Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a block diagram of a driving-assist rear-view assist control system according to an embodiment of the present invention. The rear-view auxiliary control system is generally used in an automobile. As shown in fig. 1, the rear view auxiliary control system may include a rear wiper 10, a rear wiper controller 20, a rear view camera 50, a rear view camera controller 401, and a display 402. The rear wiper controller 20 is used to control the rear wiper 10 to be turned on and the rear wiper 10 to spray water. The rear-view camera controller 401 is connected to the rear wiper controller 20, and is configured to control the rear-view camera 50 to start operation while the rear wiper 10 is turned on and/or the rear wiper 10 sprays water. The display 402 is connected to the rear-view camera 50 for displaying image information behind the vehicle captured by the rear-view camera 50.
In one embodiment, the rear vision auxiliary control system may also include a CAN bus and switch 30. The two ends of the switch 30 are respectively connected with the rear wiper controller 20 and the rear view camera controller 401, and are used for transmitting the information of the opening of the rear wiper 10 and/or the water spraying of the rear wiper 10 to the rear view camera controller 401 through the CAN bus.
In one embodiment, the vehicle may include a multimedia player system (DVD) or a panoramic parking video system (AVM). The DVD or AVM system 40 includes a rear view camera controller 401 and/or the display 402 described above.
In one embodiment, the rear view camera controller 401 is configured to control the rear view camera 50 to start operating while the rear wiper 10 sprays water, and to control the rear view camera 50 to stop operating after a first preset time. In this embodiment, when the rear wiper 10 sprays water, the switch 30 sends a signal that the rear wiper 10 sprays water to the DVD or AVM system 40, and controls the rear camera 50 to start running through the rear camera controller 401. The rear view camera 50 is turned off after a first preset time, for example, 10s, 20s, or 30 s. Of course, the first preset time may be set as desired, and may be set on the display 402 of the DVD or AVM system 40. At this time, the display 402 has a setting interface thereon, so that the first preset time can be set by touching or operating the setting interface.
In another embodiment, the rear view camera controller 401 is configured to control the rear view camera 50 to start operation while the rear wiper 10 is turned on, and to control the rear view camera 50 to stop operation while the rear wiper 10 is turned off. In this embodiment, when the rear wiper 10 is turned on, the switch 30 transmits a signal that the rear wiper 10 is turned on to the DVD or AVM system 40, and controls the rear camera 50 to start operation through the rear camera controller 401. It may be provided to turn off the rear view camera 50 at the same time as turning off the rear wiper 10. For example, when the rear wiper controller 20 controls the rear wiper 10 to perform a closing operation, the switch 30 transmits a signal indicating that the rear wiper 10 is closed to the DVD or AVM system 40, and controls the rear camera 50 to stop operating through the rear camera controller 401. It is understood that in other embodiments, it may be provided to automatically turn off the rear view camera 50 after the rear wiper 10 is turned on for a second preset time, for example, 5s, 10s, 15s or 20 s. That is, at this time, the timer built in the DVD or AVM system 40 counts time, and the rear view camera 50 is controlled to stop operating by the rear view camera controller 401 after the second preset time. The rear-view camera 50 may select a rear-view camera of the vehicle itself.
In one embodiment, in order to increase the range of the rear view field, in addition to the vehicle-mounted rear view camera, the rear view camera 50 may be additionally added, and the number of the additionally added rear view cameras 50 may be plural, for example, two, three, four, or five. It will be appreciated that to increase the rear view field, it is possible to increase the number of rear view cameras 50, but increasing the number means increasing the cost, and once the position of the rear view cameras 50 is fixed, it is not possible to adjust the rear view angle thereof.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the rear vision auxiliary control system may further include a displacement rotation mechanism. The displacement rotation mechanism is used to mount the other rear-view camera 50 than the vehicle-mounted rear-view camera. The displacement rotation mechanism is configured to be operable to move and/or rotate the rear-view camera 50 when operated, thereby adjusting the viewing range of the rear-view camera 50. For example, when the number of the rear view cameras 50 is two, a waste area, which is an intersection area where both the rear view cameras 50 can capture images, is inevitably present in the rear view, which results in an insufficient use of the rear view cameras 50. In this embodiment, the number of the displacement rotating mechanisms is consistent with the number of the additionally added rear-view cameras 50, and when there are two rear-view cameras 50, there are two corresponding displacement rotating mechanisms.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic configuration diagram of a displacement rotation mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the vehicle has two slide grooves 61 near the trunk casing 60, and the two slide grooves 61 correspond to the two displacement rotation mechanisms, respectively. Each displacement rotation mechanism may include a displacement rod 73, ball valve 72, and mount 71. One end of the displacement rod 73 is slidably clamped at one of the slide grooves 61, and the other end is connected with the ball valve 72. At least a portion of the ball valve 72 protrudes from the one of the grooves, the mounting seat 71 is connected to the ball valve 72 and protrudes from the one of the grooves, and the rear camera is mounted in the mounting seat 71. Between the ball valve 72 and the mounting 71 there is a button which at least partly protrudes from the one of the recesses for locking or unlocking the ball valve 72 and the mounting 71. When locked, the ball valve 72 and the mounting seat 71 are fixed, and the mounting seat 71 cannot rotate around the ball valve 72. When unlocked, the ball valve 72 and the mounting seat 71 are rotatable, and the mounting seat 71 can rotate around the ball valve 72. In a default state, the ball valve 72 and the mounting seat 71 are in a locked state, when the angle of the mounting seat 71 needs to be adjusted, the button is pressed, so that the ball valve 72 and the mounting seat 71 are in an unlocked state, and the ball valve 72 and the mounting seat 71 are in the locked state after being pressed once again. When the position of one of the rear-view cameras 50 needs to be adjusted, i.e. moved from one position to another position to change the rear-view field, the mounting seat 71 is moved to drive the displacement rod 73 to move along the groove, so as to adjust the rear-view field. In order to avoid the mounting seat 71 being movable at will, a plurality of blocking ribs may be provided in the groove to divide the interior of the groove into a plurality of shift positions, so that the mounting seat 71 may be movable at different shift positions.
According to the scheme of the invention, the rear wiper 10 is associated with the rear-view camera 50, and the rear-view camera 50 is opened when the rear wiper 10 is started or the rear wiper 10 sprays water, so that the environmental information behind the vehicle is observed, and the problem of small visual range when the environment outside the rear windshield is observed through the rearview mirror is greatly solved. And because the rearview camera 50 and the display 402 which are carried by the vehicle are utilized, the purpose of expanding the rearview vision field is realized on the basis of not increasing or slightly increasing the cost.
In the prior art, the rearview camera 50 is started only when the reverse gear is engaged, the inventor of the invention breaks through the conventional thought, not only the rearview camera 50 is started when the reverse gear is engaged, but also the rearview camera is started when the rear wiper 10 is started or the rear wiper 10 sprays water, so that the functions of the rearview camera 50 are increased, and more importantly, the problem of small visual range when the environment outside the rear windshield is observed through a rearview mirror is solved.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
