技术领域
本发明属于水产养殖技术领域,特别涉及提高罗非鱼免疫力的养殖方法。
背景技术
罗非鱼,俗称:非洲鲫鱼,非鲫、越南鱼、南洋鲫等。原指以莫桑比克为模式产地的口孵非鲫属鱼类物种:莫桑比克口孵非鲫(学名:Oreochromis mossambicus),现为慈鲷科非鲫属及口孵非鲫属等属数种鱼类的共同俗称;英文里统称为Tilapia。现在它是世界水产业的重点科研培养的淡水养殖鱼类,且被誉为未来动物性蛋白质的主要来源之一。通常生活于淡水中,也能生活于不同盐份含量的咸水中,也可以存活于湖,河,池塘的浅水中。它有很强的适应能力,在面积狭小之水域中亦能繁殖,甚至在水稻田里能够生长,且对溶氧较少之水有极强之适应性。绝大部分罗非鱼是杂食性,常吃水中植物和碎物。
罗非鱼的肉味鲜美,肉质细嫩,无论是红烧还是清烹,味道俱佳。尼罗罗非鱼经测定,每100克肉中含蛋白质20.5克,脂肪6.93克,热量148千卡,钙70毫克,钠50毫克,磷37毫克,铁1毫克,维生素B1 0.1毫克,维生素B2 0.12毫克。罗非鱼已成为世界性的主要养殖鱼类。但是随着需求量变大,野生的罗非鱼已经不能够满足人们的需求。因此人工养殖罗非鱼已经非常普遍,人工饲养过程中,对于罗非鱼病害,会降低罗非鱼的成活率,降低经济效益。因此,研究开发一种提高罗非鱼免疫力的养殖方法,从源头上消除病害,提高罗非鱼的成活率非常有必要。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供提高罗非鱼免疫力的养殖方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供提高罗非鱼免疫力的养殖方法,包括以下制备步骤:取常规罗非鱼专用饲料粉碎至150-250目,再与中药粉混合均匀,造粒,按照常规的方法进行投喂罗非鱼即可。
本发明所述的中药粉的量为常规罗非鱼专用饲料重量的0.01-0.06%。
本发明所述的中药粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:布渣叶13-23份,玉米须20-38份,炙甘草2-8份。
优选地,本发明所述的中药粉的量为常规罗非鱼专用饲料重量的0.03%。
优选地,本发明所述的中药粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:布渣叶18份,玉米须29份,炙甘草5份。
优选地,本发明所述的中药粉制备方法为:按重量份称取全部原料,混合均匀,粉碎至100-150目,加入全部原料重量12-20倍的乙醇溶液,在150-250W下超声波提取10-16min,浓缩,喷雾干燥。
优选地,本发明所述的中药粉制备方法中,乙醇溶液的体积浓度为60-90%。
优选地,本发明所述的中药粉制备方法中,浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.18。
本发明中药粉原料中:
布渣叶,椴树科植物破布叶的叶。味甘、淡,性微寒。归脾经、胃经。含黄酮类成分,有异鼠李黄素、山柰黄素、槲皮黄素;-甲氧基黄酮-7-0-鼠李糖基葡萄糖苷、;四羟基黄酮-7-0-鼠李糖苷等。清热消滞、利湿退黄。属清热药下属中的清热泻火药,用治急性黄疸型肝炎,单纯性消化不良。水提物对离体豚鼠心脏有增加冠脉血流量作用,并能提高小鼠耐缺氧能力,对垂体后叶素所致的大鼠急性心肌缺血有保护作用,增加麻醉兔的脑血流量,降低血压与脑血管阻力。
玉米须,性平,味甘。归肾经、胃经、肝经、胆经。含大量硝酸钾、维生素K3、维生素E醌和苦味苷类、皂苷、挥发油、树脂、维生素C及泛酸、肌醇等成分。另含谷甾醇、豆甾醇、生物碱类物质、脂肪油、多聚戊糖、黄酮、色素、鞣质及尿囊素等。药理实验证实,有利尿、降压、利胆、降血糖、止血等作用。
炙甘草,生药材甘草的炮制加工品。性温,味甘。归心经、肺经、胃经、脾经。主要含甘草苷、甘草酸、甘草甜素、子丁香烯氧化物、甘草萜醇;-羟基甘草次酸、异甘草次酸、甘草香豆精、刺芒柄花素、新甘草查耳酮D、光果甘草苷元、异甘草黄酮醇等成分。补脾和胃,益气复脉。属补虚药下分类的补气药。
本发明所述的常规罗非鱼专用饲料可为天津秋水鱼悦文化传播有限公司生产的28蛋白罗非鱼饲料。常规方法中,每日喂食3-4次,幼鱼日投饵量为体重的3-5%,成鱼日投饵量在体重的1-2%。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提高罗非鱼免疫力的养殖方法中,向常规罗非鱼专用饲料粉加入中药粉,中药粉的中的布渣叶,玉米须,炙甘草协同作用,能够提高罗非鱼免疫力,从源头上消除病害,提高罗非鱼的免疫,提高罗非鱼的成活率,从而提升罗非鱼的经济效益。

实施例1
提高罗非鱼免疫力的养殖方法,包括以下制备步骤:取常规罗非鱼专用饲料粉碎至150目,再与常规罗非鱼专用饲料重量的0.06%的中药粉混合均匀,造粒,按照常规的方法进行投喂罗非鱼即可。
所述的中药粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:布渣叶13份,玉米须38份,炙甘草2份。
所述的中药粉制备方法为:按重量份称取全部原料,混合均匀,粉碎至150目,加入全部原料重量12倍体积浓度为90%的乙醇溶液,在150W下超声波提取16min,浓缩至相对密度为1.1,喷雾干燥。
实施例2
提高罗非鱼免疫力的养殖方法,包括以下制备步骤:取常规罗非鱼专用饲料粉碎至200目,再与常规罗非鱼专用饲料重量的0.03%的中药粉混合均匀,造粒,按照常规的方法进行投喂罗非鱼即可。
所述的中药粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:布渣叶18份,玉米须29份,炙甘草5份。
所述的中药粉制备方法为:按重量份称取全部原料,混合均匀,粉碎至130目,加入全部原料重量16倍体积浓度为75%的乙醇溶液,在200W下超声波提取13min,浓缩至相对密度为1.14,喷雾干燥。
实施例3
提高罗非鱼免疫力的养殖方法,包括以下制备步骤:取常规罗非鱼专用饲料粉碎至250目,再与常规罗非鱼专用饲料重量的0.01%的中药粉混合均匀,造粒,按照常规的方法进行投喂罗非鱼即可。
所述的中药粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:布渣叶23份,玉米须20份,炙甘草8份。
所述的中药粉制备方法为:按重量份称取全部原料,混合均匀,粉碎至100目,加入全部原料重量20倍体积浓度为60%的乙醇溶液,在250W下超声波提取10min,浓缩至相对密度为1.18,喷雾干燥。
试验例:添加不同组成的中药粉的常规罗非鱼专用饲料对罗非鱼成活率的影响,每个池塘放100尾罗非鱼鱼种,每个池塘对应投喂一种中药粉组成的常规石斑鱼专用饲料,饲养4个月,其余的罗非鱼喂养管理方式完全相同,具体情况见表1。

所述的中药粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:布渣叶13-23份,玉米须20-38份,炙甘草2-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高罗非鱼免疫力的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述的中药粉的量为常规罗非鱼专用饲料重量的0.03%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提高罗非鱼免疫力的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述的中药粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:布渣叶18份,玉米须29份,炙甘草5份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的提高罗非鱼免疫力的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述的中药粉制备方法为:按重量份称取全部原料,混合均匀,粉碎至100-150目,加入全部原料重量12-20倍的乙醇溶液,在150-250W下超声波提取10-16min,浓缩,喷雾干燥。
5.根据权利要求4所述的提高罗非鱼免疫力的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述的中药粉制备方法中,乙醇溶液的体积浓度为60-90%。
6.根据权利要求4所述的提高罗非鱼免疫力的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述的中药粉制备方法中,浓缩至相对密度为1.1-1.18。
