本发明涉及一种絮凝剂,主要由以下成分按照重量份组成:柠檬酸铁10‑15%,COD去除率为18‑30%,BOD去除率为15‑32%,铸钢石灰石沙提取物30‑50%,硫酸钾铝2‑15%,聚合氯化铝3‑12%,聚丙烯酰胺30‑50%、复合微生物30‑50%、聚合三氯化铁30‑50%、膨润土30‑50%。本发明的絮凝剂,组成简单,原料来源广泛,成本低廉,生产使用方便,投料量小,激发效果好,絮凝效果好;保质期长,对自然环境具有良好的适应能力,使用方便;复合使用时,产生的絮凝体形体大且结构密实,易于水体分离,污水处理效果得到明显改善,且投加量降低。

本发明涉及一种水处理絮凝剂。
背景技术
絮凝剂主要应用于给水和污水处理领域,按照其化学成分总体可分为无机絮凝剂和有机絮凝剂两类。其中无机絮凝剂又包括无机凝聚剂和无机高分子絮凝剂;有机絮凝剂又包括合成有机高分子絮凝剂、天然有机高分子絮凝剂和微生物絮凝剂。
目前油田污水的净化广泛使用的方法是絮凝沉淀法,也就是向水中加入絮凝剂,单独使用无机絮凝剂,存在加药量大,水中生成沉淀较多,易产生大量污泥和浮渣,且对加药设备、管线的防腐有着较高要求等缺点,已经很难满足水处理的要求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种高效絮凝剂,组成简单,原料来源广泛,成本低廉,生产使用方便,投料量小,激发效果好,絮凝效果好。
本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种絮凝剂,主要由以下成分按照重量份组成:柠檬酸铁10-15%,COD 去除率为18-30%,BOD 去除率为15-32%,铸钢石灰石沙提取物30-50%,硫酸钾铝2-15%,聚合氯化铝3-12%,聚丙烯酰胺30-50%、复合微生物30-50%、聚合三氯化铁30-50%、膨润土30-50%。
进一步的,所述柠檬酸铁12%,COD 去除率为25%,BOD 去除率为20%,铸钢石灰石沙提取物35%,硫酸钾铝8%,聚合氯化铝7%,聚丙烯酰胺35%、复合微生物40%、聚合三氯化铁40%、膨润土40%。
