Description

Method for manufacturing water paint box
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of containers, in particular to a manufacturing method of a water-based paint box.
Background
When the container is produced, the top plate, the bottom frame, the side walls, the front end and the door end are produced respectively and then assembled to form a container body of the container. For example, the invention of application No. 201110111473.5 discloses a method of painting a container, comprising: spraying a layer of water-based primer on the inner surface and the outer surface of the container; and drying the water-borne base coat applied to the interior and exterior surfaces of the container. The invention also discloses a method for drying the water-based paint applied to the surface of the container, which comprises the following steps: the interior of the container is ventilated and the exterior of the container is ventilated until the aqueous coating sprayed on the interior and exterior surfaces of the container is completely dried.
Containers made of metallic materials, particularly steel, currently require multiple coatings on the surface of the material to protect the material from corrosion or tarnishing. Conventional coatings are typically oil-based coatings containing organic solvents/diluents. However, these organic solvents/diluents are volatilized during the coating process and the process of forming and curing the coating (also referred to as drying process), which not only seriously pollute the construction environment and the surrounding atmosphere, but also endanger the health of the coating operators. The development of shipping industry has facilitated the development of container manufacturing. Therefore, the coating in the container industry is urgently required to be green. In order to reduce the environmental pollution in the production and manufacturing process of the container, the container is at least partially sprayed with the water-based paint.
Waterborne coatings have now been developed that use water as a solvent. Because water is used as a solvent, the harm of the water-based paint to the environment and human bodies is obviously reduced compared with the traditional oil-based paint. In the current coating process of the container, a layer of primer is firstly sprayed on the surface of the container, then finish paint is directly sprayed on the surface of the container, and then the container is dried until the sprayed paint is dried. However, for aqueous coatings, especially aqueous paints, each coat must be dried before the next coat can be applied. In the production process of the water-based paint box, the front end, the side plates, the top plate, the bottom frame and the rear end are assembled at the assembly table to form a closed box body, and then the processes of spraying paint and the like are carried out, so that the box body space is closed, and the product quality of the water-based paint box with high drying requirement is greatly influenced.
Therefore, there is a need for a method of manufacturing a water-based paint box that at least partially solves the above problems.

First embodiment
The water paint box of the present invention includes an underframe, a door end, a left side, a top panel 101, a right side 102, a front end, and a floor. The embodiment provides a method for manufacturing a water paint box, which comprises the following steps:
step S101: connecting the bottom frame with the door end, the left side part, the right side part and the top plate to form a first combination body with an opening at the front end part;
step S102: spraying paint on the first assembly;
step S104: drying the first assembly after painting;
step S105: spraying paint again on the dried first combination;
step S106: drying the first combination after the second paint spraying;
step S107: and connecting the first combination body after the drying treatment again with the box board which is dried and sprayed with paint and closed and provided with an opening at the front end to form the box body of the water paint box.
Specifically, the door end of the water-based paint box is connected to both ends of the bottom frame, and the left and right side portions 102 are connected to both sides of the bottom frame, respectively, to form a first assembly 100 having a front end opening 104, the first assembly 100 having an opening 104 facing forward. Further, the bottom of the door end is welded to one end of the underframe, and the bottom of the left side part and the bottom of the right side part 102 are welded to both sides of the underframe, respectively, so that the connection between the underframe and the door end, the left side part and the right side part 102 is firmer. The top plate 101 may be integrally formed or made of a plurality of plate materials by tailor welding. The top of the door end is welded to one end of the upper frame, and the top of the left side portion and the top of the right side portion 102 are welded to both sides of the top plate 101, respectively, so that the top plate 101 and the door end, the left side portion and the right side portion 102 are coupled together.
Of course, before step S104, step S103 may also be included: the front end is painted. In step S104, a drying process may be performed on the painted front end portion.
The first assembly 100 having the opening 104 is painted and the front end portion is painted. Of course, the front end portion may be painted first, and then the first assembly 100 may be painted; alternatively, the top panel may be painted before the first assembly 100 is formed by connecting the bottom frame to the door end, the left side portion, the right side portion, and the front end portion.
In the process of producing the water-based paint box, a plurality of layers of paints or water-based paints need to be sprayed, after one layer of paint or water-based paint is sprayed, the next layer of paint or water-based paint cannot be sprayed again under the condition that the paint surface is not completely dried, and the next layer of paint or water-based paint needs to be sprayed again after the paint surface of the paint or water-based paint is dried, so that the method is particularly important for timely and effective drying treatment of the first assembly after paint spraying. The first assembly after painting is ventilated and dried, the first assembly is provided with an opening, so that the first assembly is convenient for drying and ventilation, and the problems of poor drying and ventilation effect and difficult sanding treatment in the existing manufacturing method of the container are solved. Of course, step S108 may be performed before, after, or simultaneously with step S107. Therefore, when the floor is installed, the safety of the floor and the front end part and the stability of the whole box body size can be comprehensively considered, and meanwhile, the arrangement of box body inspection stations is facilitated.
Second embodiment
The present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that an opening 204 is opened in the front end 203 of the water-based paint tank. Specifically, the embodiment provides a method for manufacturing a water-based paint box, which comprises the following steps:
step S101': connecting the underframe with the door end, the left side part, the right side part, the top plate and the front end part;
step S102': opening the connected front end part to form a first combination body with an opening;
step S103': spraying paint on the first assembly;
step S104': drying the first assembly after painting;
step S105': spraying paint again on the dried first combination;
step S106': drying the first combination after the second paint spraying;
step S107': and closing the opening of the first combination after the drying treatment again to form the box body of the water paint box.
Specifically, the door end and the front end 203 of the water paint box are connected to both ends of the bottom frame, respectively, and the left side and the right side 202 are connected to both sides of the bottom frame, respectively. The connected front end portion 203 is opened with an opening 204 to form a first assembly 200, and the first assembly 200 has the opening 204 facing forward. Further, the bottom of the door end and the bottom of the front end 203 are welded to both ends of the chassis, and the bottom of the left side portion and the bottom of the right side portion 202 are welded to both sides of the chassis, respectively, so that the connection between the chassis and the door end, the left side portion, the right side portion, and the front end is more secure. The top of the door end and the top of the front end 203 are welded to the two ends of the top plate 201, and the top of the left side part and the top of the right side part 202 are welded to the two sides of the top plate 201, respectively, so that the connection between the top plate 201 and the door end, the left side part, the right side part 202 and the front end 203 is firmer. The first assembly 200 having the opening 204 is subjected to painting and drying treatment, and the opening 204 of the first assembly 200 after the painting and drying treatment is closed to form a body of the water-based paint box 200.
In step S102 ', the opening 204 is opened in the front end portion 203, that is, the partial box board of the front end portion 203 is separated from the front end portion 203, and in step S107', the box board separated from the front end portion 203 may be closed again by the opening 204. Of course, the box board separated from the front end portion 203 may be painted, and since the first assembly 200 and the box board separated from the front end portion 203 are painted with paint or water-based paint, the painted first assembly 200 and the box board separated from the painted front end portion 203 are joined together by bonding or caulking, so as to enhance the strength of the position where the front end portion is joined to the first assembly 200. Of course, when the opening 204 of the first assembly 200 is closed, the opening may be closed by using another material instead of the box board separated from the front end 203.
Because the production of the water-based paint box is flow line production, the effects of the procedures of ventilation, drying treatment and the like of the water-based paint box after paint spraying are better than those of the ventilation and drying treatment of the existing container, and finally the front end part is assembled. During the production and processing process, an opening is reserved at the top of the water-based paint box, so that the water-based paint box is ventilated through the opening. Meanwhile, under the condition that paint is sprayed on the surface of the box body, welding between the front end portion and the first combination body is difficult to achieve, and therefore the front end portion is selected to be connected with the first combination body in a bonding or riveting mode. After final assembly, the water-based paint box enters the assembly line through the sand paint line, and the front end part and the first combination are connected on the assembly line, so that air circulation of the first combination in the box of the sand paint line can be ensured.
