Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a using method of an invisible seal display box, which is used for solving the problem that a seal is pasted on the display box when a museum exhibit is shown.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the invisible seal display box comprises a transparent cover, a base, a seal and a seal locking device, wherein the transparent cover is connected with the base; the transparent cover is provided with a lower groove plate, the seal is arranged on the lower groove plate of the transparent cover, the base is provided with a seal groove, the lower groove plate of the transparent cover is movably matched and connected with the seal groove of the base, the seal locking device comprises a pen container, a marking pen, a pen container cover and a seal lock, the marking pen is arranged in the pen container, the pen container cover is connected with the pen container, and the seal lock is connected with the pen container cover; the base is provided with pen holes, and the pen container is communicated with the pen holes, so that the marking pens in the pen container can pass through the pen holes to be contacted with the seal attached to the lower groove plate; the transparent cover is made of transparent materials, and the transparent materials comprise glass and organic glass.
In order to put the exhibit into a closed cavity formed by a transparent cover and a base, the upper panel of the base is provided with a chute and a sliding plate, and the sliding plate and the chute are connected in a movable fit manner; the sliding plate is used for placing the exhibits so as to facilitate the exhibits to be placed in a closed cavity formed by the transparent cover and the base, and after the transparent cover is connected with the base, the sliding groove is positioned in the coverage range of the transparent cover; the base is equipped with traction hole and haulage rope, and the haulage rope passes traction hole and is connected with the slide, and the haulage rope tail end be equipped with spacing ball, and the diameter of spacing ball is greater than traction hole's aperture, is equipped with the sealing ring between haulage rope and the traction hole for utilize haulage rope and slide to pull the showpiece into the closed type intracavity that comprises translucent cover and base, and avoid outside humid air to get into the closed type intracavity that comprises translucent cover and base by traction hole.
The using method of the invisible seal display box comprises the following steps: firstly, attaching a seal strip to a lower groove plate of a transparent cover, then inserting the lower groove plate of the transparent cover into a sealing groove of a base, moving the transparent cover to enable the lower groove plate of the transparent cover to move along the sealing groove of the base, stopping moving the transparent cover before the transparent cover is not sealed with the base, simultaneously enabling the size of an inlet of a lower opening of the transparent cover to be larger than that of an exhibit, and then placing the exhibit on an upper panel of the base through the lower opening; after the exhibit is placed on the upper panel of the base, the transparent cover is moved again, the lower opening of the transparent cover is connected with the upper panel of the base in a sealing way, and the exhibit is sealed in a sealed cavity formed by the transparent cover and the base; when the transparent cover moves to the right position and is connected with the upper panel of the base in a sealing way, the seal attached to the lower groove plate moves to the position facing the pen hole of the upper panel; after the seal on the lower groove plate moves to the position facing the pen hole of the upper panel, the pen point of the marker pen is placed upwards in the pen container, the marker pen is sealed in the pen container by using the pen container cover, the lock plunger of the seal lock is rotated by using a key, the lock plunger is inserted into the lock plunger hole of the pen container cover, the pen container cover is locked by using the seal lock, the marker pen is sealed in the pen container by using the pen container cover, and if no key exists, the pen container cover cannot be opened randomly; when a manager of the invisible seal display box moves to open the transparent cover, the seal attached to the lower groove plate moves along with the transparent cover, and the marking pen in contact with the seal can draw a marking line on the moving seal to indicate that the invisible seal display box is illegally opened; when an administrator of the invisible seal display box needs to open the invisible seal display box, firstly, the unlocking strip lock is opened by a key, the lock bolt of the seal lock is separated from the lock cover hole of the pen container cover, then, the pen container cover is unscrewed, the marking pen is taken out, and then, the transparent cover is moved, so that the marking pen is prevented from drawing a marking line on the seal; therefore, the purpose of managing the exhibition of the exhibits by using the seal is achieved, and the appearance of the exhibition box is not influenced.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invisible seal display box comprises a transparent cover, a base, a seal and a seal locking device, wherein the transparent cover is connected with the base, the seal locking device is connected with the base, the transparent cover is provided with a lower groove plate, and the seal locking device comprises a pen container, a marking pen, a pen container cover and a seal lock; when the invisible seal type exhibition box is used, an exhibit is sealed in a sealed cavity formed by the transparent cover and the base, the marker pens are locked in the pen container by the seal lock, the seal is attached to a lower groove plate of the transparent cover and is hidden, when the transparent cover of the invisible seal type exhibition box is illegally opened, the marker pens in the pen container draw an integrated mark line on the seal for supervising and managing exhibition of the exhibit of a museum, the common seal is prevented from influencing the sight of a visitor, the appearance of the exhibition box is prevented from being influenced by the seal, and the problem that the seal is attached to the exhibition of the exhibit of the museum is solved.

In order to manage the display box by using the seal 3 and monitor whether the display box is opened or not, the lower groove plate 5 of the transparent cover 1 is provided with a seal groove 23, the seal groove 23 is positioned on the back surface 24 of the lower groove plate 5, the seal 3 is attached in the seal groove 23, the marker pen 8 is positioned opposite to the seal 3, and when the transparent cover 1 is connected with the base 2 in a sealing manner, the pen point 25 of the marker pen 8 is in elastic contact with the seal 3.
In order to connect the base 2 and the seal locking device 4, the pen holes 11 of the base 2 are arranged on the upper panel 12 of the base 2, the positions of the pen holes 11 of the upper panel 12 are provided with upper connecting holes 26, the pen holes 11 are communicated with the upper connecting holes 26, the pen barrel 7 is fixedly connected with the upper connecting holes 26, the pen barrel 7 is provided with lower connecting holes 27, the pen barrel cover 9 is fixedly connected with the lower connecting holes 27, the marker pens 8 are positioned in the pen barrel 7, the pen points 25 of the marker pens 8 face upwards, and the pen points 25 penetrate through the upper connecting holes 26 and the pen holes 11 to be contacted with the seals 3 in the seal grooves 23; the upper connecting hole 26 of the base 2 is a threaded hole, the pen container 7 is provided with an external thread, the pen container 7 is fixedly connected with the threaded hole of the upper connecting hole 26 through the external thread and is bonded by an adhesive, the lower end of the pen container 7 is provided with a threaded hole, the pen container cover 9 is provided with an external thread, and the pen container cover 9 is fixedly connected with the threaded hole of the pen container 7 through the external thread.
In order to lock the marker 8 in the barrel 7 by the seal lock 10, the side panel 28 of the base 2 is provided with a lock hole 29, the barrel 7 is provided with a lock bolt hole 30, the barrel cover 9 is provided with a lock cover hole 31, the seal lock 10 is arranged on the lock hole 29, a lock bolt 32 of the seal lock 10 penetrates through the lock bolt hole 30 of the barrel 7, and the lock bolt 32 of the seal lock 10 is aligned with the lock cover hole 31 of the barrel cover 9.
In order to prevent non-exhibition box managers from illegally opening the invisible seal exhibition box, the lower groove plate 5 of the transparent cover 1 is provided with an opening forbidding mark 33 for warning the invisible seal exhibition box that the non-managers cannot open the invisible seal exhibition box at any place.
The using method of the invisible seal display box comprises the following steps: firstly, a seal 3 is attached to a lower groove plate 5 of a transparent cover 1, then the lower groove plate 5 of the transparent cover 1 is inserted into a sealing groove 6 of a base 2, the transparent cover 1 is moved, the lower groove plate 5 of the transparent cover 1 moves along the sealing groove 6 of the base 2, the transparent cover 1 is stopped to move before the transparent cover 1 is not sealed with the base 2, meanwhile, the size of an inlet of a lower opening 34 of the transparent cover 1 is larger than that of an exhibit 15, and the exhibit 15 is placed on an upper panel 12 of the base 2 through the lower opening 34; after the exhibit 15 is placed on the upper panel 12 of the base 2, the transparent cover 1 is moved again, the lower opening 34 of the transparent cover 1 is connected with the upper panel 12 of the base 2 in a sealing way, and the exhibit 15 is sealed in the sealed cavity 16 formed by the transparent cover 1 and the base 2; when the transparent cover 1 is moved to the position to be in closed connection with the upper panel 12 of the base 2, the seal 3 attached to the lower groove plate 5 is moved to the position facing the pen hole 11 of the upper panel 12; after the seal 3 on the lower groove plate 5 is moved to the position facing the pen hole 11 of the upper panel 12, the pen point 25 of the marker 8 is placed upwards in the pen container 7, the marker 8 is sealed in the pen container 7 by the pen container cover 9, the lock plunger 32 of the seal lock 10 is rotated by a key, the lock plunger 32 is inserted into the lock cover hole 31 of the pen container cover 9, the pen container cover 9 is locked by the seal lock 10, the marker 8 is sealed in the pen container 7 by the pen container cover 9, and if no key is available, the pen container cover 9 cannot be opened randomly; when a manager of the invisible seal display box moves to open the transparent cover 1, the seal 3 attached to the lower groove plate 5 moves along with the transparent cover 1, and the marking pen 8 in contact with the seal 3 draws a marking line on the moving seal 3 to indicate that the invisible seal display box is illegally opened; when a manager of the invisible seal display box needs to open the invisible seal display box, the manager firstly uses a key to open the unsealing strip lock 10 to enable the lock bolt 32 of the seal lock 10 to leave the lock cover hole 31 of the pen container cover 9, then unscrews the pen container cover 9, takes out the marking pen 8, and then moves the transparent cover 1 to prevent the marking pen 8 from drawing a marking line on the seal 3.
In order to put the exhibit 15 into the closed cavity 16 formed by the transparent cover 1 and the base 2, the invisible seal display box is used by the following method: after the seal 3 is attached to the lower groove plate 5 of the transparent cover 1, the sliding plate 14 of the base 2 is moved to the position of the notch 37 of the sliding groove 13 along the sliding groove 13, then the lower groove plate 5 of the transparent cover 1 is inserted into the sealing groove 6 of the base 2, the transparent cover 1 is moved, the transparent cover 1 is stopped to move before the lower opening 34 of the transparent cover 1 is not completely sealed with the base 2, and then the exhibit 15 is placed on the sliding plate 14 through the lower opening 34; after the exhibits 15 are placed on the sliding plate 14, the sliding plate 14 is pulled by the pulling rope 18 to move along the sliding chute 13 in the direction away from the notch 37, the exhibits 15 moves along the sliding plate 14, when the exhibits 15 moves to the middle position of the base 2, the pulling sliding plate 14 stops moving, and the pulling rope 18 is bound on the fixing column 20 of the base 2; after the exhibit 15 moves to the middle position of the base 2 along with the sliding plate 14, the transparent cover 1 is moved to enable the transparent cover 1 to be connected with the base 2 in a sealing mode, and the exhibit 15 is sealed in a sealed cavity 16 formed by the transparent cover 1 and the base 2.
In order to lock the marking pen 8 in the pen container 7 by using the seal lock 10 of the seal locking device 4, the invisible seal display box is used by the following method: after the marker pens 8 are placed in the pen container 7, the external threads of the pen container cover 9 are connected with the threaded holes of the pen container 7, and when the pen container cover 9 is rotated to the right position, the central lines of the locking holes 29 of the side panels 28 of the base 2, the central lines of the locking bolt holes 30 of the pen container 7 and the central lines of the locking cover holes 31 of the pen container cover 9 are the same.
In order to prevent others from taking out the marking pen 8 of the seal locking device 4, the aperture of the pen hole 11 of the upper panel 12 of the base 2 is smaller than the outer diameter of the marking pen 8, the marking pen 8 cannot be taken out of the pen hole 11, the aperture of the pen hole 11 is larger than the outer diameter of the pen head 25 of the marking pen 8, and the pen head 25 of the marking pen 8 can penetrate through the pen hole 11 of the upper panel 12 to be in contact with the seal 3; after the pen container 7 is connected with the upper connecting hole 26 of the base 2, the pen hole 11 and the center line of the pen container 7 are the same.
In order to draw mark lines on the seal 3 by using the marking pen 8 and to realize elastic contact between the marking pen 8 and the seal 3, the pen container 7 is provided with a spring 38, the spring 38 is a compression spring, the spring 38 is positioned between the marking pen 8 and the pen container cover 9, the pen container cover 9 is connected with the pen container 7, when the pen container cover 9 rotates to a proper position, the pen head 25 of the marking pen 8 is contacted with the seal 3, the pen head 25 of the marking pen 8 draws a character point on the seal 3, and the seal 3 is covered with a management seal before being attached to the seal groove 23 of the lower groove plate 5.
In order to implement the sealing connection between the transparent cover 1 and the base 2, the sealing groove 6 of the base 2 comprises a front sealing groove 39, a rear sealing groove 40 and a left sealing groove 41, the transparent cover 1 is composed of a cover 42 and a lower groove plate 5, the lower groove plate 5 comprises a front lower groove plate 43, a rear lower groove plate 44, a left lower groove plate 45 and a right lower groove plate 46, when the lower groove plate 5 of the transparent cover 1 is inserted into the sealing groove 6 of the base 2, the front lower groove plate 43 is inserted into the front sealing groove 39, the rear lower groove plate 44 is inserted into the rear sealing groove 40, the front lower groove plate 43 moves along the front sealing groove 39, and the rear lower groove plate 44 moves along the rear sealing groove 40; when the transparent cover 1 is moved to the right position, the left lower groove plate 45 is inserted into the left sealing groove 41, the right lower groove plate 46 is moved to the notch 37 of the sliding groove 13 of the base 2, and when the left lower groove plate 45 is inserted into the left sealing groove 41, the transparent cover 1 is hermetically connected with the base 2; the cover 42, the front lower groove plate 43, the rear lower groove plate 44, the left lower groove plate 45 and the right lower groove plate 46 of the transparent cover 1 are made of an integrated material; the seal groove 23 of the lower groove plate 5 is arranged on the front lower groove plate 43; the horizontal sectional area of the base 2 is larger than that of the transparent cover 1, the horizontal sectional area of the transparent cover 1 is larger than that of the sliding chute 13, and the horizontal sectional area of the sliding chute 13 is larger than that of the sliding plate 14; so as to ensure that the exhibit 15 can be sealed in the closed cavity 16 formed by the transparent cover 1 and the base 2.
In order to take out the exhibit 15 from the closed cavity 16 formed by the transparent cover 1 and the base 2, when the exhibit 15 needs to be taken out from the closed cavity 16 formed by the transparent cover 1 and the base 2, after the marker pen 8 is taken out from the pen container 7, the pulling rope 18 tied on the fixed column 20 of the base 2 is firstly untied, then the transparent cover 1 is pushed to move towards the direction of the notch 37 of the sliding chute 13, the sliding plate 14 is pushed to move towards the notch 37 of the sliding chute 13 along the sliding chute 13 by utilizing the left lower groove plate 45 of the transparent cover 1, the pulling rope 18 slides along the pulling hole 17 along with the sliding plate 14, when the sliding plate 14 moves to the notch 37 of the sliding chute 13, the limiting ball 35 at the tail end of the pulling rope 18 is blocked by the pulling hole 17 because the aperture of the pulling hole 17 is smaller than the diameter; after the transparent cover 1 pushes the sliding plate 14 to move to the notch 37 of the sliding slot 13, the exhibited item 15 placed on the sliding plate 14 is taken out through the lower opening 34 of the transparent cover 1, and after the exhibited item 15 is taken out from the sliding plate 14, the transparent cover 1 is continuously pushed, so that the lower slot plate 5 of the transparent cover 1 completely leaves the sealing slot 6 of the base 2.
In order to prevent the seal 3 from being damaged and ensure the normal use of the seal 3, the seal 3 stuck in the seal groove 23 faces downwards, the groove bottom of the seal groove 23 is parallel to the upper panel 12 of the base 2, the seal 3 is parallel to the upper panel 12 of the base 2, the depth of the seal groove 23 is greater than the thickness of the seal 3, the seal 3 and the seal groove 6 of the upper panel 12 are in a non-contact state, and the seal groove 6 of the upper panel 16 is prevented from rubbing against the seal 3.
