Abstract
The invention discloses a management system for dialing telephone outside prison, comprising: a rights database and at least one outbound calling device. The management system for the external dialing telephone of the prison has strong functions, high automation degree, flexible, convenient and safe control, overcomes the defects of large monitoring workload, inconvenient monitoring, incapability of recording the system and the like of the traditional external dialing telephone system of the prison, can realize safe use and management of the external dialing telephone through a dialing and answering separation mode, a background system for controlling dialing and the like, and thoroughly avoids various hidden dangers in the use process of the original external dialing telephone. The invention greatly facilitates the contact of prisoners with relatives, friends and the like, greatly reduces the working pressure and burden of prison police and greatly improves the supervision level.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of voiceprint recognition, in particular to a management system for an external dialing telephone of a prison.
Background
In the current information society, personal identity identification and security verification are required in various social fields such as national security, judicial expertise, public security and the like. Public security has high technical requirements on human identity identification and security verification, and biometric identification is the most common technical means. The biometric identification (Biometrics authentication) technology is a technology that is closely combined with high-tech means such as optics, acoustics, biosensors and biometrical principles through a computer and utilizes the inherent physiological characteristics (such as fingerprints, human faces, irises, voice and the like) of a human body to identify the identity of an individual. the external dialing communication device is connected with the authority database and comprises: the system comprises a voiceprint application module, a dialing module, a microphone, a voiceprint comparison module and an abnormity early warning module;
the voiceprint application module is used for acquiring the voice of the monitored object, extracting voiceprint characteristics according to the voice and determining the identity of the monitored object by comparing the voiceprint characteristics with the voiceprint characteristics of each monitored object in the authority database;
the system comprises a dialing module, a voiceprint application module, a voice recognition module and a voice recognition module, wherein the dialing module is used for dialing an external call number, is connected with the voiceprint application module and is used for comparing the dialing number with a number set corresponding to a monitored object and hanging up the dialing number according to a comparison result;
the microphone is used for monitoring an external call of an object and answering the external call of the object;
the voiceprint comparison module is connected with the microphone and used for extracting voiceprint characteristics aiming at each sentence of call received by the microphone and comparing the voiceprint characteristics with all pre-stored voiceprint characteristics in a voiceprint set corresponding to the monitored object;

Preferably, the voiceprint comparison module works in the following manner: extracting voiceprint characteristics of each call received by the microphone, comparing the received voiceprint characteristics of the first call with all pre-stored voiceprint characteristics in the voiceprint set, judging whether the voiceprint characteristics of the call exist in the voiceprint set or not, and if not, performing early warning through the abnormity early warning module; if the voiceprint feature of one conversation is not extracted from the second sentence, the extracted voiceprint feature is compared with the voiceprint feature of the previous sentence, whether the extracted voiceprint feature is consistent with the voiceprint feature of the previous sentence is judged, and if yes, the current state is maintained; and if not, comparing the extracted voiceprint features with all prestored voiceprint features in the voiceprint set, judging whether the voiceprint features of the voice call exist in the voiceprint set, and if not, performing early warning through an abnormity early warning module.
The invention provides a management system for dialing telephones outside a prison, which monitors the calls in the prison in real time. In the invention, the voiceprint recognition technology is adopted to realize the full monitoring of all calls, the matched characteristic objects are automatically analyzed and compared with the big data, and the full networking data is matched, so that the monitoring system realizes the full coverage of monitoring.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the system for managing the phone dialing outside the prison provided by the invention comprises: a rights database and at least one outbound calling device.
The authority database is internally provided with a number set and a voiceprint set aiming at each monitored object, the number set comprises one or more communication numbers, the voiceprint set comprises one or more voiceprint features, and each voiceprint feature corresponds to one identity information. In the authority database, each monitoring object stores identity information and voiceprint characteristics. Specifically, the numbers included in the number set are phone numbers which correspond to each monitoring object and are authorized to make a call; each voiceprint feature in the voiceprint set is the voiceprint feature of the voice of the person whose identity can be checked to communicate with the monitored object.
The external dialing communication device is connected with the authority database and comprises: the voice print monitoring system comprises a voice print application module, a dialing module, a microphone, a voice print comparison module, an abnormity early warning module, a monitoring module and a recording module.
The voiceprint application module is used for acquiring the voice of the monitored object, extracting voiceprint characteristics according to the voice and determining the identity of the monitored object by comparing the voiceprint characteristics with the voiceprint characteristics of each monitored object in the permission database. Specifically, in the embodiment, the identity of the monitored object is confirmed through voiceprint comparison, so that the possibility of identity spoofing is prevented, the application and checking approval process of the external call is simplified, and the identity of the monitored object of the external call can be quickly confirmed through voiceprint comparison, so that the targeted monitoring can be performed.
The dialing module is used for dialing an external call number, is connected with the voiceprint application module, and is used for comparing the dialing number with a number set corresponding to a monitored object and hanging up the dialing number according to a comparison result. Specifically, after the identity of the monitored object of the external call is confirmed by the voiceprint application module, a number set corresponding to the monitored object can be obtained from the right database, and then the dialed number acquired by the dialing module is compared with each number in the number set to judge whether the number dialed by the monitored object is legal or not. If the dialed number is in the number set, the external call can be normally carried out so far; if the dialed number is not in the number set, the external call is hung up so far, and the supervision risk is reduced.
The microphone is used for monitoring the external call of the object and for the monitoring object to answer the external call. In this embodiment, the monitoring module and the recording module are both connected to the receiver, the monitoring module is configured to monitor the content of the external call of the monitored object, and the recording module is configured to record the content of the external call of the monitored object.
The voiceprint comparison module is connected with the microphone and used for extracting voiceprint characteristics aiming at each sentence of call received by the microphone and comparing the voiceprint characteristics with all pre-stored voiceprint characteristics in a voiceprint set corresponding to the monitored object. And the abnormity early warning module is connected with the voiceprint comparison module and is used for early warning the preset object according to the comparison result of the voiceprint comparison module.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the voiceprint comparison module operates in the following manner: extracting voiceprint characteristics of each call received by the microphone, comparing the received voiceprint characteristics of the first call with all pre-stored voiceprint characteristics in the voiceprint set, judging whether the voiceprint characteristics of the call exist in the voiceprint set or not, and if not, performing early warning through the abnormity early warning module; if the voiceprint feature of one conversation is not extracted from the second sentence, the extracted voiceprint feature is compared with the voiceprint feature of the previous sentence, whether the extracted voiceprint feature is consistent with the voiceprint feature of the previous sentence is judged, and if yes, the current state is maintained; and if not, comparing the extracted voiceprint features with all prestored voiceprint features in the voiceprint set, judging whether the voiceprint features of the voice call exist in the voiceprint set, and if not, performing early warning through an abnormity early warning module. In this way, in the present embodiment, by comparing the voiceprint feature with the question feature of the previous sentence from the call received in the second sentence, the voiceprint comparison efficiency can be improved, and the monitoring level of the call security can be improved.

the authority database is internally provided with a number set and a voiceprint set aiming at each monitored object, the number set comprises one or more communication numbers, the voiceprint set comprises one or more voiceprint characteristics, and each voiceprint characteristic corresponds to identity information; in the authority database, each monitored object stores identity information and voiceprint characteristics;
the external dialing communication device is connected with the authority database and comprises: the system comprises a voiceprint application module, a dialing module, a microphone, a voiceprint comparison module and an abnormity early warning module;
the voiceprint application module is used for acquiring the voice of the monitored object, extracting voiceprint characteristics according to the voice and determining the identity of the monitored object by comparing the voiceprint characteristics with the voiceprint characteristics of each monitored object in the authority database;
the system comprises a dialing module, a voiceprint application module, a voice recognition module and a voice recognition module, wherein the dialing module is used for dialing an external call number, is connected with the voiceprint application module and is used for comparing the dialing number with a number set corresponding to a monitored object and hanging up the dialing number according to a comparison result;
the microphone is used for monitoring an external call of an object and answering the external call of the object;

the working mode of the voiceprint comparison module is as follows: extracting voiceprint characteristics of each call received by the microphone, comparing the received voiceprint characteristics of the first call with all pre-stored voiceprint characteristics in the voiceprint set, judging whether the voiceprint characteristics of the call exist in the voiceprint set or not, and if not, performing early warning through the abnormity early warning module; from the second sentence, when the voiceprint feature of one sentence of call is extracted, the extracted voiceprint feature is compared with the voiceprint feature of the previous sentence to judge whether the extracted voiceprint feature is consistent with the voiceprint feature of the previous sentence, if so, the current state is maintained; and if not, comparing the extracted voiceprint features with all prestored voiceprint features in the voiceprint set, judging whether the voiceprint features of the voice call exist in the voiceprint set, and if not, performing early warning through an abnormity early warning module.
2. The system for managing external dialing telephones for prisons as claimed in claim 1, wherein the external dialing telephone device further comprises a monitoring module for monitoring the content of the external call of the monitored object.
