技术领域
本发明属于一种喷墨打印机清洗装置,涉及喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗装置及其清洗方法。
背景技术
目前,现有国内喷墨打印机喷头墨水清洗分为两大类型:1.在喷头侧面安装刮板,刮去喷头上的墨水;2.在喷头侧面安装侧吸装置吸掉喷头上墨水;上述两种方式分别存在如下缺点:在喷头侧面安装刮板具有如下缺陷:(1)使用时间长了以后造成喷头的磨损。(2)墨水还是会残留在喷头上。(3)墨水无法回收。(4)使用一段时间后需要更换刮板。(5)在喷头不经常使用的情况下对喷头不起保护作用。在喷头侧面安装侧吸装置具有如下缺陷:(1)墨水清洗回收不完全,有残留。(2)喷头墨水混淆在一起,影响打印效果。(3)达到墨水清洗效果需要机械部分较高的精度,增加了制造安装成本。(4)在喷头不经常使用的情况下对喷头不起保护作用。
中国专利申请号:201610280724.5申请日:2016-05-03,公开了一种3D打印机喷头清洗装置,包括清洗槽本体、清洗单元、限位单元和收集槽,所述清洗槽本体内设有清洗单元、限位单元和收集槽,所述清洗单元一侧设有收集槽,另一侧设有限位单元,所述清洗单元、收集槽和限位单元之间相互配合;所述清洗单元包括支撑板,所述支撑板上设有清洗刷,所述清洗刷两侧均安装有夹板,所述支撑板和夹板配合固定清洗刷,所述清洗刷外设有外壳,所述外壳上设有旋转轴,所述旋转轴与外壳一侧的摆动气缸相连接,所述旋转轴的中部与支撑板相连接,所述旋转轴另一侧与滑动轴承相连接,所述旋转轴与清洗刷相配合。但是此专利依然存在上述的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明解决了上述技术在喷头侧面安装刮板具有如下缺陷:(1)使用时间长了以后造成喷头的磨损。(2)墨水还是会残留在喷头上。(3)墨水无法回收。(4)使用一段时间后需要更换刮板。(5)在喷头不经常使用的情况下对喷头不起保护作用。在喷头侧面安装侧吸装置具有如下缺陷:(1)墨水清洗回收不完全,有残留。(2)喷头墨水混淆在一起,影响打印效果。(3)达到墨水清洗效果需要机械部分较高的精度,增加了制造安装成本。(4)在喷头不经常使用的情况下对喷头不起保护作用的问题,提供一种喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗装置及其清洗方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗装置,其特征在于,包括移动平台、接墨装置和无纺布擦拭机构,所述移动平台与喷墨打印机的控制器电连接,所述接墨装置和无纺布擦拭机构均安装在所述移动平台上,所述接墨装置与无纺布擦拭机构相互连接,所述无纺布擦拭机构包括无纺布擦拭台、擦拭电机、收布辊、清洗辊、擦拭用无纺布、升降弹簧和擦拭连接器,所述无纺布擦拭台安装在所述移动平台上,所述无纺布擦拭台一边配置有第一擦拭机构安装板,无纺布擦拭台的另一边配置有第二擦拭机构安装板,所述擦拭电机安装在第一擦拭机构安装板外侧,所述擦拭电机的输出轴贯穿第一擦拭机构安装板,通过安装在第一擦拭机构安装板内侧上的擦拭连接器与收布辊的驱动端连接,所述收布辊的架设端安装在第二擦拭结构安装板上,所述清洗辊通过绕接的擦拭用无纺布与所述收布辊连接,所述清洗辊的第一端安装在第一擦拭机构安装板上,清洗辊的第二端通过升降弹簧安装在第二擦拭机构安装板上。本发明采取以上方案以后,从打印喷头下方擦拭喷头,喷头上不会有残留墨水。这样的设计,具有明显的优点:墨水清洗更完全,更彻底,墨水清洗更完全,使打印效果更好,维护更简单,降低维护成本,提高生产效率,节约生产成本,避免了多次擦拭喷头而造成的损坏。

一种喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗方法,适用于如上所述的喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗装置,包括以下步骤,
S1、喷墨打印机的打印完成后,接墨槽移动到喷头下方接住喷头滴出墨水,检测到喷头不再滴墨时,无纺布擦拭机构移动到喷头下方,清洗辊上的无纺布与喷头接触直到升降弹簧压缩变形;
S2、无纺布擦拭机构移动,擦拭喷头上的残墨,在设定时间后,擦拭电机驱动带动无纺布转动,未经使用的无纺布移动到上方,沾有墨水的无纺布被收布辊收起;
S3、无纺布擦拭机构移动重复步骤S1,直到所有喷头均被擦拭完成;
S4、重新带动接墨槽移动到喷头下方,喷头向下移动,与墨栈帽贴合无缝隙,通过墨泵抽出喷头里面残留墨水,在喷头不使用的情况下,墨栈帽的清洗腔内注入清水,完成喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗。
本发明中,采用的检测都是喷墨打印机原有的设备,起到的作用于原有设备相同,本发明中不做赘述。本发明中,为了确地延时时间,需要经过标定,标定后的标准时间记录在控制器中,此后的运行,根据标定重复运行即可,运行步骤S1和S2的次数也由控制器根据喷墨打印机的不同人工设定。
作为优选,所述无纺布擦拭机构移动时间、擦拭电机输出轴的转动时间、无纺布擦拭机构移动距离均由人工设定。
本发明的实质性效果是:本发明采取以上方案以后,从打印喷头下方擦拭喷头,喷头上不会有残留墨水。这样的设计,具有明显的优点:墨水清洗更完全,更彻底,墨水清洗更完全,使打印效果更好,维护更简单,降低维护成本,提高生产效率,节约生产成本,避免了多次擦拭喷头而造成的损坏。

S2、无纺布擦拭机构移动,擦拭喷头上的残墨,在设定时间后,擦拭电机驱动带动无纺布转动,未经使用的无纺布移动到上方,沾有墨水的无纺布被收布辊收起;所述无纺布擦拭机构移动时间、擦拭电机输出轴的转动时间、无纺布擦拭机构移动距离均由人工设定;
S3、无纺布擦拭机构移动重复步骤S1,直到所有喷头均被擦拭完成;
S4、重新带动接墨槽移动到喷头下方,喷头向下移动,与墨栈帽贴合无缝隙,通过墨泵抽出喷头里面残留墨水,在喷头不使用的情况下,墨栈帽的清洗腔内注入清水,完成喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗。
本实施例中,采用的检测都是喷墨打印机原有的设备,起到的作用于原有设备相同,本发明中不做赘述。本发明中,为了确地延时时间,需要经过标定,标定后的标准时间记录在控制器中,此后的运行,根据标定重复运行即可,运行步骤S1和S2的次数也由控制器根据喷墨打印机的不同人工设定。
传统的打印设备墨水清洗或安装刮板或在喷头侧面安装侧吸装置,本实施例对比传统的墨水清洗回收方式更具有优势:
1.墨水清洗更完全,更彻底
传统的墨水清洗回收不完全,影响打印效果,有的还会造成整个环境的污染,增加维护成本。本发明采用无纺布清洗工序,清洗完全彻底。
2.墨水回收完全,打印效果好
传统的的墨水清洗回收方式会造成打印不清晰,模糊的效果。使用本发明后上述隐患全部解决。
3.降低了维护成本
传统方式会增加额外维护成本,现在清洗回收完全独立,不会造成额外的成本增加。
4.保护了喷头,避免了喷头的损坏
传统擦拭方式材质较硬,多次擦拭会降低喷头寿命。
实施例2:
每个所述清洗腔的底部均开设有固定槽,所述固定槽的中心点位置与喷头的位置有至少1毫米的偏差,所述固定槽内固定有一个9字形的弹性橡胶件,所述弹性橡胶件的底部与固定槽固定,所述弹性橡胶件的上部铺设在固定槽上部的外缘,所述弹性橡胶件上部的圆心位置对应固定槽的中心点,所述弹性橡胶件上部的外缘对准喷头。
当喷头下降的时候正好接触到弹性橡胶件上部的外缘,弹性橡胶件受挤压形成半包裹喷头的态势,弹性橡胶件选用轻柔材质的橡胶件,以不损伤喷头为准。喷头下压的时候,半包裹的弹性橡胶件带动清水擦拭喷头,喷头上提的时候,弹性橡胶件再次带动清水擦拭喷头,效果超过喷头直接***清水的清洗效果。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。
Claims (9)
1.一种喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗装置,其特征在于,包括移动平台、接墨装置和无纺布擦拭机构,所述移动平台与喷墨打印机的控制器电连接,所述接墨装置和无纺布擦拭机构均安装在所述移动平台上,所述接墨装置与无纺布擦拭机构相互连接,所述无纺布擦拭机构包括无纺布擦拭台、擦拭电机、收布辊、清洗辊、擦拭用无纺布、升降弹簧和擦拭连接器,所述无纺布擦拭台安装在所述移动平台上,所述无纺布擦拭台一边配置有第一擦拭机构安装板,无纺布擦拭台的另一边配置有第二擦拭机构安装板,所述擦拭电机安装在第一擦拭机构安装板外侧,所述擦拭电机的输出轴贯穿第一擦拭机构安装板,通过安装在第一擦拭机构安装板内侧上的擦拭连接器与收布辊的轴端连接,所述收布辊的架设端安装在第二擦拭结构安装板上,所述清洗辊通过绕接的擦拭用无纺布与所述收布辊连接,所述清洗辊的第一端安装在第一擦拭机构安装板上,清洗辊的第二端通过升降弹簧安装在第二擦拭机构安装板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗装置,其特征在于:所述无纺布擦拭机构还包括收布辊,所述收布辊与所述清洗辊位于同一平面,所述清洗辊位于所述收布辊的上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗装置,其特征在于:所述接墨装置包括接墨槽、接墨槽电机、同步带、转动轮和轨道轮,所述接墨槽内配设有喷头数量相应的墨栈帽,墨栈帽放置的位置与喷头布置的位置相对应,所述转动轮配设在接墨槽一侧,接墨槽通过同步带与接墨槽电机的输出轴上的转动轮连接,所述接墨槽电机安装在移动平台上,所述轨道轮与移动平台的导轨匹配,所述轨道轮安装在所述接墨槽的两侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗装置,其特征在于:所述接墨槽呈矩形,所述接墨槽的外缘向上折弯形成翻边。
5.根据权利要求4所述的喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗装置,其特征在于:所述墨栈帽里设置有注入有清水的清洗腔。
6.根据权利要求3所述的喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗装置,其特征在于:所述接墨槽电机为步进电机。
7.根据权利要求3所述的喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗装置,其特征在于:所述步进电机的控制端与喷墨打印机的控制器电连接。
8.一种喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗方法,适用于如权利要求1所述的喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗装置,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
S1、喷墨打印机的打印完成后,接墨槽移动到喷头下方接住喷头滴出墨水,检测到喷头不再滴墨时,无纺布擦拭机构移动到喷头下方,清洗辊上的无纺布与喷头接触直到升降弹簧压缩变形;
S2、无纺布擦拭机构移动,擦拭喷头上的残墨,在设定时间后,擦拭电机驱动带动无纺布转动,未经使用的无纺布移动到上方,沾有墨水的无纺布被收布辊收起;
S3、无纺布擦拭机构移动重复步骤S1,直到所有喷头均被擦拭完成;
S4、重新带动接墨槽移动到喷头下方,喷头向下移动,与墨栈帽贴合无缝隙,通过墨泵抽出喷头里面残留墨水,在喷头不使用的情况下,墨栈帽的清洗腔内注入清水,完成喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗。
9.根据权利要求8所述的喷墨打印机无纺布喷头残墨清洗方法,其特征在于:所述无纺布擦拭机构移动时间、擦拭电机输出轴的转动时间、无纺布擦拭机构移动距离均由人工设定。
