近几年，病虫害对玉米的影响日趋严重，严重影响了玉米产量，选用药效显著的杀虫剂，有效地防治病虫害对提高玉米产量至关重要。目前对杀虫剂在生态上和经济上的要求不断提高，特别是对于施用量、残留物的组成、选择性、毒性和生产方法的要求不断提高。由于杀虫剂在使用一段时间后，害虫会对其产生抗性。

S4、将混合物A与混合物B混合，搅拌均匀后，再加入载体搅拌均匀，然后进行密封分装，检验，合格后入库。

S2、按组分取龙牙草粉和椿白皮粉，加入到步骤S1中的浓缩液中搅拌均匀，得到混合物A；
S3、取剩下的蒸馏水，对蒸馏水加温至50℃，边加热边向蒸馏水中投入活化酯和联苯菊酯，搅拌均匀，然后边搅拌边依次加入甲维盐、马拉硫磷、代森锰锌、甲拌磷、呋喃丹颗粒剂、灭多威、苏云金杆菌、异丙甲草胺、西玛津和乳化剂，搅拌10min，获得混合物B；
S4、将混合物A与混合物B混合，搅拌均匀后，再加入载体搅拌均匀，然后进行密封分装，检验，合格后入库。
所述步骤S1中浓缩液的密度为1g/cm3。
综上所述：本发明提供的一种玉米杀虫剂及其制备方法，采用异丙甲草胺和西玛津为杀虫剂的主要成分，对玉米田的杀虫效果好，玉米果穗起到良好的保护作用，同时对害虫不产生抗药性，安全性好，不污染环境。

Claims (5)

1.一种玉米杀虫剂，其特征在于：按照质量组份计，其配方如下：甲维盐16-19份、联苯菊酯10-15份、马拉硫磷11-15份、代森锰锌10-16份、甲拌磷8-13份、姜黄6-13份、龙牙草粉3-5份、呋喃丹颗粒剂3-6份、灭多威2-3份、苏云金杆菌3-4份、椿白皮粉2-4份、异丙甲草胺25-30份、西玛津20-25份、活化酯3-6份、乳化剂2-5份、蒸馏水30-35份和载体30-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玉米杀虫剂，其特征在于：包括如下重量份的组分：甲维盐19份、联苯菊酯15份、马拉硫磷11份、代森锰锌10份、甲拌磷8份、姜黄6份、龙牙草粉3份、呋喃丹颗粒剂3份、灭多威2份、苏云金杆菌4份、椿白皮粉4份、异丙甲草胺30份、西玛津20份、活化酯3份、乳化剂5份、蒸馏水35份和载体30。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种玉米杀虫剂，其特征在于：所述载体为高岭土、黏土和硅藻土的一种或几种的混合物。
4.一种权利要求1所述的玉米杀虫剂的制备方法，其特征在于：包括如下步骤：
S1、按组分取姜黄，然后将姜黄放入温度为20～50℃的蒸馏水中，浸泡30～60min，将浸泡完成的姜黄及浸泡液先用文火煮沸，再用文火煎煮30min，过滤得到滤液，并浓缩，得到浓缩液；
S2、按组分取龙牙草粉和椿白皮粉，加入到步骤S1中的浓缩液中搅拌均匀，得到混合物A；
S3、取剩下的蒸馏水，对蒸馏水加温至30～50℃，边加热边向蒸馏水中投入活化酯和联苯菊酯，搅拌均匀，然后边搅拌边依次加入甲维盐、马拉硫磷、代森锰锌、甲拌磷、呋喃丹颗粒剂、灭多威、苏云金杆菌、异丙甲草胺、西玛津和乳化剂，搅拌5-10min，获得混合物B；
S4、将混合物A与混合物B混合，搅拌均匀后，再加入载体搅拌均匀，然后进行密封分装，检验，合格后入库。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种玉米杀虫剂的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤S1中浓缩液的密度为1～1.3g/cm3。
