The embedded sleeve 1 is embedded in the retaining wall 5 and penetrates through the retaining wall 5. The retaining wall 5 has a water facing side and a back water side. The first end of the embedded sleeve 1 is positioned on the water facing side of the retaining wall 5, and the second end of the embedded sleeve 1 is positioned on the water backing side of the retaining wall 5. The reverse filter block 2 comprises a second screen 22 and graded crushed stone 21. The second screen 22 is geotextile.
