一种具有充分吸附功能的室内空气净化设备,包括净化壳体,所述净化壳体内部固定连接有布风板,布风板朝左下方倾斜设置,且布风板左部与净化壳体内侧壁的接触处设置有落水通道;所述布风板内部开设有布风空腔,布风空腔内连接有进风管,所述进风管上布置有引风机;所述布风板上侧均匀开设有若干个第一出风口,第一出风口上侧的布风板上均设置有凸包,凸包内开设有出风腔,出风腔与第一出风口相连通,所述凸包左侧开设有第二出风口。本发明的有益效果是吸附水沿着布风板从右至左向下流动,与从第二出风口均匀喷出的空气相遇,以此实现了吸附水与空气的充分接触,吸附水可以有效吸附空气中存在的杂质,对空气进行有效的吸附处理。

Description

一种具有充分吸附功能的室内空气净化设备
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,具体涉及一种具有充分吸附功能的室内空气净化设备。
背景技术
空气净化是指针对室内的各种环境问题提供杀菌消毒、降尘除霾、祛除有害装修残留以及异味等整体解决方案,提高改善生活、办公条件,增进身心健康。
由于目前的环境污染严重,导致空气中雾霾含量高、有毒有害气体含量高,底层空气中还含有大量的漂浮物,使得空气质量严重变差。在人们生活工作的室内环境内,打开窗户会使窗户外污染严重的空气进入到是室内,对人体健康不利;如果不打开窗户通风,会使室内形成一个封闭的空间,室内空间含氧量会逐渐降低,二氧化碳含量会逐渐升高,也不利于人们的身体健康。目前对于空气的净化方式采用喷淋法,但是水与空气的接触不够完全,难以完全去除空气中的有害杂质;且单一的喷淋法也难以去除干净空气种类繁多的有害杂质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有充分吸附功能的室内空气净化设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种具有充分吸附功能的室内空气净化设备,包括净化壳体,所述净化壳体内部固定连接有布风板,布风板朝左下方倾斜设置,且布风板左部与净化壳体内侧壁的接触处设置有落水通道;所述布风板内部开设有布风空腔,布风空腔内连接有进风管,所述进风管上布置有引风机;所述布风板上侧均匀开设有若干个第一出风口,第一出风口上侧的布风板上均设置有凸包,凸包内开设有出风腔,出风腔与第一出风口相连通,所述凸包左侧开设有第二出风口;所述净化壳体底部设置有循环管,循环管上端与布风板上侧的净化壳体相连通,且循环管上布置有循环泵;所述布风板上侧设置有干燥层,干燥层上方设置有过滤层,过滤层上方设置有除臭层。
作为本发明进一步的方案是:所述布风板与水平方向的夹角为30度。
作为本发明再进一步的方案是:所述净化壳体底部开设有出水口,出水口上设置有塞体。
作为本发明再进一步的方案是:所述净化壳体顶部设置有排气口。
作为本发明再进一步的方案是:所述凸包呈半球形。
作为本发明再进一步的方案是:所述干燥层内设置有干燥剂。
作为本发明再进一步的方案是:所述过滤层为活性炭层。
本发明的有益效果是吸附水沿着布风板从右至左向下流动,与从第二出风口均匀喷出的空气相遇,以此实现了吸附水与空气的充分接触,吸附水可以有效吸附空气中存在的杂质,对空气进行有效的吸附处理;同时,吸附水的流动方向与第二出风口的开口方向一致,则吸附水无法通过第二出风口进入到布风空腔内部,造成吸附工作无法进行;干燥层对净化后的空气进行干燥处理,过滤层对空气中仍未被完全吸附的微粒杂质进行再次的过滤处理,以保证处理效果,除臭层可以对空气进行增香作用。

请参阅图1-图2,本发明实施例中,一种具有充分吸附功能的室内空气净化设备,包括净化壳体1,所述净化壳体1内部固定连接有布风板2,布风板2朝左下方倾斜设置,且布风板2左部与净化壳体1内侧壁的接触处设置有落水通道3;所述布风板2内部开设有布风空腔4,布风空腔4内连接有进风管5,所述进风管5上布置有引风机6;所述布风板2上侧均匀开设有若干个第一出风口7,第一出风口7上侧的布风板上均设置有凸包8,凸包8内开设有出风腔16,出风腔16与第一出风口7相连通,所述凸包8左侧开设有第二出风口17;所述净化壳体1底部设置有循环管10,循环管10上端与布风板2上侧的净化壳体1相连通,且循环管10上布置有循环泵11,在进行净化工作时,启动引风机6,引风机6将室内空气通过进风管5引入到布风空腔4内部,然后通过第一出风口7均匀进入到出风腔16内,再通过第二出风口17向左侧喷出,与此同时,循环泵11将净化壳体1内底部的吸附水通过循环管10泵入到布风板2右部,吸附水沿着布风板2从右至左向下流动,与从第二出风口17均匀喷出的空气相遇,以此实现了吸附水与空气的充分接触,吸附水可以有效吸附空气中存在的杂质,对空气进行有效的吸附处理;同时,吸附水的流动方向与第二出风口17的开口方向一致,则吸附水无法通过第二出风口17进入到布风空腔4内部,造成吸附工作无法进行;
所述布风板2上侧设置有干燥层12,干燥层12上方设置有过滤层13,过滤层13上方设置有除臭层14,除臭层14内部可放置有空气清新剂,干燥层12对净化后的空气进行干燥处理,过滤层13对空气中仍未被完全吸附的微粒杂质进行再次的过滤处理,以保证处理效果,除臭层14可以对空气进行增香作用。
所述布风板2与水平方向的夹角为30度。
所述净化壳体1底部开设有出水口18,出水口18上设置有塞体19。
所述净化壳体1顶部设置有排气口15。
所述凸包8呈半球形。
所述干燥层12内设置有干燥剂。
所述过滤层13为活性炭层。
本发明的工作过程是:在进行净化工作时,启动引风机6,引风机6将室内空气通过进风管5引入到布风空腔4内部,然后通过第一出风口7均匀进入到出风腔16内,再通过第二出风口17向左侧喷出,与此同时,循环泵11将净化壳体1内底部的吸附水通过循环管10泵入到布风板2右部,吸附水沿着布风板2从右至左向下流动,与从第二出风口17均匀喷出的空气相遇,以此实现了吸附水与空气的充分接触,吸附水可以有效吸附空气中存在的杂质,对空气进行有效的吸附处理;同时,吸附水的流动方向与第二出风口17的开口方向一致,则吸附水无法通过第二出风口17进入到布风空腔4内部,造成吸附工作无法进行;干燥层12对净化后的空气进行干燥处理,过滤层13对空气中仍未被完全吸附的微粒杂质进行再次的过滤处理,以保证处理效果,除臭层14可以对空气进行增香作用。

1.一种具有充分吸附功能的室内空气净化设备,包括净化壳体,其特征在于,所述净化壳体内部固定连接有布风板,布风板朝左下方倾斜设置,且布风板左部与净化壳体内侧壁的接触处设置有落水通道;所述布风板内部开设有布风空腔,布风空腔内连接有进风管,所述进风管上布置有引风机;所述布风板上侧均匀开设有若干个第一出风口,第一出风口上侧的布风板上均设置有凸包,凸包内开设有出风腔,出风腔与第一出风口相连通,所述凸包左侧开设有第二出风口;所述净化壳体底部设置有循环管,循环管上端与布风板上侧的净化壳体相连通,且循环管上布置有循环泵;所述布风板上侧设置有干燥层,干燥层上方设置有过滤层,过滤层上方设置有除臭层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有充分吸附功能的室内空气净化设备,其特征在于,所述布风板与水平方向的夹角为30度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有充分吸附功能的室内空气净化设备,其特征在于,所述净化壳体底部开设有出水口,出水口上设置有塞体。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种具有充分吸附功能的室内空气净化设备,其特征在于,所述净化壳体顶部设置有排气口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有充分吸附功能的室内空气净化设备,其特征在于,所述凸包呈半球形。
