本发明公开的属于新材料技术领域,具体为一种隔热防水环保涂料漆,该隔热防水环保涂料漆包括如下组成成分:热稳定添加剂:2‑4份;丁酸醋酸纤维素:1‑3份;防锈剂:1‑2份;乳液:70‑80份;杀菌防腐剂:1‑3份;纳米二氧化硅:1‑3份;硅酸盐纤维:3‑5份;填料:10‑15份和水20‑25份,该发明提出的一种隔热防水环保涂料漆,各组成成分能形成良好的相容性和粘接性,能够直接涂覆在建筑物的表面,形成美观、整体性强的保温防水体系,能够有效的起到对紫外线和太阳光反射的作用,具有超强的热反射,阻止热对流热传导,并具有耐腐蚀,成本低,施工方便的特点,节能环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及新材料技术领域,具体为一种隔热防水环保涂料漆。
背景技术
涂料,在中国传统名称为油漆。所谓涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主,添加或不添加颜料、填料,添加相应助剂,用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。现有的涂料漆的防水隔热性能差,满足不了屋顶和外墙的使用需要,应用范围窄,且成本高,多含有有害物质。为此,我们提出一种隔热防水环保涂料漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隔热防水环保涂料漆,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的涂料漆的防水隔热性能差,满足不了屋顶和外墙的使用需要,应用范围窄,且成本高,多含有有害物质的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种隔热防水环保涂料漆,该隔热防水环保涂料漆包括如下组成成分:
热稳定添加剂:2-4份;丁酸醋酸纤维素:1-3份;防锈剂:1-2份;乳液:70-80份;杀菌防腐剂:1-3份;纳米二氧化硅:1-3份;硅酸盐纤维:3-5份;填料:10-15份和水20-25份。
优选的,所述热稳定添加剂为甲基丙烯酸多缩乙二醇酯共聚物。
优选的,所述防锈剂为偏硼酸钙、硅酸钙和铁酸锌中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述乳液为丙烯酸共聚物乳液。
优选的,所述填料为滑石粉、重钙粉和高岭土中的至少一种。
优选的,所述重钙的目数为350-450目,所述滑石粉的目数为400-350目,所述滑石粉、重钙粉和高岭之间的分量比为6:5:3。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该发明提出的一种隔热防水环保涂料漆,各组成成分能形成良好的相容性和粘接性,能够直接涂覆在建筑物的表面,形成美观、整体性强的保温防水体系,能够有效的起到对紫外线和太阳光反射的作用,具有超强的热反射,阻止热对流热传导,并具有耐腐蚀,成本低,施工方便的特点,节能环保。

热稳定添加剂:2份,所述热稳定添加剂为甲基丙烯酸多缩乙二醇酯共聚物;丁酸醋酸纤维素:3份;防锈剂:2份,所述防锈剂为偏硼酸钙、硅酸钙和铁酸锌中的一种或多种;乳液:78份,所述乳液为丙烯酸共聚物乳液;杀菌防腐剂:2份;纳米二氧化硅:1.3份;硅酸盐纤维:4.4份;填料:11份,所述填料为滑石粉、重钙粉和高岭土中的至少一种,所述重钙的目数为350-450目,所述滑石粉的目数为400-350目,所述滑石粉、重钙粉和高岭之间的分量比为6:5:3;水23份。
实施例2
该隔热防水环保涂料漆包括如下组成成分:
热稳定添加剂:3份,所述热稳定添加剂为甲基丙烯酸多缩乙二醇酯共聚物;丁酸醋酸纤维素:3份;防锈剂:2份,所述防锈剂为偏硼酸钙、硅酸钙和铁酸锌中的一种或多种;乳液:72份,所述乳液为丙烯酸共聚物乳液;杀菌防腐剂:1份;纳米二氧化硅:1份;硅酸盐纤维:3份;填料:15份,所述填料为滑石粉、重钙粉和高岭土中的至少一种,所述重钙的目数为350-450目,所述滑石粉的目数为400-350目,所述滑石粉、重钙粉和高岭之间的分量比为6:5:3;水20份。
实施例3
该隔热防水环保涂料漆包括如下组成成分:
热稳定添加剂:3份,所述热稳定添加剂为甲基丙烯酸多缩乙二醇酯共聚物;丁酸醋酸纤维素:2份;防锈剂:1.5份,所述防锈剂为偏硼酸钙、硅酸钙和铁酸锌中的一种或多种;乳液:75份,所述乳液为丙烯酸共聚物乳液;杀菌防腐剂:2份;纳米二氧化硅:2份;硅酸盐纤维:4份;填料:12.5份,所述填料为滑石粉、重钙粉和高岭土中的至少一种,所述重钙的目数为350-450目,所述滑石粉的目数为400-350目,所述滑石粉、重钙粉和高岭之间的分量比为6:5:3;水22.5份。

热稳定添加剂:2-4份;丁酸醋酸纤维素:1-3份;防锈剂:1-2份;乳液:70-80份;杀菌防腐剂:1-3份;纳米二氧化硅:1-3份;硅酸盐纤维:3-5份;填料:10-15份和水20-25份。
