Further, the rear end of the cylinder 1 is provided with a plug 7 which is wholly or partially inserted into the accommodating hole 13 to prevent dust or foreign objects from entering the accommodating hole 13. When the inside of the chamber 11 is reduced in pressure due to the reduction of the liquid aromatic substance, the plug 7 is removed from the cylinder 1, so that the external atmospheric pressure drives the piston 6 to move forward until the pressure of the chamber 11 is balanced with the external atmospheric pressure. It should be noted that, without affecting the use, the plug 7 may be provided with an axial air hole for the external atmosphere to enter between the main body 61 and the plug 7.

Claims (8)

1. A liquid aromatic substance filler for a cigarette filter, comprising:
a cartridge defining a chamber having at least one end open, the chamber for containing a liquid fragrance material;
the pressing type liquid pump is arranged on the opening and is provided with an inner cavity, a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet and a pressing part, and the pressing part can move between the positions of reducing and increasing the volume of the inner cavity; and
the rear end of the filling pipe is connected with the liquid outlet, the front end of the filling pipe can be inserted into the cigarette filter tip, and in the process of driving the pressing part to move towards the direction of reducing the volume of the inner cavity, liquid aromatic substances which enter the inner cavity can be pumped out from the liquid outlet and flow into the filter tip through the filling pipe; releasing the pressing part to enable the pressing part to move towards the direction of increasing the volume of the inner cavity, and enabling the liquid aromatic substances in the cavity to flow into the inner cavity through the liquid inlet;
the opening is the channel form, and push type liquid pump is including being arranged in the opening inlet check valve, play liquid check valve and first top spring that resets, and inlet check valve sets firmly in the opening, goes out liquid check valve movable mounting in the position that the opening is arranged in the inlet check valve the place ahead to can slide along the opening in order to change its interval with inlet check valve, enclose into between inlet check valve, play liquid check valve and the open inner wall the inner chamber, the both ends of first top spring that resets are respectively with inlet check valve and play liquid check valve elasticity offset, the pressing part is arranged in the front end of play liquid check valve, the liquid outlet is located on the play liquid check valve and runs through the pressing part, the rear end cartridge of filling tube is in the liquid outlet, the inlet is located into the inlet check valve.

A liquid aromatic substance filler for cigarette filters according to claim 1, wherein: the liquid inlet check valve comprises a first valve body, the first valve body is cylindrical and is fastened in the opening, the liquid inlet penetrates through the front wall and the rear wall of the first valve body, the rear section of the liquid inlet is in a conical shape with a big front and a small rear, the front section of the liquid inlet is provided with a valve cover, a first accommodating cavity is formed between the valve cover and the liquid inlet in a surrounding mode, a through hole communicated with the liquid inlet and the inner cavity is formed in the valve cover, a second reset top spring and a first core ball are arranged in the first accommodating cavity, the front end of the second reset top spring is elastically abutted against the valve cover, and the rear end of the second reset top spring is elastically abutted against the first core ball.

A liquid aromatic substance filler for cigarette filters according to claim 2, wherein: the liquid outlet one-way valve comprises a second valve body and the pressing part, the front wall of the second valve body is provided with a valve hole penetrating through the rear wall of the second valve body, the valve hole comprises a cylindrical hole section and a conical hole section with a large front part and a small rear part, the pressing part is in a cap shape, the pressing part and the valve hole enclose a second accommodating cavity, a liquid outlet is communicated with the cylindrical hole section, a third reset top spring and a second core ball are arranged in the second accommodating cavity, the front end of the third reset top spring is elastically abutted against the pressing part, the rear end of the third reset top spring is elastically abutted against the second core ball, and the front end of the first reset top spring is elastically abutted against the pressing part or the second valve body.

A cigarette filter liquid aromatic substance filler according to claim 3 wherein: the second valve body is provided with a limiting ring extending backwards, a positioning block with a rear wall propped against the front wall of the first valve body or the front wall of the valve cover is arranged between the liquid inlet one-way valve and the liquid outlet one-way valve, the rear end of the first reset top spring is propped against the positioning block elastically, the front wall of the positioning block is provided with a limiting column extending into the limiting ring, the front wall of the limiting column is provided with a through hole penetrating through the rear wall of the limiting block, and two ends of the through hole are respectively communicated with the limiting ring and the through hole.

A liquid aromatic substance filler for cigarette filters according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the front part of the cylinder body is provided with a limiting sleeve which extends forwards and surrounds the filling pipe therein, and the inner diameter of the limiting sleeve is matched with the outer diameter of the cigarette filter tip.

A liquid aromatic substance filler for cigarette filters according to claim 5, wherein: the rear wall of the cylinder body is provided with a containing hole with the front end communicated with the opening, the rear part of the cylinder body is inserted with a piston, the peripheral wall of the piston is in sealing contact with the hole wall of the containing hole and can axially move along the containing hole, the hole wall of the containing hole and the front end wall of the piston enclose a cavity, and the volume of the cavity can be changed along with the movement of the piston.
7. A liquid aromatic substance filler for cigarette filters according to claim 6, wherein: the piston comprises a main body, an axial charging hole and a rubber pad capable of sealing and shielding the charging hole are formed in the main body, and the needle head can enter the cavity through the charging hole after penetrating through the rubber pad.

A liquid aromatic substance filler for cigarette filters according to claim 7, wherein: the main body is in a cone shape with a small front part and a large rear part, a region of the rear wall of the main body, which is positioned at the radial periphery of the groove, is provided with a contraction space for the rear part of the main body to contract inwards when the rear part of the peripheral wall of the main body is pressed, and the rear part of the main body is elastically sealed and propped against the hole wall of the containing hole.
