When the feed provided by the invention is used for feeding, the fat content of the produced Daozhou gray goose eggs is obviously reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of poultry feed, in particular to feed for reducing fat content of Daozhou gray goose eggs.
Background
The Daozhou gray goose is a good local variety in poultry varieties in Hunan province, has beautiful appearance and is mainly characterized by an iron nozzle, copper feet, a gray back and a white belly. The Daozhou gray goose has tender meat, delicious taste, fast growth, less grain consumption, easy raising, high benefit, wide adaptability, stable genetic performance and other advantages. The Dow grey goose female goose is usually produced in 7-8 months. The Daozhou grey goose eggs contain nutritional ingredients such as protein, fat, vitamin A, riboflavin, thiamine, calcium, iron, magnesium and the like, wherein the protein is mainly ovalbumin in the egg white and phosvitin in the egg yolk, is rich in various amino acids necessary for a human body, is complete protein and is easy to digest and absorb by the human body. In addition, the Daozhou grey goose eggs are sweet and slightly warm in taste and have the effects of tonifying middle-jiao and Qi, cold people can defend against the invasion of cold climate to a certain extent by eating more eggs in cold seasons, and the goose eggs have special effects on improving and enhancing memory.
However, goose eggs have a higher fat content than eggs, and the corresponding cholesterol and calories are higher. With the increase of the substance level, people pay more and more attention to the nutritional ingredients of various foods, and aiming at goose eggs, people worry that the high fat content of the goose eggs affects the health of obese people and high cholesterol patients and reduces the intake, so that the corresponding reduction of the fat content of the goose eggs has high economic value potential.
At present, no report is found on how to reduce the fat content of Daozhou grey goose eggs.
