The control panel 72 is provided with a washing function key and is connected to the control main board 71 for inputting control commands. Taking an elliptical bathtub and four cleaning nozzle assemblies as an example, four motors 33, four battery valves 73 and four paths of cleaning pipelines are arranged, and the specific working principle is as follows:
normal state: the nozzle sleeve 24 on the end face of the nozzle 20 is leveled with the end face of the guide sleeve 80, and the spring drives the flange 25 of the rotating sleeve 21 to be close to the inner wall of the bottom of the mounting groove 11.
When the sequential cleaning function keys on the control panel 72 are pressed, the main control circuit 70 controls the electromagnetic valve 73 of the first nozzle assembly to open a corresponding cleaning water path, water flows into the bracket through the water inlet 12 of the cleaning nozzle assembly, water pressure acts on the flange 25 to push the nozzle 20 to move outwards along the flat part 38 of the transmission pin 36, the elastic piece 40 is compressed, the water spray opening 29a is exposed for 8mm, water flows into the connecting sleeve 22 through the through hole 26 and is sprayed out from the water spray opening 29a along the arc-shaped water guide surface 29, and fan-shaped cleaning water is generated; after the electromagnetic valve 73 is opened for 3 seconds, the corresponding motor 33 is controlled to start to rotate, the transmission pin 36 drives the nozzle 20 to rotate for a certain angle until the convex part 36a abuts against the stop block 15, the fan-shaped water rotates for a certain angle to finish 180-degree cleaning, the motor 33 is blocked, the current is increased, an electric control signal is generated, the main board 71 is controlled to control the motor 33 to rotate reversely, the nozzle 20 is driven to rotate reversely, the fan-shaped water rotates reversely for a certain angle to finish 180-degree cleaning, then the motor 33 is controlled to stop working, and the electromagnetic valve 73 stops working; under the action of the elastic member 40, the nozzle 20 returns to the normal state.
Thus, the second nozzle assembly, the third nozzle assembly and the fourth nozzle assembly are sequentially controlled, and after the completion, the sequential cleaning function is closed. The number of forward and reverse rotations in the cleaning process can be set and adjusted, and the cleaning sequence of the spray head assembly can be adjusted according to the actual cleaning effect. The main control circuit can also control the cleaning nozzle assemblies to carry out batch water outlet, the number of the cleaning nozzle assemblies for each batch of water outlet is smaller than the total number of the cleaning nozzle assemblies, preferably 1-2 cleaning nozzle assemblies, so that the phenomenon that water is supplied by the simultaneous water outlet of a plurality of cleaning nozzle assemblies to be split can be avoided, and the flushing effect is affected due to insufficient water pressure. Referring to the cleaning area schematic of fig. 29 and 30, due to the coanda effect, water flow can climb along the inner wall of the tub to clean the bottom of the tub to the area not reached in fig. 29.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of specific embodiments of the present invention, but the design concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any insubstantial modification of the present invention by using the design concept shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
