Abstract
本申请公开了一种反射式液晶模组和反射式液晶显示装置,包括彩色滤光层、液晶层,和设置在所述彩色滤光层与所述液晶层之间的电致发光层,所述电致发光层包括电致发光膜和与所述电致发光膜相连的导光层,所述导光层侧面有与所述电致发光膜相接触的导光面,所述导光面用于将所述电致发光膜发出的光沿所述导光层延伸。根据本申请实施例提供的技术方案,通过在模组的内部设置发光材料和导光材料实现模组内部光源的光供给,使得显示装置在较暗的环境下仍能保持较高的亮度,给观众的显示观感达到较好的效果;进一步的,通过将发光材料和导光材料直接设置在模组内部,保持了显示装置屏幕的轻薄化。
Description
技术领域
本公开一般涉及液晶显示领域,尤其涉及反射式液晶模组和反射式液晶显示装置。
背景技术
目前,低功耗显示成为一种趋势,因此反射式液晶显示器应运而生。反射式液晶显示器不仅功耗较低,而且具有轻薄化,小型化的优点;但是反射式液晶显示器有一个缺点,在较暗的环境下,会使显示亮度降低,影响观看感受。为了解决这种问题,通常会在模组状态增加前置背光,但这种背光的增加会使模组重量增加,从而削弱了反射式液晶显示器的优点。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中的上述缺陷或不足,期望提供一种反射式液晶模组和反射式液晶显示装置。
第一方面,提供一种反射式液晶模组,包括彩色滤光层、液晶层,和设置在所述彩色滤光层与所述液晶层之间的电致发光层,所述电致发光层包括电致发光膜和与所述电致发光膜相连的导光层,所述导光层侧面有与所述电致发光膜相接触的导光面,所述导光面用于将所述电致发光膜发出的光沿所述导光层延伸。
第二方面,提供一种反射式液晶显示装置,包括上述的反射式液晶模组。
根据本申请实施例提供的技术方案,通过在模组的内部设置发光材料和导光材料实现模组内部光源的光供给,使得显示装置在较暗的环境下仍能保持较高的亮度,给观众的显示观感达到较好的效果;进一步的,通过将发光材料和导光材料直接设置在模组内部,保持了显示装置屏幕的轻薄化。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本申请作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与发明相关的部分。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。
请参考图1和图2,本实施例提供一种反射式液晶模组,包括彩色滤光层1、液晶层3,和设置在所述彩色滤光层1与所述液晶层3之间的电致发光层2,所述电致发光层2包括电致发光膜22和与所述电致发光膜相连的导光层21,所述导光层21侧面有与所述电致发光膜22相接触的导光面,所述导光面用于将所述电致发光膜22发出的光沿所述导光层延伸。
本实施例中在模组的内部设置发光材料和导光材料实现模组内部光源的光供给,使得显示装置在较暗的环境下仍能保持较高的亮度,给观众的显示观感达到较好的效果;进一步的,通过将发光材料和导光材料直接设置在模组内部,保持了显示装置屏幕的轻薄化。
进一步的,所述电致发光膜22设置在所述反射式液晶模组显示区域5边缘处。本实施例中的电致发光膜设置在显示区域5的边框处,可设置在显示区域5任一边,在外界环境光较弱时对其进行点亮,该电致发光膜发光,导光层与该电致发光膜相连,因为导光层具有很好的导光性能,能够将该电致发光膜发出的光进行传递,实现显示装置在较暗的环境下仍保持较高的亮度。
进一步的,所述电致发光膜22为发光二极管。本实施例中采用发光二极管作为电致发光膜的材料,直接将其设置在液晶模组内,在外界环境光弱的时候进行点亮发光,保证了屏幕的轻薄化。
进一步的,所述电致发光膜22为长条形或者散点状。该电致发光膜形成的方式多样,长条形或者散点形成灯条都可以实现点亮发光。
进一步的,所述彩色滤光层包括遮光区域,所述导光层图案与所述遮光区域图案相同。本实施例中的导光层采用导光材料制成,例如但不限于二氧化硅等,因其可实现很好的导光性能,能够将电致发光膜发出的光进行传递,实现亮度的调节;同时该导光层图案设置的与遮光区域图案相同,在制作时该导光层可在遮光区域的图案下进行沉积,上述操作使得最终形成的显示装置需要增强反射光时,该导光层能够为每一个像素点均匀的提供光。
进一步的,还包括TFT层4,所述TFT层4设置在所述液晶层3远离所述电致发光层2的一侧,所述电致发光膜22与所述TFT层4电连接。本实施例中的反射式液晶模组还包括有TFT层,其与电致发光膜电连接,可通过柔性电路板与电致发光膜进行连接,当外界环境光较弱时,为电致发光膜提供电信号,使得该电致发光膜发光。
本实施例还提供一种反射式液晶显示装置,包括上述的反射式液晶模组。本发明实施例提供的反射式液晶模组和反射式液晶显示装置在保持了屏幕轻薄等性能的同时,在模组内部设置结构实现光供给,使得显示装置在较暗的环境下仍能保持较高的亮度,观看感受达到较好的效果。

Claims (7)
1.一种反射式液晶模组,其特征在于,包括彩色滤光层、液晶层,和设置在所述彩色滤光层与所述液晶层之间的电致发光层,所述电致发光层包括电致发光膜和与所述电致发光膜相连的导光层,所述导光层侧面有与所述电致发光膜相接触的导光面,所述导光面用于将所述电致发光膜发出的光沿所述导光层延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反射式液晶模组,其特征在于,所述电致发光膜设置在所述反射式液晶模组显示区域边缘处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的反射式液晶模组,其特征在于,所述电致发光膜为发光二极管。
4.根据权利要求2所述的反射式液晶模组,其特征在于,所述电致发光膜为长条形或者散点状。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的反射式液晶模组,其特征在于,所述彩色滤光层包括遮光区域,所述导光层图案与所述遮光区域图案相同。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的反射式液晶模组,其特征在于,还包括TFT层,所述TFT层设置在所述液晶层远离所述电致发光层的一侧,所述电致发光膜与所述TFT层电连接。
7.一种反射式液晶显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-6任一所述的反射式液晶模组。
