方法。
背景技术
精密陶瓷套管是精密光化学仪器制造中的主要器件,用于光纤连接器、光纤适配器及衰减器等的光线连接头。目前困扰生产企业的技术难题在对精密陶瓷套管抛光加工后,其表面残留大量抛光用的污物(凡士林及石蜡等)和黑粉(铁粉等),现有的清洗产品无法将污物彻底清除。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种可缩短清洗时间、提高清洗质量的专用于清洗精密陶瓷套管的酸性陶瓷清洗剂及制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种专用于清洗精密陶瓷套管的酸性陶瓷清洗剂,所用原料及质量百分比如下:磷酸10~13%、氢氟酸3~6%、柠檬酸3~7%、二乙二醇10~18%、单丁醚10~18%、三聚磷酸钠1~3%、十二烷基苯磺酸3~7%、尼纳尔1~3%、TX-10磷酸酯1~9%、强效润湿剂0.1~1.2%、荧光增白剂0.1~0.3%、水余量。
一种上述专用于清洗精密陶瓷套管的酸性陶瓷清洗剂的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
a. 将计算称量的磷酸、氢氟酸和部分计量的水混合搅拌至充分溶解,制成①号溶液;
b. 将计算称量的柠檬酸、三聚磷酸钠和部分计量的水混合搅拌至充分溶解,制成②号溶液;
c. 将剩余的水加入到不锈钢反应釜中,启动搅拌器,设定转速为60转/分钟,再将计算称量的二乙二醇、单丁醚、十二烷基苯磺酸、尼纳尔、TX-10磷酸酯、强效润湿剂、荧光增白剂、①号溶液、②号溶液依次徐徐加入到反应釜中,边加入边搅拌,直至呈浅黄色透明溶液。
本发明是专用于清洗精密陶瓷套管的酸性陶瓷清洗剂,可有效去除精密陶瓷套管抛光加工后表面残留的污物和黑粉。与现有技术相比,清洗后的精密陶瓷套管工件表面的光洁度、光亮度、白度及表面的耐蚀性等均有较大提高,清洗时间缩短了一半,极大的提高了工作效率。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
本发明的专用于清洗精密陶瓷套管的酸性陶瓷清洗剂,所用原料及质量百分比如下:磷酸10%、氢氟酸6%、柠檬酸3%、二乙二醇18%、单丁醚10%、三聚磷酸钠3%、十二烷基苯磺酸3%、尼纳尔3%、TX-10磷酸酯1%、强效润湿剂1.2%、荧光增白剂0.1%、水余量。
制备方法按照如下步骤进行:
a. 将计算称量的磷酸、氢氟酸和部分计量的水混合搅拌至充分溶解,制成①号溶液;
b. 将计算称量的柠檬酸、三聚磷酸钠和部分计量的水混合搅拌至充分溶解,制成②号溶液;
c. 将剩余的水加入到不锈钢反应釜中,启动搅拌器,设定转速为60转/分钟,再将计算称量的二乙二醇、单丁醚、十二烷基苯磺酸、尼纳尔、TX-10磷酸酯、强效润湿剂、荧光增白剂、①号溶液、②号溶液依次徐徐加入到反应釜中,边加入边搅拌,直至呈浅黄色透明溶液。
本发明所用原料均为外购,其中强效润湿剂购于巴斯夫,所用磷酸质量浓度为80%,氢氟酸质量浓度为40%,柠檬酸质量浓度为90%。
实施例2:
本发明的专用于清洗精密陶瓷套管的酸性陶瓷清洗剂,所用原料及质量百分比如下:磷酸13%、氢氟酸3%、柠檬酸7%、二乙二醇10%、单丁醚18%、三聚磷酸钠1%、十二烷基苯磺酸7%、尼纳尔1%、TX-10磷酸酯9%、强效润湿剂0.1%、荧光增白剂0.3%、水余量。
所用原料及制备方法同实施例1。
实施例:
本发明的专用于清洗精密陶瓷套管的酸性陶瓷清洗剂,所用原料及质量百分比如下:磷酸12%、氢氟酸5%、柠檬酸5%、二乙二醇14%、单丁醚15%、三聚磷酸钠2%、十二烷基苯磺酸4%、尼纳尔2%、TX-10磷酸酯5%、强效润湿剂0.6 %、荧光增白剂0.2 %、水余量。
所用原料及制备方法同实施例1。
使用方法及效果:
将本发明实施例1~3加水配制质量百分比为3~8%的工作液,超声波清洗精密陶瓷套管5~10分钟,取出水洗干燥。精密陶瓷套管工件表面的光洁度、光亮度、白度及表面的耐蚀性等符合标准要求。

1.一种专用于清洗精密陶瓷套管的酸性陶瓷清洗剂,其特征在于所用原料及质量百分比如下:磷酸10~13%、氢氟酸3~6%、柠檬酸3~7%、二乙二醇10~18%、单丁醚10~18%、三聚磷酸钠1~3%、十二烷基苯磺酸3~7%、尼纳尔1~3%、TX-10磷酸酯1~9%、强效润湿剂0.1~1.2%、荧光增白剂0.1~0.3%、水余量。
2.一种权利要求1所述专用于清洗精密陶瓷套管的酸性陶瓷清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于按照如下步骤进行:
a. 将计算称量的磷酸、氢氟酸和部分计量的水混合搅拌至充分溶解,制成①号溶液;
b. 将计算称量的柠檬酸、三聚磷酸钠和部分计量的水混合搅拌至充分溶解,制成②号溶液;
c. 将剩余的水加入到不锈钢反应釜中,启动搅拌器,设定转速为60转/分钟,再将计算称量的二乙二醇、单丁醚、十二烷基苯磺酸、尼纳尔、TX-10磷酸酯、强效润湿剂、荧光增白剂、①号溶液、②号溶液依次徐徐加入到反应釜中,边加入边搅拌,直至呈浅黄色透明溶液。
