Background
With the development of society, people have more and more demand for desks. At present, the office population suffers from cervical vertebra and lumbar vertebra diseases due to long-term work at desk, and the office efficiency is influenced, and in recent years, a plurality of researches in various countries of the world prove that the long-term sitting still can influence the health, and medical researches believe that the long-term sitting still can bring obesity, cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis, even cerebral thrombosis and cancers. The concept of "sedentary health effects" has gained more and more acceptance by many people.
For satisfying the demand that the standing official working of office staff was official working, the desk of liftable has appeared in the market, can realize standing and the mode of sitting the official working in turn each other, and current liftable desk elevating gear adopts the cylinder more, and the cost is higher, and the lift mesa is mostly whole desktop lift mode, and the whole lift cost of desktop is high, and work efficiency is lower, and factor of safety is lower, is difficult to obtain promoting.
Therefore, there is a need to design a liftable office desk with high safety and stability, convenient operation and low cost, which can be lifted quickly, so as to meet the requirement of the public office staff for freely exchanging office modes in sitting-standing mode.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to solve at least the above problems and to provide at least the advantages described later.
The invention also aims to provide the lifting type office table, the screw rod is driven to rotate relative to the sleeve by the rotating mechanism and move up and down relative to the sleeve so as to realize the rapid and natural up-and-down movement of the lifting plate relative to the table plate.
To achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, a lift-type desk is provided, which includes a horizontally disposed desk plate, a left support plate located below the desk plate and fixedly connected to a lower surface of the desk plate, the left support plate being close to a left side of the desk plate, a right support plate located below the desk plate and fixedly connected to a lower surface of the desk plate, the right support plate being close to a right side of the desk plate, a rear support plate located below the desk plate and fixedly connected to a lower surface of the desk plate, the rear support plate being close to a rear side of the desk plate, and a lifting device; the desk plate is hollow and provided with a rectangular first through hole; the left supporting plate and the right supporting plate are vertically arranged and are parallel to the left side of the table plate, and the rear supporting plate is vertically arranged and is parallel to the rear side of the table plate; wherein, elevating gear includes:
the lifting plate is horizontally arranged and has the same shape with the first through hole, and the lifting plate can be inscribed in the first through hole and can move up and down relative to the first through hole;
the lifting mechanism comprises a pair of lifting components which are positioned between the left supporting plate and the right supporting plate and are respectively close to the left side and the right side of the lifting plate, any one of the lifting components comprises a vertically arranged screw rod with the upper end connected with a lower surface bearing of the lifting plate, a vertically arranged hollow sleeve sleeved outside the screw rod, a horizontally arranged fixed rod connecting the sleeve with the rear supporting plate, a vertically arranged gear disc meshed with the screw rod and a horizontally arranged first rotating shaft connecting the gear disc with the rear supporting plate, and the inner wall of the sleeve is provided with an internal thread matched with the thread on the outer surface of the screw rod, so that the screw rod is in threaded connection with the sleeve; one end of the fixed rod is fixedly connected with the lower end of the sleeve, and the other end of the fixed rod is fixedly connected with the rear supporting plate; the gear disc is parallel to the rear supporting plate and is positioned on one side of the screw rod far away from the lifting plate, and the gear disc and the sleeve are not interfered with each other; the first rotating shaft and the gear disc are coaxially arranged, one end of the first rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the middle part of the gear disc, and the other end of the first rotating shaft is connected with a front side bearing of the rear supporting plate; the two first rotating shafts are in transmission connection through a belt;
the rotating mechanism comprises a vertically arranged first bevel gear fixedly sleeved on one first rotating shaft on the right side, a vertically arranged second rotating shaft, a horizontally arranged third rotating shaft, a horizontally arranged second bevel gear, a horizontally arranged third bevel gear, a fourth bevel gear and a pedal plate, wherein the upper end of the vertically arranged second rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the lower surface of the table plate, the horizontally arranged third rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the right supporting plate, the horizontally arranged second bevel gear is sleeved outside the second rotating shaft and is meshed with the first bevel gear, the horizontally arranged third bevel gear is sleeved outside the second rotating shaft and is positioned below the second bevel gear, the fourth bevel gear is sleeved outside the third rotating shaft and is meshed with the third bevel gear, the pedal plate is positioned on the right side of the right supporting plate, and the first bevel gear is positioned between the; the second rotating shaft and the lifting plate are not interfered with each other; the right side surface of the right supporting plate is provided with a blind hole with the diameter larger than that of the third rotating shaft, the third rotating shaft is connected with the left side surface bearing of the right supporting plate, and the right end of the third rotating shaft extends rightwards into the blind hole; the left end of the pedal is fixedly provided with a fourth rotating shaft, and the left end of the fourth rotating shaft is detachably connected with the right end of the third rotating shaft.

Preferably, the lifting desk is provided with a plurality of temperature sensors on the upper surface of the lifting plate for detecting the temperature of the upper surface of the lifting plate, the axial projection of any one of the temperature sensors is located between two adjacent first portions, the plurality of temperature sensors are electrically connected with a controller, the controller is electrically connected with a switch of the vacuum pump, and the controller is set as: when the temperature of the upper surface of the lifting plate detected by any one of the temperature sensors exceeds a preset threshold value, the controller starts a switch of the vacuum pump, the vacuum pump exhausts air to ventilate the interior of the second through hole, and if the temperature of the upper surface of the lifting plate detected by any one of the temperature sensors does not exceed the preset threshold value, the vacuum pump is not started.
Preferably, the preset threshold of the lifting desk is 45 ℃.
Preferably, in the lifting type office table, a plurality of convex blocks are arranged on the outer portion, close to the right end, of the third rotating shaft in the circumferential direction, any convex block is located in the blind hole, and a plurality of grooves clamped with the convex blocks are arranged on the inner wall, close to the left end, of the fourth rotating shaft in the circumferential direction.

1. the lifting mechanism drives the screw rod to rotate relative to the sleeve and move up and down relative to the sleeve so as to realize the rapid and natural up and down movement of the lifting plate relative to the desk plate;
2. the lifting plate of the invention can move up and down by the screw rod which is rotationally connected with the lower surface of the lifting plate and moves up and down relative to the table plate and the sleeve, the gear disc is meshed with the screw rod, the rotation of the vertically arranged gear disc drives the screw rod to rotate, the screw rod moves up and down in the vertical direction while rotating, the lower end of the screw rod is in threaded connection with the sleeve, so that the sleeve can provide a supporting force in the vertical direction for the screw rod, the safety and the stability of the invention are improved, the two first rotating shafts are transmitted by a belt, the rotation of the two first rotating shafts and the rotation of the two gear discs are ensured to be consistent, thereby ensuring the consistency of the rotation and the lifting of the two screw rods, further improving the stability of the horizontal lifting plate, in addition, the belt transmission reduces the number of rotating mechanisms, can improve the rotating power of only one gear disc, drive the other gear disc to rotate so as to realize that one, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the volume of the lifting device is reduced;
3. most parts of the lifting device are positioned in a space defined by the left supporting plate, the right supporting plate and the rear supporting plate, so that the lifting device has good storage performance and avoids the problem that too many devices are exposed outside and are easily damaged by collision of external objects; in actual manufacturing and use, a sealed shell can be arranged, and the gear disc and the rotating mechanism are accommodated in the shell, so that the attractiveness and safety of the invention are improved;

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a lifting type office table, which includes a table 11 horizontally disposed, a left support plate 12 located below the table 11 and fixedly connected to the lower surface of the table 11, the left support plate being close to the left side of the table 11, a right support plate 13 located below the table 11 and fixedly connected to the lower surface of the table 11, the right support plate being close to the right side of the table 11, a rear support plate 14 located below the table 11 and fixedly connected to the lower surface of the table 11, the rear support plate being close to the rear side of the table 11, and a lifting device; a rectangular first through hole is formed in the hollow part of the table plate 11; the left support plate 12 and the right support plate 13 are vertically arranged and are parallel to the left side of the table plate 11, and the rear support plate 14 is vertically arranged and is parallel to the rear side of the table plate 11; wherein, elevating gear includes:
the lifting plate 21 is horizontally arranged and has the same shape as the first through hole, and the lifting plate 21 can be inscribed in the first through hole and can move up and down relative to the first through hole;
the lifting mechanism comprises a pair of lifting components which are positioned between the left support plate 12 and the right support plate 13 and are respectively close to the left side and the right side of the lifting plate 21, each lifting component comprises a vertically arranged screw 221 with the upper end connected with a lower surface bearing of the lifting plate 21, a vertically arranged hollow sleeve 222 sleeved outside the screw 221, a horizontally arranged fixed rod 223 connecting the sleeve 222 with the rear support plate 14, a vertically arranged gear disc 224 engaged with the screw 221 and a horizontally arranged first rotating shaft 225 connecting the gear disc 224 with the rear support plate 14, and the inner wall of the sleeve 222 is provided with an internal thread matched with the external surface thread of the screw 221 so that the screw 221 is in threaded connection with the sleeve 222; one end of the fixing rod 223 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the sleeve 222, and the other end is fixedly connected with the rear support plate 14; the gear disc 224 is parallel to the rear support plate 14 and is positioned on one side of the screw 221 away from the lifting plate 21, and the gear disc 224 and the sleeve 222 do not interfere with each other; the first rotating shaft 225 and the gear disc 224 are coaxially arranged, one end of the first rotating shaft 225 is fixedly connected with the middle part of the gear disc 224, and the other end is connected with a front side bearing of the rear supporting plate 14; the two first rotating shafts 225 are in transmission connection through a belt 226;
a rotating mechanism, which includes a vertically arranged first bevel gear 231 fixedly sleeved on one of the first rotating shafts on the right side, a vertically arranged second rotating shaft 232 with an upper end rotatably connected with the lower surface of the table plate 11, a horizontally arranged third rotating shaft 233 with a right end rotatably connected with the right support plate 13, a horizontally arranged second bevel gear 234 sleeved outside the second rotating shaft 232 and meshed with the first bevel gear 231, a horizontally arranged third bevel gear 235 sleeved outside the second rotating shaft 232 and positioned below the second bevel gear 234, a fourth bevel gear 236 sleeved outside the third rotating shaft 233 and meshed with the third bevel gear 235, and a pedal 238 positioned on the right side of the right support plate 13, wherein the first bevel gear 231 is positioned between the gear disc 224 and the belt 226; the second rotating shaft 232 and the lifting plate 21 do not interfere with each other; the right side surface of the right supporting plate 13 is provided with a blind hole with a diameter larger than that of the third rotating shaft 233, the third rotating shaft 233 is in bearing connection with the left side surface of the right supporting plate 13, and the right end of the third rotating shaft 233 extends rightwards into the blind hole; a fourth rotating shaft 237 is fixedly arranged at the left end of the pedal 238, and the left end of the fourth rotating shaft 237 is detachably connected with the right end of the third rotating shaft 233.
In the technical scheme, the screw 221 is driven to rotate relative to the sleeve 222 through the rotating mechanism and move up and down relative to the sleeve 222, so that the lifting plate 21 can move up and down rapidly and naturally relative to the table plate 11.
In actual manufacturing and use, the rotating mechanism can be designed on the left side and is in transmission connection with the gear disc 224 on the left side, and the left side and the right side of the rotating mechanism can be respectively provided with one rotating mechanism corresponding to the lifting mechanism.

In the technical scheme, the second through hole 211 with the snake-shaped structure is arranged in the middle of the lifting plate 21, air in the second through hole 211 is replaced through vacuum pump work, and accordingly ventilation and heat dissipation effects are achieved.

In another technical solution, in the lifting desk, a U-like bracket 24 with an upward opening is disposed at the lower part of the third rotating shaft 233, the bracket 24 is located between the fourth bevel gear 236 and the right support plate 13, two side edges of the bracket 24 are vertically disposed and a right side edge thereof is fixedly connected with a left side surface of the right support plate 13, and a plurality of vertically disposed rollers 241 are disposed between a horizontal side edge of the bracket 24 and the third rotating shaft 233 to rotatably connect the bracket 24 and the third rotating shaft 233. The bracket 24 is disposed at the lower portion of the third rotating shaft 233 to increase the stability of the present invention, and the bracket 24 is in contact connection with the third rotating shaft 233 through the plurality of rollers 241, so that the bracket 24 does not cause unnecessary interference to the rotation of the third rotating shaft 233 while horizontally supporting the third rotating shaft 233.
In another technical solution, in the lifting desk, a plurality of temperature sensors for detecting a temperature of an upper surface of the lifting plate 21 are uniformly arranged on the upper surface of the lifting plate 21, an axial projection of any one of the temperature sensors is located between two adjacent first portions 2111, the plurality of temperature sensors are electrically connected to a controller, the controller is electrically connected to a switch of the vacuum pump, and the controller is configured to: when the temperature of the upper surface of the lifting plate 21 detected by any one of the temperature sensors exceeds a preset threshold, the controller starts a switch of the vacuum pump, the vacuum pump performs air suction to realize air exchange inside the second through hole 211, and if the temperature of the upper surface of the lifting plate 21 does not exceed the preset threshold, the vacuum pump is not started. The temperature sensor and the controller are added, so that the ventilation and heat dissipation of the invention have higher controllability and higher automation degree.
In another technical scheme, the preset threshold of the lifting desk is 45 ℃.
In another technical solution, in the lifting desk, a plurality of protrusions are arranged on the outer portion of the third rotating shaft 233 close to the right end along the circumferential direction, any one of the protrusions is located in the blind hole, and a plurality of grooves engaged with the protrusions are arranged on the inner wall of the fourth rotating shaft 237 close to the left end along the circumferential direction. The fourth rotating shaft 237 and the third rotating shaft 233 are designed by the engagement of the protrusion and the groove, so that the structure is simple and the operability is strong.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the invention is used, the pedal 238 is fixedly connected with the right end of the third rotating shaft 233 through the clamping of the left end of the fourth rotating shaft 237, the pedal 238 is fixedly connected with the third rotating shaft 233, the pedal 238 is rotated by feet to provide power for driving the fourth rotating shaft 237 and the third rotating shaft 233 to rotate, the rotation of the third rotating shaft 233 drives the fourth bevel gear 236 to rotate, the rotation of the fourth bevel gear 236 drives the third bevel gear 235 engaged with the fourth bevel gear, the rotation of the third bevel gear 235 drives the second rotating shaft 232 to rotate around the self axis, the rotation of the second rotating shaft 232 drives the second bevel gear 234 to rotate, the rotation of the second bevel gear 234 drives the first bevel gear 231 engaged with the second bevel gear, the rotation of the first bevel gear 231 drives the first rotating shaft 225 to rotate, the rotation of the first rotating shaft 225 drives the gear disc 224, and the rotation of the gear disc 224 drives the screw rod 221 to rotate, the screw rod 221 makes linear upward/downward movement in the vertical direction while rotating, so as to drive the lifting plate 21 to move up and down, and the gear combination transmission has the advantages of high stability, high transmission speed and low manufacturing cost; office workers can sit on the seat and rotate the pedal 238 by feet to serve as a power source, the operation is convenient and labor-saving, and the height controllability of the lifting plate 21 is high; after the lifting operation of the lifting plate 21 is completed, the fourth rotating shaft 237 and the third rotating shaft 233 can be disengaged from each other, the pedal and the fourth rotating shaft 237 are taken down, and the pedal and the fourth rotating shaft 237 and the third rotating shaft 233 are fixedly connected in a clamping manner when the lifting operation is needed next time, so that the situation that the pedal is accidentally touched to cause the rotation of the third rotating shaft 233, the lifting plate 21 is further caused to move up and down, and inconvenience is brought to normal work is avoided.
In summer, the controller can automatically control the opening and closing of the vacuum pump, and the middle part of the automatic lifting plate 21, which is provided with the computer, is ventilated and cooled; in winter, the first heating pipe 212 and the second heating pipe 213 can heat the part of the lifting plate 21 close to the outer edge, so that the hands and the arms of the office worker can be heated and kept warm.
