本发明公开了防火门技术领域的一种防火门，包括门框和门扇，所述门框和门扇通过合页连接，所述门扇前表面左侧设置有锁具，所述门扇内腔设置有门芯，所述门扇外壁四周均设置有防火密封胶条，所述门芯包括基层，所述基层位于门芯的中央位置，所述基层的顶部和底部均设置有竖向加强筋，所述竖向加强筋另一面设置有离心玻璃棉板，本实用结构简单合理，通过设置竖向加强筋，增加防火门本身结构的硬度，提高防护等级，通过设置离心玻璃棉板，提高防火门的保温、隔热、防火和吸音等效果，通过设置珍珠岩防火板，进一步增加防火门的吸音、防火等效果，通过在门扇外壁四周设置防火密封胶条，提高防火门的密封性。

本发明涉及防火门技术领域，具体为一种防火门。
背景技术
通常，防火门被广泛地适用于民宅、船舶、建筑、化工、机械工程等许多领域。防火门是指具有耐火性能的门，在发生火灾时为人们逃离火灾赢得时间、防止火灾扩散、延迟火灾蔓延并耐火一定时间，因此，防火门在发生火灾时起着至关重要的作用。
发明人在研究中发现，现有的防火门至少存在以下问题：现有的防火门防火效果差，防火要求达不到防火指标，在一些特殊场合的门还需要带有良好的隔音功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防火门，以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的防火门防火效果差，防火要求达不到防火指标，在一些特殊场合的门还需要带有良好的隔音功能的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种防火门，包括门框和门扇，所述门框和门扇通过合页连接，所述门扇前表面左侧设置有锁具，所述门扇内腔设置有门芯，所述门扇外壁四周均设置有防火密封胶条，所述门芯包括基层，所述基层位于门芯的中央位置，所述基层的顶部和底部均设置有竖向加强筋，所述竖向加强筋另一面设置有离心玻璃棉板，所述离心玻璃棉板另一面设置有珍珠岩防火板。
优选的，所述离心玻璃棉板四周附一层无纺布层。
优选的，所述珍珠岩防火板外壁涂覆有环氧树脂防火涂料层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本实用结构简单合理，通过设置竖向加强筋，增加防火门本身结构的硬度，提高防护等级，通过设置离心玻璃棉板，提高防火门的保温、隔热、防火和吸音等效果，通过设置珍珠岩防火板，进一步增加防火门的吸音、防火等效果，通过在门扇外壁四周设置防火密封胶条，提高防火门的密封性。

请参阅图1-2，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种防火门，包括门框1和门扇2，所述门框1和门扇2通过合页5连接，所述门扇2前表面左侧设置有锁具4，所述门扇2内腔设置有门芯3，所述门扇2外壁四周均设置有防火密封胶条6，所述门芯3包括基层31，所述基层31位于门芯3的中央位置，所述基层31的顶部和底部均设置有竖向加强筋32，所述竖向加强筋32另一面设置有离心玻璃棉板33，所述离心玻璃棉板33另一面设置有珍珠岩防火板34。
其中，所述离心玻璃棉板33四周附一层无纺布层，防止玻璃棉纤维洒出，所述珍珠岩防火板34外壁涂覆有环氧树脂防火涂料层。
工作原理：使用时，门扇2和门框1通过合页5连接，在门扇2外壁四周设置防火密封胶条6，提高防火门的密封性，门扇2内腔中设置门芯3，门芯3包括基层31，在基层31顶端和底端设置竖向加强筋32，增加防火门本身结构的硬度，提高防护等级，在竖向加强筋32另一面设置离心玻璃棉板33，离心玻璃棉板33具有阻燃、无毒和耐腐蚀等特点，提高防火板的保温、隔热、防火和吸音的功效，在离心玻璃棉板33外壁四周附一层无纺布，防止玻璃棉纤维洒出，在离心玻璃棉板33另一面设置珍珠岩防火板34，珍珠岩防火板34具有天然环保、防火、防潮、耐腐蚀、质轻、隔热、吸音、保温性好等特点，提高防火门的防火性能及吸音功效，在珍珠岩防火板34外壁涂覆有环氧树脂防火涂料层，环氧树脂防火涂料具有优良的附着力、防腐蚀性、抗化学品性、硬度、柔韧性等性能。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种防火门，包括门框(1)和门扇(2)，其特征在于：所述门框(1)和门扇(2)通过合页(5)连接，所述门扇(2)前表面左侧设置有锁具(4)，所述门扇(2)内腔设置有门芯(3)，所述门扇(2)外壁四周均设置有防火密封胶条(6)，所述门芯(3)包括基层(31)，所述基层(31)位于门芯(3)的中央位置，所述基层(31)的顶部和底部均设置有竖向加强筋(32)，所述竖向加强筋(32)另一面设置有离心玻璃棉板(33)，所述离心玻璃棉板(33)另一面设置有珍珠岩防火板(34)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火门，其特征在于：所述离心玻璃棉板(33)四周附一层无纺布层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火门，其特征在于：所述珍珠岩防火板(34)外壁涂覆有环氧树脂防火涂料层。
