本发明涉及生物燃料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐烧结的生物质燃料。
背景技术
生物质燃料是将农林废物作为原材料,经过粉碎、混合、挤压、烘干等工艺,制成各种成型如块状、颗粒状等的,可直接燃烧的一种新型清洁燃料。一般农林废弃物主要是秸秆、锯末、甘蔗渣、稻糠等,主要区别于化石燃料。在目前的国家政策和环保标准中,直接燃烧生物质属于高污染燃料,只在农村的大灶中使用,不允许在城市中使用。现有的生物质燃料耐烧结能力差,火力不旺,且然后后残渣较多。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种耐烧结能力强,热量大,火势猛,燃烧无较多残渣的耐烧结的生物质燃料。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种耐烧结的生物质燃料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
水稻秸秆20-24份,狗尾巴草10-14份,核桃壳16-20份,杨树皮粉末14-16份,煤渣30-35份,脱硫剂5-7份,榆木6-8份。
优选的,上述耐烧结的生物质燃料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
水稻秸秆22份,狗尾巴草12份,核桃壳18份,杨树皮粉末15份,煤渣33份,脱硫剂6份,榆木7份。
