Referring to fig. 3, the limiting structure further includes a blocking piece 233 disposed at an outer end of the folder 23, where the blocking piece 233 has a first limiting portion (an outer portion in fig. 3) for limiting with the access port 11 of the file storage box and a second limiting portion (a lower end portion in fig. 3) for limiting with the support bar 24 of the folder 23. By this limiting structure, the other swing terminal of the folder 23, at which the open end of the folder 23 is located at the access opening 11, can be limited.
The limiting structure further comprises a clamping groove 234 which is arranged on the side face of the folder 23 and is matched with the supporting rod 24 of the folder 23 to limit. When the folder 23 swings so that the opening thereof is close to the access opening 11, the lower end portion of the stopper 233 and the locking groove 234 are close to the side portion of the support bar 24 of the folder 23, and when the opening reaches the access opening 11, the support bar 24 is locked into the locking groove 234, and the lower end portion of the stopper 233 abuts against the side portion of the support bar 24, so that the folder 23 cannot swing further. After the clamping groove 234 is adopted, the supporting rod 24 is matched with the clamping groove 234, so that the folder 23 and the supporting rod 24 can be combined together to avoid shaking of the folder 23 besides limiting the folder 23 to the position of the opening end at the access port 11.
As another embodiment, a shaft with damping may be used as a limiting structure, and specifically, each of the folders 23 is rotatably supported on its support bar 24 by a shaft with damping. After the shaft with damping is adopted, the file folder swings to the swinging terminal, and then the swinging is stopped.
Referring to fig. 4, each of the folders 23 includes a main receiving means 231 for receiving a document and an auxiliary receiving means 232 formed at a side of the main receiving means 231 near an open end. The main storage device 231 may store paper documents, while the auxiliary storage device 232 may store smaller items, such as keys, etc.
A driving chute 25 is provided on a side of each folder 23, for driving the folder 23 to swing in cooperation with a corresponding driving mechanism.
Some embodiments of the file folder arrangement method of the irregular angle circular file storage rack comprise the following steps:
a turntable 21 is provided; and
the folders 23 are vertically arranged with their open ends facing upwards and circularly arranged around the rotation shaft 22 of the turntable 21, each folder 23 is supported on the turntable 21 and swings in a direction to move its open end to the access port 11 of the file storage box, and the inner end of each folder 23 is inclined to one side of the rotation shaft 22 to reduce the overall volume of the storage rack.
Referring to fig. 5, an access port 11 is provided at one side of a case body 10 of the automatic document storage case according to some embodiments, and a user can store or remove a document through the access port 11. The case 10 is also provided with a touch screen 12 as a man-machine interface to facilitate inputting instructions or displaying related information. Further, the bottom of the case 10 is provided with feet 13 and wheels 14 to facilitate the support of the case 10 and the movement of the document storage case.
The first driving mechanism 30 is used for driving the turntable 21 of the irregular angle circular file storage rack 20 to rotate to an angle required by the instruction. In conjunction with fig. 1, specifically, the first driving mechanism 30 includes a first motor 31 and a matched motor driving device, and a speed reducing mechanism is further disposed between the first motor 31 and the rotating shaft of the turntable in order to achieve a required rotation speed and ensure a torsion force. Referring to fig. 6, in particular, the second driving mechanism 40 includes: a slider 41 disposed on the side of the access opening 11 and capable of sliding up and down, a second motor 42, a transmission mechanism 43 connected between the slider 41 and the second motor 42, and a chute 25 disposed on the side of each folder 23, wherein one end of the chute 25 has an opening for the slider 41 to go in and out. When the folder 23 rotates to a position opposite to the access opening 11, the second motor 42 drives the sliding block 41 to move downwards into the sliding groove 25 on one side of the folder 23 through the transmission mechanism 43, and when the second motor 42 further rotates, the sliding block 41 and the sliding groove 25 cooperate to drive the folder 23 to swing until the upper end of the folder 23 is conveyed to the access opening 11. Conversely, when the second motor 42 is reversed, the folder 23 is driven back. The transmission mechanism 43 adopts a screw mechanism and is provided with a guide rail 45 and a position sensor 44 for controlling the terminal position of the sliding motion. It will be appreciated that any other transmission mechanism capable of converting rotational motion of a motor into linear motion may be used as the transmission mechanism. Further, the second driving mechanism may employ any mechanism that can control the swinging of the folder 23.
The control device 50 is connected to the first driving mechanism 30 and the second driving mechanism 40 for: receiving a user instruction to rotate the turntable 21 and controlling the corresponding folder 23 to swing so that the opening end of the folder swings to the access opening 11 of the box body 10, and controlling the folder 23 to return after the access operation is completed. The control device 50 may preferably be a programmable logic controller with a touch screen.
In some embodiments of the automatic file storage box, each folder 23 is given a fixed number, the start point is at the folder 1 position after the system is reset, the corresponding folder 23 can be rotated to a position opposite to the access port 11 by controlling the rotation angle of the turntable 21, and then the corresponding folder 23 can be controlled to rotate by the second driving mechanism, and the open end of the corresponding folder 23 is transported to the access port 11 so as to take the file from or put the file into the access port.
As a preferred embodiment, the control device 50 further comprises a biometric sub-device, which is connected to the data processing device of the control device 50 for: managing users, such as authenticating the identity of a file holder or file retriever, or controlling available personnel, etc.; in addition, the biological characteristics can be further associated with the file storage position, namely the file storage position is marked according to the biological characteristics of the user, so that when the file is picked up, the data processing device can conveniently find out the folder stored by the file through the collected biological characteristics and then convey the folder to the access port 11, the user does not need to input information through a human-computer interface, and the file storage device is more convenient to use and better in safety.
The biological characteristic recognition sub-device is preferably one or more of a fingerprint recognition device, a face recognition device, an iris recognition device and a palm print recognition device. But is not limited thereto, any biometric identification device may be employed.
In some embodiments of the automatic document storage box, after the rotation of the turntable 21 of the irregular angle circular document storage rack 20 is stopped, the turntable can be kept at this position by the first motor 31. In still other preferred embodiments, a file identification device is further provided, which is used for detecting whether the file is placed in the folder of the access port, and even in some embodiments, the authenticity of the file can be identified. The document recognition device can adopt a photoelectric sensor, a micro switch, a CCD sensor and the like, wherein the photoelectric sensor and the micro switch are only used for detecting whether documents exist or not, and the installation positions of the photoelectric sensor and the micro switch can be at the access port 11 or in the folder 23; the CCD sensor can collect file content, and can be arranged at the access port 11 or can be arranged at the outer side of the box body 1, and the file can be put into the access port 11 after being identified.
