Similar to the sharing range in the directional sharing mode and the pay sharing mode, the sharing range may be an actual signal coverage range of the wireless access point, or a preset range set manually, for example, a circular area with a radius of 10-30 meters and centered on the wireless access point.
Specifically, for the range sharing mode, the sharing mode information includes a sharing range of the range sharing mode, and the connection request includes the location association information of the second user equipment.
Step S403 is specifically: and if the second user equipment is determined to be in the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the position association information, determining the corresponding wireless access point as a target wireless access point.
Further, if the sharing range adopts an actual signal coverage range of the wireless access point, the location association information in the connection request of the second user equipment may adopt a wireless access point list scanned by the second user equipment. Therefore, determining that the second user equipment is located within the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the location correlation information specifically includes: when the wireless access point list contains the wireless access point, determining that the second user equipment is in the sharing range of the wireless access point.
As another possible implementation, if the sharing range is a preset range set by the wireless access point, for example, a circular area with a radius of 10 meters and with the wireless access point as the center. At this time, the location related information in the second user equipment connection request includes the longitude and latitude of the second user equipment, and correspondingly, the sharing information uploaded by the first user equipment also includes the longitude and latitude of the wireless access point. At this time, when the network device determines that the second user equipment is within the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the location related information, the method specifically includes: acquiring the distance between the second user equipment and the wireless access point according to the longitude and latitude of the second user equipment and the longitude and latitude of the wireless access point; and then determining that the second user equipment is in the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the distance. For example, the distance between the second user equipment and the wireless access point is calculated to be 7 meters based on the longitude and latitude, and the preset sharing range is a circular area with the wireless access point as a center and with a radius of 10 meters, so that it can be determined that the second user is in the sharing range of the wireless access point, and the wireless access point is a target wireless access point.
In an actual implementation process, as the number of wireless access points shared by the first user equipment increases, a larger number of sharable wireless access points are often stored in the network equipment. After receiving the connection request of the second user equipment, the network equipment may directly traverse all the wireless access points stored therein according to the information in the connection request, thereby matching out all the wireless access points suitable for various sharing modes of the second user equipment, and sending the identification information and the access information thereof to the second user equipment.
As another feasible implementation manner, the connection request of the second user equipment may further carry a sharing mode requirement, where the sharing mode requirement is used to mark a sharing type of a wireless access point required by the connection request, for example, to enable the network equipment to preferentially match a directionally-shared wireless access point or a pay-for-sharing wireless access point. Specifically, when determining a target wireless access point among the shared wireless access points, the method specifically includes:
firstly, according to sharing mode information of wireless access points, candidate wireless access points meeting sharing mode requirements are determined in the shared wireless access points. For example, the sharing mode requirement is a wireless access point requiring directional matching, and the network device may determine, during the processing, according to the sharing mode information in the shared wireless access point, for example, the identification information and the sharing range of the target user device including the directional sharing mode, and then determine that the wireless access point meets the current sharing mode requirement, so that the wireless access point is used as a candidate wireless access point. Therefore, the matching efficiency of the network equipment can be improved, the connection speed and the success rate of the second user equipment are increased, and the resource consumption of the network equipment is reduced.
Then, a target wireless access point is determined among the candidate wireless access points. The specific processing procedure of this step may refer to the corresponding processing procedures in the aforementioned three types of sharing modes, which are not described herein again.
Here, those skilled in the art can understand that all or part of the steps in the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by a program to instruct related hardware. The program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc. The program applied to the network equipment comprises the following steps when executed:
receiving sharing information of a shared wireless access point from first user equipment, wherein the sharing information comprises identification information and access information of the wireless access point;
receiving a connection request from a second user equipment;
determining a target wireless access point in the shared wireless access points according to the connection request;
and sending the identification information and the access information of the target wireless access point to the second user equipment.
The program applied to the first user equipment comprises the following steps when executed:
connecting or establishing a shared wireless access point, and determining sharing information of the shared wireless access point, wherein the sharing information comprises identification information and access information of the wireless access point;
and sending the shared information of the shared wireless access point to network equipment.
The program applied to the second user equipment comprises the following steps when executed:
sending a connection request to the network device;
receiving identification information and access information of a target wireless access point sent by the network equipment, wherein the target wireless access point is determined by the network equipment according to the connection request information;
and connecting the wireless access point according to the identification information and the access information.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides a first user equipment, a second user equipment and a network device, the method corresponding to the above devices is the sharing or connecting method in the foregoing embodiment, and the principle of solving the problem is similar to the method.
Fig. 3 shows a specific structural diagram of the first user equipment 110, the second user equipment 120 and the network equipment 130. Wherein the first user equipment comprises a fifth device 111 and a sixth device 112. Specifically, the fifth device 111 is configured to connect to or establish a shared wireless access point, and determine sharing information of the shared wireless access point, where the sharing information includes identification information and access information of the wireless access point.
In an actual scenario, the first user equipment may select a wireless access point for connection sharing or a wireless access point for establishing sharing according to different situations. For example, when the first user device is able to scan for an available wireless access point (e.g., AP1), it may then connect to the wireless access point AP 1. In this case, the identification information of the wireless Access point may be obtained during scanning, and specifically may be an SSID (Service Set Identifier) and a MAC (Media Access Control) address of the wireless Access point AP 1. Since the first user equipment needs to connect to the wireless access point AP1, the first user equipment can acquire the access information by default, which may specifically be an access password or the like.
Further, the shared information of the shared wireless access points may further include sharing mode information of the wireless access points. The sharing mode information refers to information about the sharing mode of the AP1, and is set by a user using the first user equipment, for example, the hotspot is a directional sharing mode, a paid sharing mode or a range sharing mode, and specific parameters in each sharing mode. Therefore, the first user equipment can determine the identification information, the access information and the sharing mode information in the sharing information.
In addition, a wireless access point may also be established at the first user equipment, for example, a smartphone may establish a virtual wireless access point AP2 by using its own 3G or 4G data network. Since the first user equipment is the wireless access point actively established, the identification information and the access information of the wireless access point AP2 can be directly known, and the sharing mode information can also be set by the user using the first user equipment.
The sixth means 112 is configured to send the shared information of the shared wireless access point to a network device. When the first user equipment sends the sharing information, the first user equipment may utilize a WiFi network corresponding to a connected wireless access point, or may also utilize a 3G or 4G data network of the first user equipment. Therefore, the first user equipment completes the sharing of the wireless access point, and the shared wireless access point comprises the wireless access point connected with the first user equipment or the wireless access point established by the first user equipment.
The second user equipment 120 comprises seventh means 121, eighth means 122 and ninth means 123. Wherein the seventh means 121 is configured to send a connection request to a network device. The eighth means 122 is configured to receive identification information and access information of a target wireless access point sent by the network device, where the target wireless access point is determined by the network device according to the connection request information. For example, the target wireless access point finally determined by the network device to be suitable for the second user equipment is the aforementioned wireless access point AP 1. The identification information of the wireless access point AP1 uploaded by the first user equipment is SSID1+ MAC1, and the access information is PASSWORD 1. Thus, the second user equipment can receive the identification information and the access information in the shared information of the AP 1. And said ninth means 123 is for connecting said wireless access point according to said identification information and access information. Thereby, the second user equipment is able to complete the automatic connection of the wireless access point.
Accordingly, the network device includes a first apparatus 131, a second apparatus 132, a third apparatus 133, and a fourth apparatus 134. The first device 131 is configured to receive shared information of a shared wireless access point from a first user equipment, where the shared information includes identification information and access information of the wireless access point.
In an actual scene, the network device may obtain the shared wireless access points by the plurality of first user devices at the same time or multiple times, store all the received shared wireless access points in the database, and establish an information table about the wireless access points, so as to facilitate subsequent matching and query.
The second means 132 is configured to receive a connection request from a second user equipment. Because the processes of sending the shared information by the first user equipment and sending the connection request by the second user equipment are independent, for the network equipment, the processing processes of receiving the shared information by the first device and receiving the connection request by the second device do not have strict sequential logic relationship.
The third means 133 is configured to determine a target wireless access point among the shared wireless access points according to the connection request. As a preferred embodiment, if the sharing information uploaded by the first user equipment includes sharing mode information of a shared wireless access point, the third device 133 may determine a target wireless access point from among the shared wireless access points according to the connection request and the sharing mode information of the wireless access points. Therefore, the corresponding information in the connection request can be further matched with the sharing mode information, so that the preferred wireless access point is selected as the target wireless access point, the connection success rate of the second user equipment is improved, and the user experience is optimized.
The fourth means 134 is configured to send the identification information and the access information of the target wireless access point to the second user equipment, so that the second wireless access point connects to the target wireless access point according to the identification information and the access information.
The sharing mode of the wireless access point can be set according to actual conditions, and the following preferred sharing modes are provided in the embodiment of the application:
one, directional sharing
That is, a wireless access point shared by the first user equipment is only opened to a specific one or more second user equipments. Specifically, the first user equipment may set a target user equipment in the directional sharing mode in the uploaded sharing mode information, so that the network equipment only sends the identification information and the access information of the wireless access point to the target user equipment. Further, in order to ensure that the second user equipment can be connected, it is further required to consider whether the second user equipment is within a certain range of the shared wireless access point, and thus, the sharing mode information further includes a sharing range of the directional sharing mode.
Specifically, for the directional sharing mode, the sharing mode information includes identification information and a sharing range of a target user equipment in the directional sharing mode, and the connection request sent by the second user equipment needs to include the identification information and the location association information of the second user equipment.
The third device 133 is specifically configured to determine, when it is determined that the identification information of the target user equipment is the same as the identification information of the second user equipment and it is determined that the second user equipment is within the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the location association information, the corresponding wireless access point as the target wireless access point.
For example, in the sharing mode, the identification information of the target UE is UE2, and the sharing range is the signal coverage range of AP1 in the sharing mode information of the AP 1; in the connection request, the identification information of the second user equipment is UE2, and the location association information is a list of wireless access points scanned by the second user equipment. Therefore, in the above specific determination process, since the identification information of the target UE is UE2 and the identification information of the second UE is UE2, it is determined that the first condition is satisfied; and the list of the wireless access points scanned by the second user equipment includes the wireless access point AP1, which indicates that the second user equipment is in the signal coverage of the AP1 and satisfies the second condition. Thus, the wireless access point AP1 may be determined to be the target wireless access point.
Payment sharing
That is, the wireless access point shared by the first user equipment sets a charging standard, and is opened to one or more second user equipments for charging. Specifically, the first user equipment may set cost information of the payment sharing mode in the uploaded sharing mode information, so that the network equipment confirms whether to agree with payment to the second user equipment that issued the connection request based on the cost information. Further, in order to ensure that the second user equipment can be connected, it is further required to consider whether the second user equipment is within a certain range of the shared wireless access point, and thus, the sharing mode information further includes a sharing range of the paid sharing mode.
Specifically, for the payment sharing mode, the sharing mode information includes cost information and a sharing range of the payment sharing mode, and the connection request includes location related information of the second user equipment.
The third device 133 is specifically configured to determine, when payment confirmation information of the second user equipment is acquired based on the cost information and it is determined that the second user equipment is located within the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the location association information, the corresponding wireless access point as a target wireless access point.
For example, in the sharing mode, the fee information is 2 yuan in the sharing mode information of the wireless access point AP1, and the sharing range is the signal coverage range of the AP 1; in the connection request, the location related information of the second user equipment is a list of wireless access points scanned by the second user equipment. Therefore, for the specific determination process, the network device may attempt to acquire the payment confirmation information of the second user device based on the fee information, and the specific processing manner may be: the third means 133 of the network device first sends payment notification information including cost information to the second user device, and if the user using the second user device agrees to pay, the network device may receive payment confirmation information returned by the second user device based on the payment notification information, thereby obtaining the payment confirmation information of the second user device based on the cost information and determining that the first condition is satisfied. In addition, if the wireless access point list scanned by the second user equipment includes the wireless access point AP1, it indicates that the second user equipment is within the signal coverage of the AP1 and satisfies the second condition. Thus, the wireless access point AP1 may be determined to be the target wireless access point.
In an actual application scenario, since the network device needs to include the interactive communication between the two devices in the process of acquiring the payment confirmation information from the second user device, certain computing resources and network resources need to be occupied. For the second user equipment not in the sharing range, even if the second user equipment agrees to pay, the second user equipment cannot be connected to the corresponding wireless access point, so that, in order to avoid the overhead of necessary computing resources and network resources, the third device 133 may obtain the payment confirmation information of the second user equipment based on the cost information after determining that the second user equipment is in the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the location related information. That is, the payment notification information is transmitted only to the second user equipment within the sharing range.
Third, range sharing
That is, the wireless access point shared by the first user equipment only sets a sharing range, and is opened to all the second user equipment located in the sharing range. Specifically, the first user equipment may set a sharing range of the range sharing mode in the uploaded sharing mode information. Similar to the sharing range in the directional sharing mode and the pay sharing mode, the sharing range may be an actual signal coverage range of the wireless access point, or a preset range set manually, for example, a circular area with a radius of 10-30 meters and centered on the wireless access point.
Specifically, for the range sharing mode, the sharing mode information includes a sharing range of the range sharing mode, and the connection request includes the location association information of the second user equipment.
The third device 133 is specifically configured to determine, when it is determined that the second user equipment is within the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the location association information, a corresponding wireless access point as a target wireless access point.
Further, if the sharing range adopts an actual signal coverage range of the wireless access point, the location association information in the connection request of the second user equipment may adopt a wireless access point list scanned by the second user equipment. Thus, it is determined that the second user equipment is in the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the location association information, and when the wireless access point list includes the wireless access point, the third device 133 determines that the second user equipment is in the sharing range of the wireless access point.
As another possible implementation, if the sharing range is a preset range set by the wireless access point, for example, a circular area with a radius of 10 meters and with the wireless access point as the center. At this time, the location related information in the second user equipment connection request includes the longitude and latitude of the second user equipment, and correspondingly, the sharing information uploaded by the first user equipment also includes the longitude and latitude of the wireless access point. At this time, when the network device determines that the second user equipment is within the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the location-related information, the third device 133 obtains the distance between the second user equipment and the wireless access point according to the longitude and latitude of the second user equipment and the longitude and latitude of the wireless access point; and then determining that the second user equipment is in the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the distance. For example, the distance between the second user equipment and the wireless access point is calculated to be 7 meters based on the longitude and latitude, and the preset sharing range is a circular area with the wireless access point as a center and with a radius of 10 meters, so that it can be determined that the second user is in the sharing range of the wireless access point, and the wireless access point is a target wireless access point.
In an actual implementation process, as the number of wireless access points shared by the first user equipment increases, a larger number of sharable wireless access points are often stored in the network equipment. After receiving the connection request of the second user equipment, the network equipment may directly traverse all the wireless access points stored therein according to the information in the connection request, thereby matching out all the wireless access points suitable for various sharing modes of the second user equipment, and sending the identification information and the access information thereof to the second user equipment.
As another feasible implementation manner, the connection request of the second user equipment may further carry a sharing mode requirement, where the sharing mode requirement is used to mark a sharing type of a wireless access point required by the connection request, for example, to enable the network equipment to preferentially match a directionally-shared wireless access point or a pay-for-sharing wireless access point. Specifically, when the third device determines the target wireless access point from the shared wireless access points, the following processing is specifically performed:
firstly, according to sharing mode information of wireless access points, candidate wireless access points meeting sharing mode requirements are determined in the shared wireless access points. For example, the sharing mode requirement is a wireless access point requiring directional matching, and the network device may determine, during the processing, according to the sharing mode information in the shared wireless access point, for example, the identification information and the sharing range of the target user device including the directional sharing mode, and then determine that the wireless access point meets the current sharing mode requirement, so that the wireless access point is used as a candidate wireless access point. Therefore, the matching efficiency of the network equipment can be improved, the connection speed and the success rate of the second user equipment are increased, and the resource consumption of the network equipment is reduced.
Then, a target wireless access point is determined among the candidate wireless access points. The third device may refer to the corresponding processing procedures in the three types of sharing modes during the processing of this step, which is not described herein again.
To sum up, the embodiment of the present application provides an end-to-end wireless access point sharing and connection scheme, where after a first user equipment connects or generates a shared wireless access point, related information of the wireless access point is uploaded to a network device, and different sharing mode information is set for the wireless access point, a second user equipment may send a connection request to the network device when the second user equipment needs to connect the wireless access point, the network device determines a target wireless access point suitable for the second user equipment to connect according to the connection request, and provides identification information and access information of the target wireless access point to the second user equipment, and the second user equipment can quickly and conveniently connect a WiFi network corresponding to the target wireless access point after receiving the identification information and the access information.
Further, when the first user equipment shares the wireless access point, different sharing mode information can be set for the wireless access point, and when the second user equipment needs to connect the wireless access point, the network equipment matches the sharing mode information according to the connection request to determine a target wireless access point suitable for the second user equipment to connect, so that the second user equipment can quickly connect the wireless access point in a corresponding mode.
It should be noted that the present application may be implemented in software and/or a combination of software and hardware, for example, implemented using Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), general purpose computers or any other similar hardware devices. In one embodiment, the software programs of the present application may be executed by a processor to implement the steps or functions described above. Likewise, the software programs (including associated data structures) of the present application may be stored in a computer readable recording medium, such as RAM memory, magnetic or optical drive or diskette and the like. Additionally, some of the steps or functions of the present application may be implemented in hardware, for example, as circuitry that cooperates with the processor to perform various steps or functions.
In addition, some of the present application may be implemented as a computer program product, such as computer program instructions, which when executed by a computer, may invoke or provide methods and/or techniques in accordance with the present application through the operation of the computer. Program instructions which invoke the methods of the present application may be stored on a fixed or removable recording medium and/or transmitted via a data stream on a broadcast or other signal-bearing medium and/or stored within a working memory of a computer device operating in accordance with the program instructions. Claims (12)

1. A method for sharing a wireless access point at a network device side comprises the following steps: receiving sharing information of a shared wireless access point from first user equipment, wherein the sharing information comprises identification information and access information of the wireless access point and sharing mode information, and the sharing mode information comprises a sharing range of a range sharing mode;
receiving a connection request from a second user equipment, wherein the connection request comprises second user equipment identification information and position associated information, and the position associated information comprises a wireless access point list scanned by the second user equipment;
when the wireless access point list contains the wireless access points, determining that the second user equipment is in the sharing range of the wireless access points, and if the second user equipment is determined to be in the sharing range of the wireless access points, determining the corresponding wireless access points as target wireless access points;
sending the identification information and the access information of the target wireless access point to the second user equipment so that the second user equipment is connected with the target wireless access point according to the identification information and the access information;
the sharing mode information comprises identification information and a sharing range of target user equipment in a directional sharing mode, and the connection request comprises identification information and position association information of the second user equipment;
determining a target wireless access point in the shared wireless access points according to the connection request and the sharing information of the wireless access points, comprising:
if the identification information of the target user equipment is determined to be the same as the identification information of the second user equipment and the second user equipment is determined to be in the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the position association information, determining the corresponding wireless access point as the target wireless access point; the sharing mode information comprises fee information and a sharing range of a payment sharing mode, and the connection request comprises position associated information of the second user equipment;
determining a target wireless access point in the shared wireless access points according to the connection request and the sharing information of the wireless access points, comprising:
and if the payment confirmation information of the second user equipment is acquired based on the cost information and the second user equipment is determined to be in the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the position association information, determining the corresponding wireless access point as a target wireless access point.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining payment confirmation information of a second user equipment based on the cost information and determining that the second user equipment is within a sharing range of the wireless access point according to the location association information comprises:
and after the second user equipment is determined to be in the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the position association information, acquiring payment confirmation information of the second user equipment based on the cost information.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein obtaining payment confirmation information of the second user equipment based on the fee information comprises:
sending payment notification information containing the expense information to the second user equipment;
and receiving payment confirmation information returned by the second user equipment based on the payment notification information.
4. The method of any of claims 1-2, wherein the location-associated information further includes a latitude and longitude of a second user device, and the shared information further includes a latitude and longitude of the wireless access point;
determining that the second user equipment is within the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the location correlation information, including:
acquiring the distance between the second user equipment and the wireless access point according to the longitude and latitude of the second user equipment and the longitude and latitude of the wireless access point;
and determining that the second user equipment is in the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the distance.
5. The method of any of claims 1-2, wherein the connection request further comprises a sharing mode requirement;
determining a target wireless access point among the shared wireless access points, comprising:
determining candidate wireless access points meeting the sharing mode requirements in the shared wireless access points according to the sharing mode information of the wireless access points;
determining a target wireless access point among the candidate wireless access points.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the shared wireless access point is a wireless access point to which the first user equipment is connected or established.
7. A network device, wherein the device comprises:
the device comprises a first device and a second device, wherein the first device is used for receiving sharing information of a shared wireless access point from first user equipment, the sharing information comprises identification information and access information of the wireless access point and sharing mode information, and the sharing mode information comprises a sharing range of a range sharing mode;
a second apparatus, configured to receive a connection request from a second user equipment, where the connection request includes second user equipment identification information and location association information, and the location association information includes a list of wireless access points scanned by the second user equipment;
a third device, configured to determine that the second user equipment is within a sharing range of the wireless access point when the wireless access point list includes the wireless access point, and if it is determined that the second user equipment is within the sharing range of the wireless access point, determine a corresponding wireless access point as a target wireless access point;
a fourth device, configured to send the identification information and the access information of the target wireless access point to the second user equipment, so that the second user equipment connects to the target wireless access point according to the identification information and the access information;
the sharing mode information comprises identification information and a sharing range of target user equipment in a directional sharing mode, and the connection request comprises position association information of the second user equipment;
the third device is configured to determine that the identification information of the target user equipment is the same as the identification information of the second user equipment, and determine, according to the location association information, that the second user equipment is within the sharing range of the wireless access point, that the corresponding wireless access point is a target wireless access point;
the sharing mode information comprises fee information and a sharing range of a payment sharing mode, and the connection request comprises position associated information of the second user equipment;
and the third device is used for determining the corresponding wireless access point as a target wireless access point when the payment confirmation information of the second user equipment is acquired based on the expense information and the second user equipment is determined to be in the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the position association information.
8. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the third means is configured to obtain payment confirmation information of the second user equipment based on the cost information after determining that the second user equipment is within the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the location association information.
9. The apparatus according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the third means is configured to send payment notification information containing fee information to a second user equipment, and receive payment confirmation information returned by the second user equipment based on the payment notification information.
10. The device of any one of claims 7 or 8, wherein the location-associated information comprises a latitude and longitude of a second user device, and the shared information further comprises a latitude and longitude of the wireless access point;
the third device is used for acquiring the distance between the second user equipment and the wireless access point according to the longitude and latitude of the second user equipment and the longitude and latitude of the wireless access point; and
and determining that the second user equipment is in the sharing range of the wireless access point according to the distance.
11. The device of any of claims 7 or 8, wherein the connection request further comprises a sharing mode requirement;
