As shown in fig. 5, the control mechanism 7 includes guide vertical rods 701 fixed on both sides of the condensed water flowing port 305, and a floating plate limiting block 702 is connected to the top end of each guide vertical rod 701, two guide vertical rods 701 are sleeved with floating plates 703 capable of sliding up and down along the guide vertical rods 701, so that the floating plates 703 can move up and down along the guide vertical rods 701 under the buoyancy of the condensed water, the floating plate limiting blocks 702 can prevent the floating plates 703 from being separated from the guide vertical rods 701, and the top end of each floating plate 703 is connected with a switch poker rod 704, so that when the floating plates 703 move up and down, the switch poker rod 704 can also move up and down.
As shown in fig. 5, the switch lever 704 penetrates through the condensate water collection tank 302, and a switch lever 705 is connected to the top end of the switch lever 704, the switch lever 705 can increase the area of the top end of the switch lever 704, so that the device can be started conveniently, and meanwhile, the switch lever 704 can be prevented from completely immersing into the condensate water collection tank 302, so as to achieve a limiting effect.
As shown in fig. 5, a step motor toggle switch 706 is installed on the top of the condensed water collection box 302, and the step motor toggle switch 706 is located right above a switch toggle block 705, the step motor toggle switch 706 is used for directly controlling the start of the linear step motor 304, the step motor toggle switch 706 is connected with the switch toggle block 705 through a pull wire 707, so that when the amount of condensed water in the condensed water collection box 302 increases, the floating plate 703 rises to drive the switch toggle rod 704 to move upwards, the switch toggle block 705 at the top end of the switch toggle rod 704 can start the step motor toggle switch 706, so that the linear step motor 304 works, the cleaning mechanism 3 operates to start cleaning the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, when the condensed water in the condensed water collection box 302 is exhausted, the floating plate 703 moves downwards, the switch toggle block 705 can turn off the step motor toggle switch 706 through the pull wire 707, the linear stepping motor 304 is stopped, the apparatus stops the cleaning of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and waits for the next time the cleaning mechanism 3 is turned on.
As shown in fig. 5, a movable rod 708 is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the floating plate 703, and the bottom end of the movable rod 708 is inserted into the condensed water flow port 305, so that the movable rod 708 can move along with the up-and-down movement of the floating plate 703, and since the cross connection pipe 307 is in a shape of "herringbone", the movable rod 708 can move up and down in the condensed water flow port 305 without hindrance, a conduction port 709 is provided on the side wall of the movable rod 708, and the conduction port 709 is communicated with the bottom surface of the movable rod 708 through a conduction pipe 710 provided inside the movable rod 708, so that when there is less condensed water in the condensed water collection box 302, the floating plate 703 and the movable rod 708 move down, so that the conduction port 709 is hidden in the condensed water flow port 305 and the cross connection pipe 307, so that the condensed water cannot flow into the cleaning pipe 306 through the conduction port 709 and the conduction pipe 710, and the cleaning mechanism 3 cannot operate, when there is more condensed water in, the floating plate 703 and the movable rod 708 are moved upward to expose the conduction port 709, so that the condensed water can flow into the cleaning pipe 306, and the air conditioner outdoor unit can be cleaned.
In addition, according to the invention, the opening of the linear stepping motor 304 and the release of the condensed water in the condensed water collecting box 302 are controlled by the control mechanism 7, so that the linear stepping motor 304 controls the rolling brush 316 and the cleaning brush 312 to clean the air conditioner outdoor unit and the shower of the condensed water on the surface of the air conditioner outdoor unit can be simultaneously carried out and simultaneously finished, the cleaning efficiency is higher, the effect is more obvious, the utilization rate of resources can be improved, the resources are saved, and the waste is avoided.
As shown in fig. 5, the surface of the movable rod 708 between the conduction port 709 and the floating plate 703 is coated with a waterproof sealing ring 711, so that when the amount of condensed water in the condensed water collection box 302 is small, condensed water cannot enter the cleaning pipe 306 through the gap between the movable rod 708 and the condensed water flow port 305 too much, so that the device can normally operate, the diameter of the upper half of the waterproof sealing ring 711 is equal, the diameter of the lower half is linearly reduced from top to bottom, and the diameter of the condensed water flow port 305 is slightly larger than the maximum diameter of the waterproof sealing ring 711, so that when the movable rod 708 moves down, the condensed water can be inserted into the condensed water flow port 305 more smoothly, the conduction port 709 can not be blocked smoothly, and the device can not be continuously operated.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the rainwater cleaning mechanism 4 includes a rainwater collection box 401, the rainwater collection box 401 is connected to the bottom of the solar panel 201, the rainwater collection box 401 is used for collecting rainwater, the front end of the rainwater collection box 401 extends out of the front side of the solar panel 201, and a rainwater collection port 402 is arranged on the top surface of the front end of the rainwater collection box 401, since the solar panel 201 is arranged in an inclined manner, rainwater falling onto the surface of the solar panel 201 can fall into the rainwater collection port 402 along the solar panel 201, so that the rainwater collection rate is higher.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, a rainwater cleaning opening 403 is formed in the bottom surface of the rainwater collection box 401, and the rainwater cleaning opening 403 is communicated with the condensed water collection box 302 through a rainwater introduction pipe 404, so that rainwater collected by the rainwater collection box 401 can replace condensed water to complete opening of the device and cleaning of the air conditioner outdoor unit, the air conditioner outdoor unit can still be cleaned when the air conditioner is not used for a long time, and excessive dust cannot be accumulated on the surface of the air conditioner outdoor unit to affect normal use of the air conditioner.
