Description

Copper carving enamel glass ware and manufacturing method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of artware, and particularly relates to an enamel glass ware and a manufacturing method of the enamel glass ware.
Background
With the development of global economy, the conditions of all aspects of life of people are rapidly improved, the culture communication is increasingly close, and the demand of people on culture products is rapidly strengthened; in modern decoration, the traditional ornaments are easy to generate visual fatigue, and particularly, the middle-high-end people pursue high-grade cultural products.
In recent years, the craft enamel ware is more and more favored by people, and particularly, cloisonne and thevenin craft performance is particularly outstanding; cloisonne enamel is an underglaze color which is formed by inlaying wires, bluing and high-temperature firing on a copper matrix, is pursuing a fine and smooth art and writing effect, but is limited by a furnace body on the body shape, and has the advantages of complex firing process, long construction period and high manufacturing cost; the chefani is a lead-tin wrapped enamel glass device, which is formed by cutting, edge covering and manual lead-tin soldering of fired enamel glass, pursuits rough oil painting artistic effect, and the enamel glass is underglaze color formed by mixing and firing enamel color and glass powder, has colorful color of enamel porcelain and is round like jade, and integrates the beauty of porcelain, jade ware and glass; the tefany process is easier to operate compared with the cloisonne process, but fine patterns cannot be presented due to the limitation of a glass cutting process, and lead-tin soldering pen touch is rough, so that the tefany process is a hard injury to consumer groups pursuing beauty and fineness; it would be an innovation in the art of enamels if a new process could be found that combines the advantages of both to produce an enamel glassware that is suitable for the modern fine style.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the limitation of the existing copper ware and enamel ware, the invention aims to provide a copper carving enamel glass ware with relatively simple operation, exquisite process and fine style and a manufacturing method thereof, and the invention replaces lead-tin decorative lines with special copper carving patterns by the unique cloisonne, replacement and carving techniques, so that the existing enamel glass ware skillfully realizes the change from roughness to fine magnificence; and moreover, the enamel glass body is combined with the special copper carving pattern, so that compared with the traditional copper process, the use of copper materials is greatly reduced, the illumination function is achieved, and the unique process is novel.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the copper carving enamel glass ware is essentially a baking-free enamel glass ware with copper carving patterns, and is characterized by comprising an enamel glass body, a copper frame, a lead-tin base line, copper carving patterns and a copper carving component, wherein the enamel glass body is provided with the lead-tin base line, the edge of the enamel glass body is inlaid with the copper frame, and the copper carving patterns and the copper carving component are inlaid on the lead-tin base line; the copper ware property can be strengthened by arranging a copper carving component, wherein the copper carving component is plain carving, relief sculpture or circular carving.
The copper carving enamel glass ware is characterized by further comprising the following manufacturing steps:
(1) generating an enamel glass blank, and firstly designing a plan view according to needs; then, manufacturing an enamel glass blank by using a wrapping and inlaying process, welding a copper frame at the edge, generating a lead-tin base line at the same time, and then drawing a detailed pattern part on the surface of the enamel glass blank;
(2) manufacturing a wire inlay pattern, welding a main copper base wire and an auxiliary copper base wire on an enamel glass blank, selecting a copper round wire inlay wire with a proper thickness, soldering the main copper round wire inlay wire on a lead-tin base wire by lead tin, directly welding the auxiliary copper round wire inlay wire on the main copper round wire inlay wire, forming a reinforced lead-tin wire in the welding process, and finally forming the copper wire inlay pattern with a copper frame through the main copper round wire inlay wire and the auxiliary copper round wire inlay wire;
(3) carrying out a replacement process, namely polishing the surface of the copper base line by using an angle grinder to form a flat and integrated copper base line plane body; then, using an electric angle grinder to horizontally grind 2/5 of the copper round wire inlay line step by step, and finally converting the copper wire inlay pattern into a tin-copper plane body; the surface layer of copper and tin can generate a new tin-copper alloy structure at high temperature, so that the surface hardness is higher, the glossiness is better, and the durability is stronger;
(4) carrying out a carving process, carving details by using a carving tool, and removing redundant lead-tin-copper materials at the edge of the copper-based line plane body to form a more exquisite special copper carving pattern; manually engraving the detail part which cannot be finished by the wire inlay process, and removing the redundant lead-tin-copper material outside the designed pattern in the engraving process to finally change the tin-copper plane body into a fine copper engraving pattern;
(5) arranging a copper carving component, and then assisting to arrange the copper carving component according to design requirements, wherein the purpose is to further strengthen the characteristics of a copper device of the copper carving component, so that the whole device is thicker and more luxurious, and the copper carving component is a plain carving, a relief sculpture and a circular carving;
(6) and (3) carrying out post-treatment, finally coloring and carrying out anti-oxidation treatment on the metal part of the whole appliance, firstly using a black dyeing agent to enable the lead-tin part to become black and bright so that the copper carved pattern has a three-dimensional effect, then soaking in a water glass solution for 10 minutes, then using a cloth wheel and polishing wax to carry out fine polishing on the surface of copper so as to generate the copper carved pattern with fine, three-dimensional and mirror surface effects, and finally carrying out anti-oxidation baking finish treatment on the metal part.
The beneficial effects of the invention are: compared with the prior art, the copper-carved enamel glass provided by the invention has the advantages that due to the fact that the special cloisonne, replacement and carving techniques are integrated, the rough lead-tin decorative lines on the existing enamel-coated glass are replaced into fine copper-carved patterns, and compared with the Tifany enamel glass, the copper-carved enamel glass realizes the change from rough to fine; the enamel glass body is combined with the copper carving patterns, so that compared with the traditional copper craft product, the use of copper materials is greatly reduced, and the enamel glass body has the function of illumination; compared with cloisonne, the process is relatively simple to operate and is more suitable for batch production; the unique process is novel, the whole device has the color of enamel porcelain, the mellow of jade, the bright and rigid of bronze and the transparency of glass, can be widely applied to decorative appliances such as screens, decorative paintings, lamps, jewel boxes, ornaments, sculptures and the like, and has high market potential and economic value.
