本发明涉及聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑料用有机助剂制备技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃防潮型热稳定剂的制备方法。本发明对水滑石粉末进行改性,并将其均匀分散在聚氯乙烯材料内部中,提高热稳定剂的阻燃性,将水滑石粉末与植物油和酸奶共同发酵,在微生物的作用下使得酯基接枝到水滑石粉末表面,使其具有防水能力,从而提高热稳定剂的防潮性,将乙基纤维素与蓖麻油、硅油和丙二醇制备成自制乳液,并将坯体浸泡在乳液中,加入氢氧化铝反应,分解时吸收了大量热量,抑制基体温度上升,并在材料表面形成了一层水气隔绝氧气,提高热稳定剂的阻燃性,具有广阔应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑料用有机助剂制备技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃防潮型热稳定剂的制备方法。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯(PVC)是由氯乙烯单体经自由基聚合反应生成的热塑性线形聚合物,是世界第三大通用塑料,产量仅次于聚乙烯(PE)和聚丙烯(PP)。其制品具有软硬度易调控、力学性能较好、耐腐蚀、电绝缘性好、透明性高以及价廉等优点,在建筑、轻工、化工、电子、航天、汽车、农业等领域具有广泛的用途。
但是,PVC结构中存在缺陷,热稳定性能差,在PVC加工过程中容易发生热降解现象。因此,通常添加热稳定剂防止其降解,促进PVC树脂的塑化、熔融,提高熔体强度,降低加工温度。
热稳定剂是塑料加工助剂中重要类别之一,热稳定剂与PVC树脂的诞生和发展同步,主要用于PVC树脂加工中。目前常用的PVC稳定剂有铅盐复合热稳定剂、有机锡热稳定剂、金属皂类热稳定剂、稀土类热稳定剂、水滑石类热稳定剂等。其中铅盐类热稳定剂因为有毒,对环境有污染已渐渐被禁止使用;而有机锡类热稳定剂虽然效果好,但价格贵、有异味等缺点,也大大限制了它的推广;稀土热稳定剂是一种中国特有的PVC热稳定剂,具有热稳定性好、无毒、环保的特点。但是,存在早期热稳定性不高,初期着色性差,不能单独做主稳定剂等缺点,需要充分考虑稀土热稳定剂与其他热稳定剂的协同效应,通过复配制备高效复合热稳定剂以提高热稳定效果。
热稳定剂是PVC加工时必不可少的助剂,加强对其性能的深入研究,开发出一种高效、无毒、价廉的热稳定剂对发展PVC加工工艺有着重要意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对目前普通热稳定剂在存放过程中容易吸收空气中水分,以及在高温下极其燃烧,限制在聚氯乙烯材料中使用的缺陷,提供了一种阻燃防潮型热稳定剂的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下所述的技术方案是:
一种阻燃防潮型热稳定剂的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)称取40~50g水滑石研磨粉碎后过100目筛,收集过筛水滑石粉末,将过筛水滑石粉末、硅烷偶联剂KH-550和硬脂酸钠混合搅拌,得到混合物,将混合物放入带有混合物质量8%的花生油和混合物质量0.8%的酸奶的发酵罐中,密封发酵,取出发酵产物,并用去离子水冲洗发酵产物表面,去除剩余的发酵液,并放入烘箱中烘干,自然冷却至室温,得到改性水滑石;
(2)称取30~40g沸石研磨粉碎后过80目筛,收集过筛沸石粉末,将过筛沸石粉末倒入带有100~120mL盐酸的烧杯中浸泡,去除杂质,得到活化沸石; (3)将乙基纤维素、柠檬黄铝色淀和二氧化钛混合搅拌,得到自制混合物1,再将柠檬酸三乙酯、蓖麻油、硅油和丙二醇混合搅拌,得到自制混合液,按等质量比将自制混合物1倒入带有自制混合液的烧杯中,继续混合搅拌,得到自制乳液;
(4)按重量份数计,分别称取改性水滑石、活化沸石、石蜡和去离子水混合置于混炼机中混炼,再添加马来酸酐、二酮和氢氧化铝,继续保温混炼,自然冷却至室温,出料得到热稳定坯体,将热稳定坯体放入自制乳液中浸泡,自然风干,研磨出料,即可制得阻燃防潮型热稳定剂。
步骤(1)所述的研磨粉碎时间为10~12min,过筛水滑石粉末、硅烷偶联剂KH-550和硬脂酸钠的质量比为3:2:1,搅拌时间为6~8min,发酵温度为35~45℃,发酵时间为6~8天,烘干温度为55~65℃,烘干时间为10~12min。
步骤(2)所述的研磨粉碎时间为6~8min,盐酸的质量分数为20%,浸泡时间为1~3h。
步骤(3)所述的乙基纤维素、柠檬黄铝色淀和二氧化钛的质量比为3:1:1,搅拌时间为10~12min,柠檬酸三乙酯、蓖麻油、硅油和丙二醇的体积比为2:1:1:1,混合搅拌时间为16~20min,继续搅拌温度为35~45℃,继续搅拌时间为1~2h。
步骤(4)所述的按重量份数计,分别称取20~30份改性水滑石、16~20份活化沸石、4~6份石蜡、8~10份去离子水、10~12份马来酸酐、4~6份二酮和5~7份氢氧化铝,混炼温度为100~120℃,混炼时间为20~30min,继续混炼时间为1~2h,浸泡时间为1~2h。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明首先通过硅烷偶联剂KH-550和硬脂酸钠对水滑石粉末表面进行有效改性,使其均匀分散在聚氯乙烯材料内部中,增强水滑石粉末与聚氯乙烯材料内部的相容性,有利于水滑石粉末在受热时,其结构水合层板羟基及层间离子以水和二氧化碳的形式脱出,起到降低燃烧气体浓度的作用,并阻隔氧气的燃烧,从而提高热稳定剂的阻燃性,以及其释放阻燃物质,在阻燃过程中,吸热量大,有利于降低燃烧时所产生的高温,再次提高热稳定剂的阻燃性,将其与植物油和酸奶共同发酵,利用酸奶中微生物植物油分解产生亲油性酯基,并在微生物的自交联作用下使得酯基接枝到水滑石粉末表面,使其具有防水能力,从而提高热稳定剂的防潮性;
(2)本发明利用沸石经过酸化制备而成活化沸石,由于活化沸石具有一定的阻燃能力,沸石受热失水既可以带走部分热量,又可以稀释可燃气体起阻燃作用,从而提高热稳定剂的阻燃性,在活化沸石的炭层表面有沸石或二氧化钛覆盖层,起到较好的绝热屏蔽作用,进一步提高热稳定剂的阻燃性;
(3)本发明通过乙基纤维素具有不易燃烧和不溶于水的两种性质,将其与蓖麻油、硅油和丙二醇制备而成自制乳液,将热稳定坯体浸泡在自制乳液中,形成一层阻燃防潮的薄膜,从而提高热稳定剂的阻燃性和防潮性,并加入氢氧化铝,由于其在高温下分解释放出结晶水,氢氧化物分解时大量吸收热量,抑制基体温度上升,降低了火焰温度,同时产生的水蒸汽稀释可燃气体,并在材料表面形成了一层水气隔绝氧气,在一定程度上达到阻燃效果,从而提高热稳定剂的阻燃性,具有广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式

称取50g水滑石研磨粉碎12min后过100目筛,收集过筛水滑石粉末,按质量比为3:2:1将过筛水滑石粉末、硅烷偶联剂KH-550和硬脂酸钠混合搅拌8min,得到混合物,将混合物放入带有混合物质量8%的花生油和混合物质量0.8%的酸奶的发酵罐中,在温度为45℃下密封发酵8天,取出发酵产物,并用去离子水冲洗发酵产物表面,去除剩余的发酵液,并放入65℃的烘箱中烘干12min,自然冷却至室温,得到改性水滑石,称取40g沸石研磨粉碎8min后过80目筛,收集过筛沸石粉末,将过筛沸石粉末倒入带有120mL质量分数为20%的盐酸的烧杯中浸泡3h,去除杂质,得到活化沸石,按质量比为3:1:1将乙基纤维素、柠檬黄铝色淀和二氧化钛混合搅拌12min,得到自制混合物1,再按体积比为2:1:1:1将柠檬酸三乙酯、蓖麻油、硅油和丙二醇混合搅拌20min,得到自制混合液,按等质量比将自制混合物1倒入带有自制混合液的烧杯中,在45℃下继续混合搅拌2h,得到自制乳液,按重量份数计,分别称取30份改性水滑石、20份活化沸石、6份石蜡和10份去离子水混合置于混炼机中,在温度为120℃下混炼30min,再添加12份马来酸酐、6份二酮和7份氢氧化铝,继续保温混炼2h,自然冷却至室温,出料得到热稳定坯体,将热稳定坯体放入自制乳液中浸泡2h,自然风干,研磨出料,即可制得阻燃防潮型热稳定剂。
对比例 以无锡市某公司生产的热稳定剂作为对比例 对本发明制得的阻燃防潮型热稳定剂和对比例中的热稳定剂进行检测,检测结果如表1所示: 1、长期热稳定性测试:
采用热烘箱法,按照GB/T9349-2002标准执行。将添加了本发明实例1~3和对比例热稳定剂所制得的不同种PVC片分别剪成边长为15mm的正方形,在180℃下做热烘箱老化实验。通过样片颜色的变化表征热稳定剂静态热稳定性的好坏,其结果对应长期热稳定性。
1、燃烧性能测试按GB/T2408-2008的规定进行检测。
2、防潮性能测试:
将添加了本发明实例1~3和对比例热稳定剂所制得的不同种PVC分别切割成边长为50mm×50mm×50mm的正方体,将其放在70℃水中72小时,测试重量增加比例,观察试块表面情况。

根据表1中数据可知,添加了本发明制得的阻燃防潮型热稳定剂的PVC均具有良好的防潮性能和热稳定性,并具有一定的阻燃作用,具有广阔的使用前景。

Claims (5)

1.一种阻燃防潮型热稳定剂的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)称取40~50g水滑石研磨粉碎后过100目筛,收集过筛水滑石粉末,将过筛水滑石粉末、硅烷偶联剂KH-550和硬脂酸钠混合搅拌,得到混合物,将混合物放入带有混合物质量8%的花生油和混合物质量0.8%的酸奶的发酵罐中,密封发酵,取出发酵产物,并用去离子水冲洗发酵产物表面,去除剩余的发酵液,并放入烘箱中烘干,自然冷却至室温,得到改性水滑石;
(2)称取30~40g沸石研磨粉碎后过80目筛,收集过筛沸石粉末,将过筛沸石粉末倒入带有100~120mL盐酸的烧杯中浸泡,去除杂质,得到活化沸石;
(3)将乙基纤维素、柠檬黄铝色淀和二氧化钛混合搅拌,得到自制混合物1,再将柠檬酸三乙酯、蓖麻油、硅油和丙二醇混合搅拌,得到自制混合液,按等质量比将自制混合物1倒入带有自制混合液的烧杯中,继续混合搅拌,得到自制乳液;
(4)按重量份数计,分别称取改性水滑石、活化沸石、石蜡和去离子水混合置于混炼机中混炼,再添加马来酸酐、二酮和氢氧化铝,继续保温混炼,自然冷却至室温,出料得到热稳定坯体,将热稳定坯体放入自制乳液中浸泡,自然风干,研磨出料,即可制得阻燃防潮型热稳定剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防潮型热稳定剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述的研磨粉碎时间为10~12min,过筛水滑石粉末、硅烷偶联剂KH-550和硬脂酸钠的质量比为3:2:1,搅拌时间为6~8min,发酵温度为35~45℃,发酵时间为6~8天,烘干温度为55~65℃,烘干时间为10~12min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防潮型热稳定剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述的研磨粉碎时间为6~8min,盐酸的质量分数为20%,浸泡时间为1~3h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防潮型热稳定剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述的乙基纤维素、柠檬黄铝色淀和二氧化钛的质量比为3:1:1,搅拌时间为10~12min,柠檬酸三乙酯、蓖麻油、硅油和丙二醇的体积比为2:1:1:1,混合搅拌时间为16~20min,继续搅拌温度为35~45℃,继续搅拌时间为1~2h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防潮型热稳定剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)所述的按重量份数计,分别称取20~30份改性水滑石、16~20份活化沸石、4~6份石蜡、8~10份去离子水、10~12份马来酸酐、4~6份二酮和5~7份氢氧化铝,混炼温度为100~120℃,混炼时间为20~30min,继续混炼时间为1~2h,浸泡时间为1~2h。
