In the unnecessary situation, the fan clutch is completely separated by using the device, so that the rotating speed of the fan is reduced to 0rpm, and the work of accessories of the fan is reduced; as shown in FIG. 8, according to the test result of the cold region of a vehicle, when the set rotation speed of the fan is 0, the electric silicone oil fan clutch cannot be completely separated, and the actual rotation speed of the fan is about 400 rpm.
In addition, the reliability level of the engine is correspondingly improved after the vehicle uses the device described by the design. The trend of the viscosity of the engine lubricating oil along with the change trend of the oil temperature is shown in fig. 9, when the temperature of the engine is lower, the viscosity of engine oil is correspondingly higher, and the effective oil film is relatively difficult to form for the friction surface between friction pairs in the engine, so that the lubrication effect is influenced, the service life of the engine is shortened, and the reliability of a vehicle is influenced.
The spline housing is sleeved on the spline of the first spline shaft and the second spline shaft and is used for transmission, a shifting fork groove is formed in the spline housing, the shifting fork can control the spline housing to slide, and when the shifting fork slides towards the second spline shaft, the power between the first spline shaft and the second spline shaft is cut off, and the transmission is not performed; when the reset spring pushes the reset spring back to the direction of the first spline shaft, the spline sleeve is communicated with the spline of the first spline shaft, and the first spline shaft and the second spline shaft are communicated in power, so that transmission is realized. The first spline shaft is hard-connected with the fan belt pulley and can be a shaft welded on the fan belt pulley, but has the requirement of verticality. The second spline shaft is hard-linked with the fan clutch and can be welded, and the second spline shaft can be fixed on an engine by using a bracket, but has the requirement of coaxiality with the first spline shaft. The first thrust plate and the second thrust plate respectively need to rotate relative to the first spline shaft and the second spline shaft. The reset spring is used for resetting the spline housing and cutting off transmission. The shifting fork is a lever, and the supporting point is arranged on the fan bracket, the engine or other parts of the whole automobile, so that the purpose is to shift the spline housing.
Description of working process:
when the water temperature is higher than the set temperature, the fan is required to run at a certain rotating speed, at the moment, the electronic control unit controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed, the pneumatic device air circuit to be closed, the shifting fork does not act, the spline housing is connected with the power between the first spline shaft and the second spline shaft, and the rotating speed of the fan is controlled by controlling the duty ratio of the fan clutch as with other engines;
when the water temperature is lower than the set temperature or the engine is in a starting stage, the fan is not required to operate, at the moment, the electronic control unit controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened, the pneumatic device is connected with the air channel (compressed air is arranged in the air channel and can push the shifting fork to act), the shifting fork is pushed by the air channel, the spline housing is shifted to the direction of the second spline shaft, the power transmission between the first spline shaft and the second spline shaft is cut off, at the moment, the fan is not driven by external force, and the rotating speed is zero.
The electrically controlled silicone oil clutch is also controlled by the electronic control unit, and the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch is relatively long in disengagement time and cannot be completely disengaged, and generally when the fan rotating speed is lower than 500RPM, the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch is considered to be completely disengaged, but the fan rotating speed is always reduced to be less than 0, so that adverse effects are brought to a cold region or when an engine is started. The mechanical clutch is used to cut off power from the physical power transmission when a fan speed of 0 is required, or when a fan speed < 500RPM is required.
The control SWITCH is a SWITCH, the middle is a judging condition, when the fan rotating speed is more than 0, the electromagnetic valve is closed, and when the fan rotating speed=0, the electromagnetic valve is opened.
The working principle of the anti-shake processing unit is as follows: when the electronic control unit issues a command for operating (opening or closing) the solenoid valve, the command is required to last for a certain period of time, and the anti-shake processing unit outputs the command for the purpose of preventing frequent operations of the solenoid valve, such as: at present, the electromagnetic valve is closed, and after 1s, a command is sent to open the electromagnetic valve, and the electromagnetic valve is required to be closed again at the 2 nd step, so that the method is unreasonable.
Example 1:
referring to fig. 1 and 3, a silicone oil fan clutch control system comprises an engine 1, a fan belt pulley 2, an electric control silicone oil clutch 3, a mechanical clutch 5, a pneumatic device 6, an electromagnetic valve 7, an electronic control unit 8, a control switch 9 and an anti-shake processing unit 10, wherein one end of the fan belt pulley 2 is mechanically connected with the engine 1, the other end of the fan belt pulley 2 is mechanically connected with the electric control silicone oil clutch 3 through the mechanical clutch 5, the electric control silicone oil clutch 3 is connected with a fan 4, the mechanical clutch 5 is mechanically connected with the pneumatic device 6, the pneumatic device 6 is in gas circuit connection with the electromagnetic valve 7, the electromagnetic valve 7 is electrically connected with the electronic control unit 8, and the electronic control unit 8 is electrically connected with the electric control silicone oil clutch 3; the electronic control unit 8 is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve 7 after passing through the control switch 9 and the anti-shake processing unit 10 in sequence; the mechanical clutch 5 is used for switching on or switching off the power transmission between the engine 1 and the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch 3; the electronic control unit 8 is used for controlling the separation and engagement of the mechanical clutch 5 through the electromagnetic valve 7 and the pneumatic device 6 and controlling the rotating speed of the fan 4 through the electrically-controlled silicone oil clutch 3; the anti-shake processing unit 10 is configured to delay the output of a control command from the electronic control unit 8 to the electromagnetic valve 7.
Referring to fig. 2, according to the above scheme, a control method of a silicone oil fan clutch control system includes the following steps:
when the temperature of the water of the radiator is higher than the set temperature, the electronic control unit 8 controls the electromagnetic valve 7 to be closed, at the moment, the pneumatic device 6 does not work, the mechanical clutch 5 is engaged, the power transmission between the engine 1 and the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch 3 is connected, the engine 1 drives the fan 4 to operate, and the rotating speed of the fan 4 is controlled by the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch 3;
when the temperature of the radiator is lower than the set temperature or the engine 1 is in the starting stage, the electronic control unit 8 controls the electromagnetic valve 7 to be opened, at the moment, the pneumatic device 6 works, the mechanical clutch 5 is separated, the power transmission between the engine 1 and the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch 3 is cut off, the fan 4 is not driven by external force, and the rotating speed of the fan 4 is zero.
Example 2:
the basic content is the same as in example 1, except that:
referring to fig. 4 and 5, the mechanical clutch 5 includes a spline housing 51, a first spline shaft 52 and a second spline shaft 53 which are coaxial, one end of the first spline shaft 52 is mechanically connected with the fan pulley 2, the fan pulley 2 is mechanically connected with the front end of the engine 1 through the shaft 11, the other end of the first spline shaft 52 is mechanically connected with one end of the spline housing 51, the other end of the spline housing 51 is mechanically connected with one end of the second spline shaft 53, the other end of the second spline shaft 53 is mechanically connected with the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch 3, a first thrust piece 54 is arranged at a position, located between the fan pulley 2 and the spline housing 51, of the first spline shaft 52, a second thrust piece 55 is arranged at a position, located between the spline housing 51 and the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch 3, of the second spline shaft 53, a return spring 56 is arranged on the second spline shaft 53 in a sleeved mode, one end of the return spring 56 is in contact with the second spline housing 51, the other end of the return spring 56 is in contact with the second spline housing 55, a fork 57 is arranged outside of the fork 57, and a fork 57 is arranged outside the fork 57; the silicone oil fan clutch control system further comprises a fan bracket 12, the fan bracket 12 is arranged at the front end of the engine 1, the fan belt pulley 2 and the mechanical clutch 5 are both positioned in the fan bracket 12, and the second spline shaft 53 penetrates through the fan bracket 12 and is mechanically connected with the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch 3; one end of the shifting fork 58 is arranged in the shifting fork groove 57, the shifting fork 58 is positioned at a position far away from the shifting fork groove 57 and is mechanically connected with the fan bracket 12, the other end of the shifting fork 58 is positioned outside the fan bracket 12, and the end is mechanically connected with the pneumatic device 6; the first thrust plate 54 is sleeved on the first spline shaft 52 through a bearing, and the second thrust plate 55 is sleeved on the second spline shaft 53 through a bearing.
When the water temperature of the radiator is higher than the set temperature, the spline housing 51 is connected with power transmission between the first spline shaft 52 and the second spline shaft 53, at the moment, the engine 1 drives the fan 4 to run, and the rotating speed of the fan 4 is controlled by the electrically controlled silicone oil clutch 3;
when the temperature of the radiator is lower than the set temperature or the engine 1 is in the starting stage, the pneumatic device 6 pushes the shifting fork 58, the shifting fork 58 shifts the spline housing 51 to the direction of the second spline shaft 53, at this time, the power transmission between the first spline shaft 52 and the second spline shaft 53 is cut off, the fan 4 is not driven by external force, and the rotating speed of the fan 4 is zero.

the anti-shake processing unit (10) is used for delaying the electronic control unit (8) to output a control command to the electromagnetic valve (7).
