Abstract

本发明公开了一种定量瓶,包括瓶体,瓶体上套接有瓶盖,瓶盖上***有导管,导管上端处于瓶盖以上,导管下部于靠近瓶体内腔底部位置设置有定量仓,定量仓上带有与瓶体内腔导通的进液口,进液口处带有由瓶体内腔到定量仓单向导通的单向阀,所述瓶体至少局部具有弹性压缩功能。该定量瓶在瓶体受到按压作用时,能够对瓶体内腔中的液体形成压力,促使液体克服单向阀的作用进入定量仓,当定量仓中的液体达到预定量时可以直接从导管倒出,在瓶体倾倒倒出定量仓中的液体时,由于单向阀封闭进液口使瓶体内腔中的液体无法进入定量仓,从而实现了液体的定量,该定量瓶可以应用于需要定量使用的药剂瓶和酱油瓶等领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种定量瓶,尤其是能够定量倒出液体的定量容器。
背景技术
人们在生活中经常需要对各种液体进行定量使用,例如药剂的调配,水烟中配套液体的调配等等,传统做法一般是配置一个量杯,使用时从大的瓶子中倒出液体倒量杯中,通过观察手动定量。但是这种定量方式需要同时用到大的容器瓶和量杯,不利于携带,也不方便随时进行定量调配,而且在液体倒入量杯时还容易二次污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种定量瓶,该定量瓶既能够作为液体的容器,又能够直接对液体进行定量并倒出。
为此,本发明提供的定量瓶,包括瓶体,瓶体上套接有瓶盖,瓶盖上***有导管,导管上端处于瓶盖以上,导管下部于靠近瓶体内腔底部位置设置有定量仓,定量仓上带有与瓶体内腔导通的进液口,进液口处带有由瓶体内腔到定量仓单向导通的单向阀,所述瓶体至少局部具有弹性压缩功能,所述瓶体上部带有气压输入通道使内腔压缩后恢复气压平衡。
本发明的技术效果:该定量瓶在瓶体受到按压作用时,能够对瓶体内腔中的液体形成压力,促使液体克服单向阀的作用进入定量仓,当定量仓中的液体达到预定量时可以直接从导管倒出,在瓶体倾倒倒出定量仓中的液体时,由于单向阀封闭进液口使瓶体内腔中的液体无法进入定量仓,从而实现了液体的定量,该定量瓶可以应用于需要定量使用的药剂瓶和酱油瓶等领域,尤其适用于水烟和卷烟的注入药剂的调配中,既能够解决这些药剂必须随身携带的问题,又能够同时在瓶体内实现调配并倒出,其携带和使用更加方便,调配都在瓶体内实现,更加卫生。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明,其中描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1所示,本发明提供的定量瓶,包括瓶体1,瓶体1上套接有瓶盖2,瓶盖2上***有导管3,瓶盖2上配置有帽盖4以覆盖瓶盖2和导管3上端,帽盖4与瓶盖2套接,导管3上端处于瓶盖2以上,导管3下部于靠近瓶体1内腔底部位置设置有定量仓5,定量仓5上带有与瓶体1内腔导通的进液口6,进液口6一般设置于定量仓5底部,进液口6处带有由瓶体1内腔到定量仓5单向导通的单向阀,所述瓶体1至少局部具有弹性压缩功能(即可被压缩且在压缩后可弹性恢复),所述瓶体1上部带有气压输入通道使内腔压缩后恢复气压平衡,一般是在瓶体1上开设与内腔导通的气孔,或者瓶盖2与瓶体1配合处留有缝隙供气流通过。在本实施例中,一般瓶体1上都带有弹性按压部7,弹性按压部7被按压后内缩并可在释放后复位,或者可以将整个瓶体1采用弹性材料制成。
参照图1所示,为了使定量瓶每次倒出的液体量能够调节,所述定量仓5包括套管8和定量腔体9,套管8套在所述导管3上且向上延伸与瓶盖2固定一体,定量腔体9上部具有锥形部10,所述导管3下端带有与锥形部10匹配的锥形斗11,锥形斗11衬在所述锥形部10内侧且两者配合处形成液密封,一般可以在锥形斗11和锥形部10内壁之间设置密封圈12实现密封,所述导管3上部局部带有外螺纹13,所述瓶盖2上带有可相对瓶盖2转动的旋钮14,旋钮14套在导管3上且形成螺纹连接,所述导管3配置有可阻止其转动的阻挡机构,一般将瓶盖2上***导管3的孔制成多边形,而导管3处于该多边形孔的局部外壁呈与之匹配的多边形即可,所述旋钮14转动时导管3沿着外螺纹13上下移动,所述锥形斗11随之上下移动以调整定量仓5的容量。在本实施例中,为了方便定量,还可以在导管3上设置刻度,通过观察导管伸缩的长度换算定量仓5的容量,从而将容量标注在导管3的刻度上。或者,可以将定量仓5和瓶体1均采用透明材料制成,在定量仓5上标注刻度,使定量仓5中的溶液量可以观察得到。
参照图1所示,为了更好的防止定量仓5中的液体逆流,所述进液口6呈上大下小的锥形状,进液口6的进口端15设置有堵头16,堵头16设置于弹性件17上,弹性件17一般为弹簧,弹性件17向堵头16施力促使其始终朝向封闭进口端15的方向封闭。

1.一种定量瓶,包括瓶体,瓶体上套接有瓶盖,其特征是:瓶盖上***有导管,导管上端处于瓶盖以上,导管下部于靠近瓶体内腔底部位置设置有定量仓,定量仓上带有与瓶体内腔导通的进液口,进液口处带有由瓶体内腔到定量仓单向导通的单向阀,所述瓶体至少局部具有弹性压缩功能,所述瓶体上部带有气压输入通道使内腔压缩后恢复气压平衡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的定量瓶,其特征是:所述进液口设置于定量仓底部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的定量瓶,其特征是:所述瓶体上带有弹性按压部,弹性按压部被按压后内缩并可在释放后复位。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的定量瓶,其特征是:所述瓶盖上配置有帽盖以覆盖瓶盖和导管上端,帽盖与瓶盖套接。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的定量瓶,其特征是:所述定量仓包括套管和定量腔体,套管套在所述导管上且向上延伸与瓶盖固定一体,定量腔体上部具有锥形部,所述导管下端带有与锥形部匹配的锥形斗,锥形斗衬在所述锥形部内侧且两者配合处形成液密封,所述导管上部局部带有外螺纹,所述瓶盖上带有可相对瓶盖转动的旋钮,旋钮套在导管上且形成螺纹连接,所述导管配置有可阻止其转动的阻挡机构,所述旋钮转动时导管沿着外螺纹上下移动,所述锥形斗随之上下移动以调整定量仓的容量。
6.根据权利要求4所述的定量瓶,其特征是:所述定量仓包括套管和定量腔体,套管套在所述导管上且向上延伸与瓶盖固定一体,定量腔体上部具有锥形部,所述导管下端带有与锥形部匹配的锥形斗,锥形斗衬在所述锥形部内侧且两者配合处形成液密封,所述导管上部局部带有外螺纹,所述瓶盖上带有可相对瓶盖转动的旋钮,旋钮套在导管上且形成螺纹连接,所述导管配置有可阻止其转动的阻挡机构,所述旋钮转动时导管沿着外螺纹上下移动,所述锥形斗随之上下移动以调整定量仓的容量。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的定量瓶,其特征是:所述进液口呈上大下小的锥形状,进液口的进口端设置有堵头,堵头设置于弹性件上,弹性件向堵头施力促使其始终朝向封闭进口端的方向封闭。
8.根据权利要求4所述的定量瓶,其特征是:所述进液口呈上大下小的锥形状,进液口的进口端设置有堵头,堵头设置于弹性件上,弹性件向堵头施力促使其始终朝向封闭进口端的方向封闭。
