1. A Chinese patent medicine tablet preparation system capable of detecting on line comprises a raw material mixing system (1), a tabletting system (2), a Raman detection system (3), a Fourier infrared detection system (4), a superposition system (5) and a packaging system (6);
the raw material mixing system (1) comprises a plurality of raw material barrels (101), a pulverizer (102) and a mixer (103), wherein each raw material barrel (101) is filled with a Chinese patent medicine preparation raw material which is a Chinese medicine powder or tablet preparation auxiliary material; the raw material barrels (101) are respectively connected with inlets of the pulverizer (102), and the Chinese patent medicine preparation raw materials enter the pulverizer (102) through the inlets of the pulverizer (102) and are sufficiently pulverized in the pulverizer (102); the pulverizer (102) is internally provided with a grinding roller and an oscillator, and can fully grind, oscillate and mix the Chinese patent medicine preparation raw materials; the pulverizer (102) is connected with a mixer (103), the mixer (103) comprises a water inlet, and the ground Chinese patent medicine preparation raw materials enter the mixer (103) and are mixed with water to form Chinese patent medicine preparation raw material paste;

the Chinese patent medicine tablet preparation system further comprises a computer (7) and a hollow conveyor belt (702), the hollow conveyor belt (702) is two parallel conveyor belts, the Raman emission head (303) and the infrared emission head (403) are arranged above the hollow conveyor belt (702), the Raman collection probe (306) and the infrared collection probe (406) are arranged on the lower side of the hollow conveyor belt (702), a first slide block and a second slide block which can move transversely are arranged at positions of the hollow conveyor belt (702) below the Raman emission head (303) and the infrared emission head (403), and the first slide block and the second slide block are used for enabling the prepressure sheet (701) to fall out of the hollow conveyor belt (702) through transverse movement when the prepressure sheet (701) is detected to be unqualified;
the first laser (301), the second laser (401), the Raman spectrometer (304), the infrared spectrometer (404), the first sliding block and the second sliding block are all connected with a computer (7); the computer (7) is internally provided with Raman and infrared spectrum models of the qualified prepressure sheet (701), the computer (7) judges whether the detected prepressure sheet (701) is qualified or not according to the light splitting data of the Raman spectrometer (304) and the infrared spectrometer (404), carries out Raman detection and Fourier infrared detection, compares the spectrum with the spectrum of the known qualified sheet and judges whether the prepressure sheet (701) contains enough effective components or not;
if the pre-pressing sheet is unqualified, sending an instruction to the first sliding block and the second sliding block to enable the unqualified pre-pressing sheet (701) to slide down;
the stacking system (5) comprises a stacking conveyor belt (501), a bonding spray head (502), a stacking groove (503) and a stacking pressing plate (504), wherein the bonding spray head (502) is arranged above the stacking conveyor belt (501) and is used for spraying a bonding agent to the pre-pressing sheet (701), and the bonding agent is an edible bonding agent; the tail end of the overlapping conveyor belt (501) is provided with an overlapping groove (503), an overlapping pressing plate (504) is arranged above the overlapping groove (503), and a bulge corresponding to the overlapping groove (503) is arranged on the overlapping pressing plate (504); the pre-pressing sheet (701) enters an overlapping groove (503) through an overlapping conveyor belt (501), and then is extruded by an overlapping pressing plate (504) to form an overlapping tablet;
the packaging system (6) is provided with a coating machine and a packaging machine, the coating machine is used for coating the tablets, and the packaging machine is used for packaging and boxing the tablets after coating.
2. The on-line detectable Chinese patent medicine tablet preparation system of claim 1, wherein:
the first laser (301) is a helium-neon laser or Nd: YAG laser, helium neon laser emission wavelength of 632.8nm, Nd: the emission wavelength of the YAG laser is 1064 nm; a focusing lens is arranged in the Raman emission head, the focal length of the focusing lens is 150-250mm, and an optical filter is arranged in front of the Raman collection probe;
a stray light shielding cover is arranged at the detection position of the Raman detection system, the appearance of the shielding cover is a cuboid, and the Raman emission head (303) and the Raman collection probe (306) are arranged inside the shielding cover;
the depth of the overlapping groove (503) is 3-4mm, and the height of the protrusion on the overlapping pressing plate (504) is 1-2 mm.
3. The on-line detectable Chinese patent medicine tablet preparation system of claim 2, wherein: the tablet preparation auxiliary materials comprise one or more of starch, powdered sugar, dextrin, lactose, microcrystalline cellulose or mannitol;
the bottom of the overlapping groove (503) is also provided with a heating and drying device, the drying and heating device is connected with a computer, the temperature of the heating and drying device can be controlled by the computer, the heater is an infrared heating pipe, and infrared rays emitted by the infrared heating pipe are aligned to the bottom of the overlapping groove to uniformly heat the overlapping groove.

2) preparing a preforming sheet (701); the Chinese patent medicine preparation raw material paste flows out of the mixer (103) and then enters a prepressing groove (203) on the extrusion tray (201), the scraper plate moves to enable the Chinese patent medicine preparation raw material paste on the extrusion tray (201) and higher than the prepressing groove (203) to be scraped to one side, the prepressing pressing plate (202) falls down, the Chinese patent medicine preparation raw material paste in the prepressing groove (203) is extruded, and the Chinese patent medicine preparation raw material paste is extruded into a flaky prepressing sheet (701);

the prepressing sheet (701) passes below the infrared emission head (403), the infrared emission head (403) emits infrared detection laser, the infrared detection laser passes through the prepressing sheet (701) and is collected by an infrared collection probe (406), the collected light enters an infrared spectrometer (404), data of the infrared spectrometer (404) are transmitted to a computer (7), and the computer (7) judges whether the prepressing sheet (701) is qualified or not; if the pre-pressing sheet is qualified, entering the next procedure, and if the pre-pressing sheet is not qualified, sending an instruction to the first sliding block to enable the non-qualified pre-pressing sheet (701) to slide;
4) overlapping the preforming sheets (701); the prepressed pieces (701) which are qualified through detection are conveyed to a superposition conveyor belt (501), a bonding spray head (502) sprays bonding agents to the prepressed pieces (701), the prepressed pieces (701) sprayed with the bonding agents enter a superposition groove (503), a plurality of prepressed pieces (701) fall down after entering the superposition groove (503), and a plurality of prepressed pieces (701) form tablets under the extrusion of the superposition pressing plate (504);
