Either mechanically or electrically. Either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any other relationship. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a drainage device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is used for a washing appliance 100, and the washing appliance 100 is, for example, a dishwasher. The washing appliance 100 includes an inner container 20. A washing chamber 21 is formed in the inner tub 20. The drain device 10 is installed in the inner tub 20 and is located outside the washing chamber 21. The drainage device 10 can discharge water in the inner container 20 to the outside of the inner container 20.
It is understood that further, the washing appliance 100 comprises a bowl basket (not shown), a shower device and a pump body device (not shown). The pump body arrangement may comprise a wash pump and a drain pump. Wherein, the washing pump is connected with the spraying device. The drainage pump is connected with the drainage device. The bowl basket is disposed in the washing chamber 21. The bowl basket can be used for placing tableware. The shower arrangement comprises a spray arm 22 arranged in the washing chamber 21 and rotatable relative to the bowl basket. The spray arm 22 is opened with a plurality of spray holes (not shown) spaced apart toward the bowl basket. The pump body device is connected with the spraying device. Thus, when the washing appliance 100 is in the washing stage, water can be pumped by the washing pump to the spray device and sprayed by the spray arm 22 into the dish basket to wash dishes placed in the dish basket. In addition, when the washing appliance 100 is in an operation stage (for example, when the washing appliance 100 is in a washing stage), the water in the inner tub may be discharged out of the inner tub 20 through the drainage device 10 by the drainage pump.
The drainage device 10 of the embodiment of the present invention includes a body 11 and a baffle 12. The body 11 has an inlet pipe 13, an air passage pipe 14 and an outlet pipe 15 formed therein. Wherein the water inlet conduit 13 communicates with the washing chamber 21. The water outlet pipe 15 is communicated with the water inlet pipe 13 and the air vent pipe 14. The body 11 is opened with a vent 111 communicating with the outside atmosphere. The vent opening 111 is located higher than the opening 140 at the end of the vent tube 14 remote from the outlet tube 15. The flap 12 is movably disposed between the vent opening 111 and an end opening 140 of the vent tube 14. The flap 12 is configured to be movable between a first position a and a second position b. When the flap 12 is in the first position a (shown in fig. 4), the flap 12 blocks the vent 111. When the flap 12 is in the second position b (shown in fig. 5), the flap 12 is positioned at the one end opening 140 of the vent tube 14 and opens the vent 111 to place the vent 111 in communication with the vent tube 14.
In this way, the water inlet pipe 13 is communicated with the inner container 20 of the washing electric appliance 100, so that water in the inner container 20 of the washing electric appliance 100 can enter the drainage device 10 through the water inlet pipe 13 and can flow out of the drainage device 10 through the water outlet pipe 15 under the action of the drainage pump. When the blocking plate 12 is located at the second position b, the vent hole 111 is communicated with the vent pipeline 14 and the external atmosphere, so that water in the inner container 20 can be prevented from being excessively discharged by the drainage device 10 due to the siphon phenomenon caused by the decrease of the air pressure in the pipeline of the drainage device, the subsequent normal washing of the washing electric appliance 100 can be ensured, and the user experience is improved. In addition, when the flap 12 is located at the first position a, the flap 12 can prevent water with a large pressure from spilling out of the drainage device 10 through the vent 111 and affecting the normal use of the drainage device 10 and the washing appliance 100.
When the drainage device 10 is stopped, the stopper 12 is in the second position b, and it is possible to prevent foreign substances such as an ash layer from falling into the vent pipe 14 through the vent hole.
In certain embodiments, the baffle 12 is a rubber sheet. Thus, the flap 12 has elasticity, so that when the flap 12 is located at the first position, the sealing effect when the flap 12 blocks the vent hole 111 is better. In addition, the flap 12 is lightweight, which ensures that the flap 12 can be smoothly moved back and forth between the first position a and the second position b.
In some embodiments, the flap 12 is configured to move from the first position a to the second position b by its own weight, and to move from the second position b to the first position a by the rising air pressure of the air duct 14.
Thus, even if the water level in the water inlet pipe 13 is instantaneously moved upward due to a large initial water pressure and the air pressure in the pipe in the drainage device 10 is increased to push up the stopper piece 12 when the drainage device 10 starts the drainage operation, the water in the pipe in the drainage device 10 is not spilled out of the drainage device through the vent hole 111. The stopper 12 can move to the first position a by the rising air pressure of the pipe in the drain device 10 to block the vent 111. In addition, after the drainage device 10 is operated for a period of time, the air pressure of the vent pipe 14 will decrease, and then the blocking piece 12 can move from the first position a to the second position b by its own weight, and then the vent 111 is opened, so as to ensure that the air pressure of the vent pipe 14 is consistent with the pressure of the external atmosphere, and prevent the siphon phenomenon.
In certain embodiments, the size of the one end opening 140 of the vent tube 14 is larger than the size of the vent 111. The planar dimensions of the flap 12 are greater than the dimensions of the one end opening 140 of the vent conduit 14. In this way, the size of the vent 111 is small, which can further prevent water in the drain 10 from overflowing through the vent 111 during the draining process. In addition, since the flat size of the flap 12 is large, the flap 12 has a large design margin, has a good sealing effect when blocking the vent 111, and can sufficiently cover the one end opening 140 of the vent duct 14.
In certain embodiments, the vent tube 14 is serpentine in shape. In this way, the resistance of the water in the inlet pipe 13 or the outlet pipe 15 to the air duct 14 can be increased, and the water is prevented from flowing out of the one end opening 140 of the air duct 14.
In certain embodiments, the vent conduit 14 includes a first conduit section 141 and a second conduit section 142. The second tubing section 142 is serpentine in shape. The second pipe section 142 connects the outlet pipe 15 and the first pipe section 141. The first duct section 141 tapers from the second duct section 142 towards the end opening 140 of the vent duct 14.
In this manner, the one end opening 140 of the airway tube 14 can be made smaller, and thus the flap 12 can be made smaller, to facilitate movement of the flap 12 between the first position a and the second position b. Furthermore, since the second duct section 142 is tapered and the flap 12 is located at the second position b, the contact area with the one end opening 140 of the vent duct 14 is small, so that the rising air pressure of the vent duct 14 can generate a large force on the flap 12 to make the flap 12 sufficiently close the vent hole 111 under the effect of the rising air pressure.
In certain embodiments, second conduit section 142 includes third conduit section 143 and fourth conduit section 144. The fourth pipe segment 144 has a meandering shape. The fourth tube section 144 connects the outlet tube 15 and the third tube section 143. Third pipe section 143 connects fourth pipe section 144 and first pipe section 141. The third line segment 143 tapers toward the first line segment 141. The length of the third pipe section 143 is less than the length of the first pipe section 141.
In this way, if the water in the pipe enters the air duct 14 during the drainage operation of the drainage device 10, the first pipe section 141 gradually increasing upward buffers the upward flow speed of the water flow, and the water entering the air duct 14 flows back to the outlet pipe 15.
In certain embodiments, the cross-sectional area of the portion of the fourth conduit segment 144 proximate to the outlet conduit 15 is less than the cross-sectional area of the portion of the fourth conduit segment 144 proximate to the third conduit segment 143. In this way, if the water in the pipe enters the air duct 14 during the drainage of the drainage device 10, the fourth pipe section 144 can buffer the upward flow speed of the water flow, and then the water entering the air duct 14 can flow back to the outlet pipe 15.
In some embodiments, the body 11 includes an annular plate 145 extending from the edge of the one end opening 140 of the vent tube 14 into the one end opening 140 of the vent tube 14. When the flap 12 is located at the second position b, the flap 12 is located on the annular plate 145. In this manner, the provision of the annular plate 145 can reduce the opening area of the one-end opening 140 of the air duct 14. Thus, when the rising air pressure of the air duct 14 is established, the flap 12 is subjected to a smaller force area, so that the flap 12 is fully movable to the first position a by the rising air pressure of the air duct 14.
In some embodiments, the inlet 130 of the inlet conduit 13 is positioned lower than the other end opening 1401 of the outlet conduit 15 to which the aeration conduit 14 is connected. The outlet 150 of the outlet tube 15 is positioned lower than the other end opening 1401 of the outlet tube 15 to which the vent tube 14 is connected. The water inlet pipe 13 and the water outlet pipe 15 are connected to form an inverted U shape. In this way, water entering the outlet conduit 15 from the inlet conduit 13 is prevented from being sucked back into the inlet conduit 13.
In certain embodiments, the drain 10 includes an extraction fan 16. The body 11 is provided with a mounting groove 17. The suction fan 16 is mounted to the mounting groove 17 and is formed with an air flow passage 161 communicating with the opening 110 of the mounting groove 17. The air flow channel 161 is separated from the inlet conduit 13, the vent conduit 14 and the outlet conduit 15. In this way, the opening 110 of the mounting groove 17 can be communicated with the washing chamber 21, and the air in the washing chamber 21 can be renewed by the operation of the suction fan 16, so that the drainage device 10 has the ventilation function at the same time. For example, when the washing appliance 100 enters the drying phase, the suction fan 16 may be turned on to refresh the wet gas inside the washing chamber 21 to promote drying.
In the present embodiment, the drain device 10 can be mounted to the inner container 20 through the opening 110 of the mounting groove 17. The opening 110 of the mounting groove 17 communicates with the washing chamber 21. The body 11 is opened with an exhaust port 18. The body 11 has an exhaust passage 181 formed therein. The exhaust passage 181 communicates with the exhaust port 18 and the air flow passage 161.
